A detailed description of the ascending pharyngeal artery and the ascending palatine artery,including their courses,branches and supplies,was given based on the full dissection,exposure and comparison of 30 sides of half-head specimens(20 sides of fetus heads and 10 sides of adult heads).The results are as follows:(1) the arteries can be divided into three types,the dominant type of the ascending pharyngeaL artery,the dominant type of the ascending palatine artery and the type of balance;(2)the various branches of the ascending pharyngeal artery,especia- lly some branches unknown or known a little,have been described in detail;(3) recommendation of a simple and rapid method for exposing these two arteries.

Objective:To learn about the normativity and differences among regions and institutions of the fee of counseling and psychotherapy in China.Methods:The fee standards of 142 mental health service institutions released on their websites were collected through intemet query,the overall situation and the aspects of regions and instimtions of the fee of counseling and psychotherapy were analyzed and compared.Results:Ninety-one institutions set fee standards which had great disparity according to either the practitioner's professional ritles or their qualifications.Private institutions had a significant higher level of both the average minimum and maximum fees of interview counseling than public hospitals (Ps ＜0.00).The differences in the maximum fees of interview counseling among different regions were found to be statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001),the maximum fees of interview counseling in eastern areas were significantly higher than that in central and westem areas,the maximum fees of interview counseling in provincial cities were significantly higher than that in non-provincial cities (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The currein fee of counseling and psychotherapy lacks overall regulations.The fee of counseling and psychotherapy should take an overall account of the nature of institutions,the regions,the qualifications of practitioners and the specific conditions of the clients so as to set proper fee standards,thereby promoting the development of mental health services.

Objective To explore the CT and MRI manifestations of Kimura disease in head and neck.Methods The CT and MR findings of 20 cases with Kimura disease confirmed by pathology were collected.The lesion location,boundary,size,number,density of CT and signal intensity of MRI were analyzed.Results In 20 cases,multiple lesions were seen in 19 cases.There were 11 cases involving parotid gland,6 cases involving the submandibular area,2 cases in cheek,1 case in palate,2 cases involving the upper arm,1 case involving axillary fossa,1 case involving cervical lymph node alone,and 8 cases with subcutaneous nodules in the front or back of the ear,16 cases accompanied by lymphadenopathy in the neck (8 cases with lymphadenopathy in the parotid gland).The largest diameter of lesion was (3.09± 1.08)cm.The margin was blurred in 19 cases and well defined in 1 case.The isodensity lesions were found in 16 cases and slightly lower density lesions were in 4 cases in non-contrast enhanced CT scan.Calcification was not found in all cases.Homogeneous enhancement was found in 16 cases and inhomogeneous enhancement was found in 1 case.The enhancement degree varies from mild to strong enhancement.Homogenous signal and strong enhancement was found in 2 cases with MR scan.Conclusion The typical manifestations of Kimura disease are involvement of parotid gland and subcutaneous fat,accompanied by lymphadenopathy in the neck,homogeneous density on CT or MRI,which may indicate Kimura disease.

Objective To research the application value of direct digital radiograph (DDR) in nasal bone imaging. Methods One hundred cases were examined by DDR, 30 cases of them were examined by two methods both DDR and conventional radiography. All digital images were post-processed with “MUSICA”(Multi-Scale Image Contrast Amplification), incision and largamente, analyzed and diagnosed by experienced two radiologists and two technicians. Results One hundred cases of nasal bone, soft tissue of nose were showed excellent in DDR, and satisfactory cases were 95 and 92, respectively. Forty-six cases of nasal bone fractures were found. Thirty cases were examined by both DDR and conventional radiography, images of nasal bone, soft tissue of nose were showed, satisfactory cases were 28 in DDR; and satisfactory cases were 6(?2=20.05,P

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of renal artery angiography with interpolated finite impulse response (IRFR) sequence on 1.5T MR. Methods A total of 122 subjects underwent MR scan with IFIR sequence. On axial image of IFIR, bilateral signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and breath artifact of renal artery were measured and 3D maximum intensity projection (MIP) images were reconstructed on workstation ADW 4.3, and each branch was scored according to its displaying quality. Influence of SNR, age and breath artifact on the displaying of renal artery were compared and analyzed. Results Renal segmental artery could be seen in 112 subjects (91.80%). Among them, segmental artery was showed clearly in 78 subjects (63.93%), post-segmental artery was showed in 54 subjects (44.26%) and branches of post-segmental artery was showed in 22 subjects (18.03%). There was statistical difference of renal artery scores mean rank between ≥60 years group and ＜60 years group (49.25 vs 67.48, P=0.006), as well as between the group without and with breath artifact (66.66 vs 43.35, P=0.002). No statistical difference of SNR was found among renal artery scores from 1-5 (P=0.177). Conclusion IFIR sequence is simple and safe for renal artery angiography on 1.5T MR, and different grades of renal artery branch can be showed clearly.

Objective To evaluate MRI characteristics of solid papillary carcinomas (SPCs) in situ of the breast.Methods A retrospective study included 5 patients with pathologically confirmed SPC in situ was performed.MRI data before operation including conventional MRI,dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) and DWI were analyzed.Results All the lesions showed iso/hypointensity on T1 FSPGR sequence,iso/hyperintensity on FSE T2WI sequence and STIR sequence.Mass enhancements were observed for all lesions with oval or irregular shapes on DCE-MRI.The margin of lesions were circumscribed,and internal enhancements were homogeneous or heterogeneous.Time intensity curve appeared a rapid increase in initial contrast phases and platform or outflow types in delayed phases.All the lesions on DWI showed slightly hyperintensity with the ADC value range from 1.34 × 10-3 mm2/s to 1.96)× 10-3 mm2/s.Conclusion MRI manifestations of SPC are characteristics,which may provide valuable information to distinguish SPC in situ from other invasive breast carcinomas.

Objective To reveal the status quo and emerging issues of co-authorship in regional health informatization research community in China.Methods The terms or keywords describing and covering regional health informatization were used to search the most relevant literatures about the subject in CNKI,Wanfang database and PubMed.Software tools were used to extract bibliographic,Social network analysis (SNA);co-authorship,and co-word analysis were used in this study.Results ①11,482 articles with 16,449 authors in the period of 1984-2013 were found.Each publication has an average of 1.43 authors,and each author has 0.70 publications.The number of coauthored literature was 7741 (67.42 ％).Both production and collaboration have been growing steadily.② Coauthored knowledge network was build which composed by 150 high-yielding Authors.The largest component comprises 43 authors(28％,43/156).The intermediate centrality of 57 authors were above 0.③ 230 2-plexes were found,and 65 2-plexes scale was 4 and over;and there was overlap among them.There were extensive cooperation between the military institutions,a large number of regional health information technology research talent were found in army research institutes..Cohesive subgroups density showed an E-I index=-0.901,which indicated that factionalism was comparatively weaker in this field,and the relationship tended to occur among subgroups.④ Cooperative network was established between the provinces and municipalities.Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Hubei were the core area.⑤ The average distance between the author=3.155,and it consistent with the small-world characteristics.⑥ The largest component of the network research can be summarized into three categories:HIS-related research,electronic medical records related research,and regional health informatization related research.Conclusions Although such collaboration is growing steadily,the collaboration behavior about regional health informatization study needs to be enhanced.Policy makers and researchers can refer to the relevant information and promote cooperation,improve the capacity of regional health information research and construction.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of using crude polysaccharides extracted from cultivated Artemisia rupestris L. ( CARCP) in Xinjiang as an immunologic adjuvant for ovalbumin ( OVA) . Methods The mice were subcutaneously immunized twice with OVA vaccine formulated with CARCP. ELISA assay was performed to measure the levels of IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies. Flow cytometry analy-sis was performed to detect the percentages of different T lymphocyte subsets ( CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+T cells, CD4+CD44+ and CD8+CD44+T cells) in splenocytes as well as the expression of intracellular cyto-kines ( CD4+IFN-γ, CD8+IFN-γ) and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells. Results The levels of IgG, IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies in serum, the percentages of CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD4+CD44+ and CD8+CD44+T cells as well as the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T lymphocytes increased significantly in mice immunized with OVA in combination with CARCP (P<0. 05). Moreover, CARCP enhanced the expression of CD4+IFN-γand CD8+IFN-γ( P<0. 05 ) , but inhibited the expression of CD 4+CD 2 5+Foxp 3+Treg cells ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion As an adjuvant for OVA, CARCP enhanced the humoral and cellular immune responses, especially the T cell immune responses.

Objective Current study used quantitative research methods to reveal the regional medical information research in hotspots, and summarize the mainstream knowledge base to provide the reference for researchers in the field.Methods A systematic search was conducted to find publications in CNKI, Wanfang Database and PubMed.Bibliometrics method, social network analysis, coword analysis, principal component analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis were used in this study.Results ① total 11,482 articles published from 1984 to 2013 were screened out.The development of research publications showed an increasing trend, and the papers were distributed in 1233 types of journals.The number of authors who located in Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai,Shandong ranked top five.② The top 59 high frequency key words were identified that representing the hot contents in regional health information technology research field, and was used to build knowledge network map.Among them, HIS, electronic medical records, hospital information technology,information technology were at the core of this research area.③ We summarized research and development in the field of nine major mainstream knowledge base include: research on electronic medical records, medical personnel, information systems, information security, information networks, information sharing, information integration, information technology, and information management, resident' s health record related studies;qualitative analysis and problem-oriented research;HIS and telemedicine-related research;community related research, two-way referral related research, health care reform and cloud computing-related research, telemedicine related research and V43 related research.Conclusions The development of regional medical information research has good momentum and closely follow the international trend, but the research contents and methods are still distance from international standard..Research mostly focused on hospital information system construction, regional research and applied research are weak and need to be further improved.

Objective To analyze the constitution of in-patient death causes in Sharxi Cancer Hospital from 2005 to 2010. Method Statistical analysis of 1277 hospitalized cases from 2005 to 2010 in Shanxi Cancer Hospital was retrospectively conducted. Results The overall case fatality rate of hospitalized patients from 2005 to 2010 was 0.86 ％ (1277/146820),the rates were 1.16 ％,1.05 ％,0.99 ％,0.85 ％,0.84 ％, 0.64 ％, respectively, with a declining trend, and the differences among them was statistically significance (x2 =45.763,P ＜0.001).Total mortality rate of male hospitalized patients (1.26％) was higher than that of women (0.53％),and the difference was statistically significant (x2=215.367,P＜ 0.001).Analysis of cancer death cause revealed that lung cancer possessed the leading cause of cancer death with the ratio of 36.4％(456/1253). The analysis of top 10 death causes showed that the majority of the population in cancer death causes were men,cadres of staff and workers,secondary school education level people,and people over the age of 60. Conclusion The consitution of in-patient deaths in Shanxi Cancer Hospital is defined, which could provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and control.
