Intravenous glucose tolerance test(IVGTT)and oral glucose-insulin releasing test(OGIRT) in 12 subjects with normal glucose tolerance were performed. The results showed that the peak of insulin secretion Was at 40 minutes during()GIRT.The ratio of the change of insulin-to-glucose at 40 minutes(△I40/△G40)is an index in reflecting insulin sensitivity and β-cell function.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(32):4199-4202
Objective? To explore the effects of early rehabilitation activities on acquired asthenia in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit. Methods? Totally 113 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit of a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital from January to December 2018 were selected by convenient sampling. They were divided into control (n=56) and intervention (n=57) groups according to the random number table. Patients in the control group took passive rehabilitation activities manually, while patients in the intervention group received early passive rehabilitation activities by electromuscular stimulation. Acquire Asthenia Scores of Medical Research Council (AAS-MRC) and the cases of acquired asthenia were compared between the two groups. Results? The MRC scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group 3, 5 and 7 d after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The cases of acquired asthenia were lower in the intervention group than in the control group 5 and 7 day after intervention, and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions? Early activities by electronmuscular stimulation have better effects on reducing the incidence rates of ICU acquired asthenia in the intervention group than in the control group, which is worthy promoting in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the contents of 16 basic amino acid and find out the variation of them in Dendrobium officinale with different germplasms and physiological ages, and then provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the breeding of D. officinale.
METHODThirty-three samples with 1-3 ages were collected from cultivated fields of Zhejiang. The samples were acid hydrolyzed, and then 16 basic amino acid contents of samples were determined by amino acid analyzer.
RESULTThe average contents of 7 necessary amino acid were in 0.28 - 2.96 mg x g(-1), the average contents of other 9 basic amino acid were in 0.53 - 4.20 mg x g(-1). The contents of many amino acids were impacted by germplasms significantly, and contents of several amino acids were impacted by physiological ages significantly.
CONCLUSIONThere were rich basic amino acids in D. officinale. The breeding of D. officinale can increase the contents of essential amino acids and other basic amino acids. The relations among physiological age and amino acid contents were as follows: three years > two years > one year. The contents of Asp and Tyr have significantly negative correlation with magnesium, the content of Pro has significantly positive correlation with copper.

The control group adopted conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group conducted Tai Chi ball combined with Baduanjin exercise program on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. One month after discharge, the ability of activity of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:One month after discharge, the total score of the ability of activity of daily living and the score of each dimension of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistiocally significant ( P<0.05) ; the total score of the quality of life and the score of each dimension of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Tai Chi ball combined with Baduanjin can effectively improve the ability of activity of daily living and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.

The monosacchride composition of polysacchrides in Dendrobium officinal of different germplasms, physiological ages and closely related species were determined by pre-column derivatization HPLC. The results showed that the absolute and relative volumes of all monosacchrides were significantly different between D. officinale and its closely related species, different germplasms and physiological ages of D. officinale. Absolute peak areas of mannose ranged from 0.854 x 10(7) to 10.340 x 10(7) in closely related species of D. officinale, ranged from 1.467 x 10(7) to 8.475 x 10(7) in different germplasms of D. officinale and were 4.411 x 10(7) (2.577 x 10(7)-6.516 x 10(7)), 5.528 x 10(7) (3.179 x 10(7)-8.475 x 10(7)) and 3.601 x 10(7) (1.467 x 10(7)-5.888 x 10(7)), respectively, in one to three physiological ages of D. officinale. The ratio of mannose to glucose peak areas (relative peak area) ranged from 0.976 to 16.599 in closely related species of D. officinale and from 2.679 to 7.831 in different germplasms of D. officinale. Only the relative peak areas of D. pendulum and D. primulinum were in the range of different germplasms of D. officinale in all tested samples. The results revealed the variation of monosacchride composition of polysacchrides in D. officinale. Monosacchride composition of D. officinale could be altered by breeding new varieties and controlling harvesting season. Most adulterants of D. officinale could be ruled out according to the relative peak areas of D. officinale, providing a basis for quality control and resources training of D. officinale.

Chinese Journal of Pediatrics 2024;62(4):317-322
Objective:To explore potential predictors of refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (RMPP) in early stage. Methods:The prospective multicenter study was conducted in Zhejiang, China from May 1 st, 2019 to January 31 st, 2020. A total of 1 428 patients with fever >48 hours to <120 hours were studied. Their clinical data and oral pharyngeal swab samples were collected; Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA in pharyngeal swab specimens was detected. Patients with positive Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA results underwent a series of tests, including chest X-ray, complete blood count, C-reactive protein, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and procalcitonin. According to the occurrence of RMPP, the patients were divided into two groups, RMPP group and general Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (GMPP) group. Measurement data between the 2 groups were compared using Mann-Whitney U test. Logistic regression analyses were used to examine the associations between clinical data and RMPP. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to analyse the power of the markers for predicting RMPP. Results:A total of 1 428 patients finished the study, with 801 boys and 627 girls, aged 4.3 (2.7, 6.3) years. Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA was positive in 534 cases (37.4%), of whom 446 cases (83.5%) were diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, including 251 boys and 195 girls, aged 5.2 (3.3, 6.9) years. Macrolides-resistant variation was positive in 410 cases (91.9%). Fifty-five cases were with RMPP, 391 cases with GMPP. The peak body temperature before the first visit and LDH levels in RMPP patients were higher than that in GMPP patients (39.6 (39.1, 40.0) vs. 39.2 (38.9, 39.7) ℃, 333 (279, 392) vs. 311 (259, 359) U/L, both P<0.05). Logistic regression showed the prediction probability π=exp (-29.7+0.667×Peak body temperature (℃)+0.004×LDH (U/L))/(1+exp (-29.7+0.667×Peak body temperature (℃)+0.004 × LDH (U/L))), the cut-off value to predict RMPP was 0.12, with a consensus of probability forecast of 0.89, sensitivity of 0.89, and specificity of 0.67; and the area under ROC curve was 0.682 (95% CI 0.593-0.771, P<0.01). Conclusion:In MPP patients with fever over 48 to <120 hours, a prediction probability π of RMPP can be calculated based on the peak body temperature and LDH level before the first visit, which can facilitate early identification of RMPP.
