Objective To understand the statistics of papers collected by SCI in 3 first class hospitals (Qilu Hospital,Shangdong Province-owned Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University) during 2002-2016.Methods The Web of Science database was used to search papers published by these three hospitals, indications as number of publication, citation numbers, fund number, journal impact factors, the distribution of the number of the partition Q1 subjects were gathered together to be analyzed. Results 3 hospitals in total published 11 597 SCI papers, the number of publication showed an average annual increase of 44.1%.3 hospitals were cited in order 7.72,6.29,5.22.Fund projects are funded by the order of 1.72,1.48,and 1.27;each paper has more than 1 kinds of domestic or foreign funding. The influence factors were 3.04,2.82,2.66.The average annual growth rate of influencing factors was 54.15%,42.89%,52.21%.Q1 volume and the volume of each document in the order of 1 784(32.57%),907(27.5%),660(23.96%),only Qilu Hospital close to 1/3.The proportion of papers on the subject distribution of oncology is higher. Conclusions SCI publication related indicators showed that all these three hospitals are increasing continuingly, however, the overall level and depth of medical research needs to be improved. It is necessary to perfect the incentive mechanism of scientific research management and scientific research, strengthen the output of dominant disciplines, and the cooperation of medical institutions at home and abroad needs to be further expanded and strengthened.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2022;43(1):38-43
Objective:To explore the distribution of science citation index(SCI)and Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD)papers published by Chinese liver transplantation researchers. Methods:Within the core collections of Web of Science?(WOS)and CSCD, annual index and influence changes of both Chinese and English papers published by Chinese liver transplantation researchers from 2001 to 2020 were statistically analyzed. The distribution of source journals and research areas of papers were also analyzed.Citespace was employed for visually analyzing the co-citation network clustering of Chinese liver transplantation literature in WOS, research institutions and cooperations, author published statistics and cooperation platform. Results:The proportion of SCI papers spiked by 1370.83 % in 2020 as compared with 2001 and the average annual growth rate reached 68.54 %.The citation frequency jumped from 11 times in 2001 to 16515 times in 2020.The most published papers in SCI/CSCD were surgery. The research area of scientific researchers was more inclined to clinical medical technology. The most published journals were Liver Transplantation(7.61%)in SCI and Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation(15.57%)in CSCD.Chinese liver transplantation research institutions and researchers enjoyed extensive cooperations with universities and research institutes at home and abroad. Conclusions:The domestic output of excellent liver transplantation papers has skyrocketed yearly. The state and scientific research management departments have adopted correct policy orientations and guided researchers to publish high-quality papers on a proper platform.

Objective To translate the Water Orientation Test of Alyn 2 (WOTA2) into Chinese, and to study its reliability and validity for patients with spinal cord injury. Methods After authorizing, the English version WOTA2 scale and its training package were translated into Chinese. From January to September, 2018, 137 patients with spinal cord injury were evaluated with the Chinese version WOTA2 by two evaluators independently, and evaluated again three days later by one of the evaluators. The Cronbach's α, Spearman-Brown coefficient, intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) and Kappa coefficient were calculated to evaluate the reliability. Content Validity Index (CVI) of items (I-CVI) and scale (S-CVI) were used to evaluate the content validity, and factors analysis was used to evaluate the structure validity. Results The Cronbach's α was 0.947 in all items of the scale, 0.890 in mental adjustment items and 0.954 in aquatic skills items. Pearson correlation coefficient of the half scales separated by odd and even items was 0.948, and the Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.973. The ICC of test-retest was 0.965 in total score, 0.965 in centesimal system total score, 0.847 in mental adjustment score and 0.970 in aquatic skills score. The ICC of inter-testers was 0.964 in total score, 0.965 in centesimal system total score, 0.847 in mental adjustment score and 0.970 in aquatic skills score. The Kappa coefficient was 0.528 to 0.927 in test-retest and 0.528 to 0.927 in inter-testers. The I-CVI was 0.8 to 1.0 and S-CVI was 0.63. Factors analysis extracted four factors, which met the theory, and contributed 67% of cumulative variance. Conclusion The Chinese version WOTA2 is good in reliability and validity for patients with spinal cord injury, and can be used in the clinical practice of aquatic therapeutic exercise in China.
