Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Hospital humanism management is an important idea of modern hospital management. The core of hospital humanism manage is the people-centered principle, which is to explore the resources of humanism and culture within hospitals, and promote to realize the target of hospital and the individual smoothly. This article put great emphasis on the positive effects and the exiting problems of the hospital humanism management in current situation.

Objective Exploration of best effect on washing medical instrument between automatic cleaning sterilizer and ultrasonic cleaners. Methods Suppose washing method A and method B.A:directly put medical instrument into automatic cleaning sterilizer, wash, sterilize and dry it step by step.B:place medical instrument into ultrasonic cleaners, wash with ultra sonic, shower with cool water, sterilize and dry with hot water. Results By comparison, after washing method A,there remains 0.33‰ residue on the medical instrument while after B there are 0.03‰ remains. It has an evident difference between result of the two methods(?~2=46.546,P=0.000).Especially on the cleaning result of saw-shaped medical instrument:A method has 0.52‰ residue while method B is 0.04‰,which is of great significance. But there exists no significant difference of washing result on non saw-shaped instrument(?~2=2.667,P=0.102).Conclusion Ultrasonic cleaners can reach the optimum washing effect on saw-shaped medical instrument, with a great decline on residue after cleaning. And automatic cleaning sterilizer can wash large quantity of non saw-shaped,saving labor and enhancing efficiency by automation cleaning process. Therefore, adpoting different equipment to wash different instrument can efficiently improve cleaning effect and ensure safe and qualified stelization.
3. Therapy of the status of symptom clusters in patients with cancer receiving FOLFOX6 chemotherapy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(21):1613-1617
Objective:
To invest the status of symptom clusters in patients with cancer receiving FOLFOX6 chemotherapy during the course of chemotherapy.
Methods:
Total 100 patients with cancer receiving FOLFOX6 chemotherapy were investigated using MD. Anderson Symptom Inventory-Chinese (MDASI-C).
Results:
The top severity of symptoms were lack of appetite and nausea during chemotherapy; weary was the highest score during the intermission of chemotherapy. Exploratory factor analysis showed four main symptom clusters: gastrointestinal symptom clusters, physical symptom clusters, mental symptom clusters and subjective feeling clusters. There were no significant difference in the scores of subjective feeling clusters between chemotherapy and the first day after discharge (

Objective To observe the association between the cardiovascular health score and newonset atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 95 026 participants who participated the health examination between July 2006 and October 2007 at Kailuan group and without history of atrial fibrillation were selected as the observation cohort. The second, the third and the fourth health examination were performed between July 2008 to October 2009,July 2010 to October 2011,July 2012 to October 2013,respectively.A total of 85 028 participants were included in the final analysis after excluding participants who had new-onset valvular atrial fibrillation and participants lost to follow-up.The participants were divided into 4 subgroups by cardiovascular health score at baseline according to the definition of AHA and cardiovascular health scoring system, namely group of 0-6 points (n =11 103),7-8 points (n=24 487),9-10 points (n =32 556),and 11 14 points (n =16 882).The incidence of atrial fibrillation in each subgroup was observed, and the association between cardiovascular health score and risk of new-onset atrial fibrillation was analyzed using multiple Cox regression analysis. Results A total of 254 participants developed atrial fibrillation during the median of (5.6 ± 1.4) years follow-up.The total incidence of new-onset atrial fibrillation was 0.53/1 000 person-year.The incidence of atrial fibrillation was 0.69/1 000 person-year,0.60/1 000 person-year,0.56/1 000 person-year,and 0.30/1 000 person-year,respectively in 0-6 points,7-8 points,9-10 points, and 11-14 points subgroups, respectively (P < 0.01).After adjustment of age, gender, education level, income, drink, history of myocardial infarction, history of stroke, serum uric acid and C reactive protein level, multiple Cox regression analysis showed that one health score point increase was related to 8% reduction of new onset atrial fibrillation(HR =0.92,95% CI 0.86-0.99,P < 0.05).Compared with the group of 0-6 points group, the risk of atrial fibrillation in the group of 11-14 points group was reduced by 49% (HR =0.51,95 % CI 0.31-0.83,P < 0.01).Conclusion The risk of new-onset atrial fibrillation is reduced in proportion to increase of cardiovascular health score.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the plasma sphingomyelin (SM ) levels and the severity of coro‐nary artery disease in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD) on admission .Methods:Clinical data of 464 pa‐tients undergoing coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed ,which included 345 male cases and 119 female cases with mean age of 62 .71 ± 0 .46 .The patients were divided into stenosis group (n=327) and normal group (n=137) according to the results of coronary angiography .The severity of coronary artery stenosis was calculated according to Gensini score .The SM levels of all patients were measured on admission .Results:SM levels in control group and stenosis group were 39 .45 ± 0 .91 mg/dL ,45 .05 ± 0 .78 mg/dL ,respectively ,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .001) .SM levels were positively correlated with Gensini scores(r=0 .155 ,P=0 .001) .The Gensini scores according to their tertiles of SM levels were 6(0‐38) ,18(2‐50) ,19(0‐49) ,respectively .The differences regarding Gensini scores among the three groups were statistically significant (P=0 .035) .After multiple related risk factors had been corrected ,the multivariate linear regression analysis showed that plasma SM levels were independently associated with Gensini scores (β=0 .143 ,95% CI 0 .148~0 .654 ,P=0 .002) .Conclusions:SM level was significantly associated with coronary angiography Gensini score ,and its level might be an independent risk factor for predicting the degree of coronary stenosis .SM might provide novel therapeutic tar‐get for the treatment of CAD .

Sodium humate (HA-Na) has been topically used as a wound healing and anti-inflammatory agent in folk medicine. In the present study, HA-Na was investigated for cutaneous wound healing in Sprague-Dawley rats. HA-Na solution (1.0%, w/v) was topically administered to rats undergoing excision wound models. Healing was assessed with a recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use as positive control. Wound healing rates were calculated on Day 3, 6, 9, 14 and 21 after injury, and tissues were also harvested after the same intervals for histological analysis. In addition, tissue hydroxyproline levels were measured. Furthermore, mRNA levels and protein expressions of transforming growth factor-β1, 2, 3 (TGF-β1, 2, 3) were determined by RT-PCR and western blot. Protein expression levels of Smad-2, -3, -4 and -7 were also detected by western blot. Our study demonstrates that HA-Na has the capacity to promote wound healing in rats via accelerated wound contraction and increased hydroxyproline content. More importantly, these wound healing effects of HA-Na might be mediated through the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway. HA-Na may be an effective agent for enhanced wound healing.
