Objective To evaluate the palliative effect of 89 SrCl on multiple metastatic bone-pain of malignant turnouts.Methods The palliative effect and side effect of 126 patients with metastatic bone-pain of malignant turnouts after intravenous injeotion 89SrCl were observed.Results The bone-pain vanished or released in 109 patients after therapy.The total effective rate was 86.5%.Bone scan showed that metastatic focals in 38 patients grew down and vanished.The counts of leucocyte was decreased mildly in 19 patients.The damage of liver and kidney was not observed after therapy.Conclusion The 89 SrCl has obvious effect on treating patients with metastatic bone-pain and osteolytic of carcinoma,the aide-effect is mild and it can be used repeatedly.

In traditional Chinese medicine,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos is commonly used as anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and antipyretic herbal medicine,and geo-authentic herbs are believed to present the highest quality among all samples from different regions.To discuss the current situation and trend of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,we searched Chinese Biomedicine Literature Database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Scientific Journal Full-text Database,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Wanfang,and PubMed.We investigated all studies up to November 2015 pertaining to quality assessment,discrimination,pharmacological effects,planting or processing,or ecological system of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.Sixty-five studies mainly discussing about chemical fingerprint,component analysis,planting and processing,discrimination between varieties,ecological system,pharmacological effects,and safety were systematically reviewed.By analyzing these studies,we found that the key points of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos research were quality and application.Further studies should focus on improving the quality by selecting the more superior of all varieties and evaluating clinical effectiveness.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is vital for cardio arrest victims; in this field, researches have been aiming at its mechanism, operation guidelines, new CPR machines and so on. This paper summarized the studies on the mechanical characteristics of the thorax under CPR, and on the simulation work of sternal-displacement relationship in CPR manikins. The data from modeling work showed that the thorax's sternal-displacement relationship could be graphically represented by a hysteresis curve. As the actual CPR manikins' mechanical structures of the thorax are too simplified, it is necessary to do the work of improvement.

Objective:To investigate the value of the three-dimensional CT reconstruction by computer photo process system for laryngeal carcinoma and control study with pathologic feature. Methods: Fifty patients with laryngeal carcinoma were scanned by helical CT which photos were three-dimensionally reconstructed with a photo processing system,and the images were compared with pathologic feature.Results:Clear three-dimensional photo of the laryngeal was obtained through the reconstruction of the helical CT.The images could be circular fully around the axis of X,Y and Z in order to find the best view of the diagnosis.Ninety-six percentage of the TNM stage of patients according to the images of three-dimensional reconstruction were consistent with the TNM stage after operation.The safe edge was obtained in 98% of the surgery for patients.Good correlations were showed in the images of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the larynx and pathologic specimens.Conclusion:Good consistent of the three-dimensional images of the larynx with pathologic specimen were useful for diagnosis,operation design and education.

Objective To explore the application of Pareto analysis method to assess the negative feeling of caregivers for Alzheimer′s disease ( AD) patients, to acquire the main issues and demands to intervene AD caregiver for psychological and affection support, and minimize negative feeling.Methods We surveyed forty six AD caregivers to find out their main issues and demands by return visit and carried out corresponding nursing measures.Pareto analysis had been utilized for statistical analysis.Six months later, caregivers had been investigated again and the results before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention, A ( sense of heavy burden ) , B ( social detachment ) , C ( physical fatigued ) accumulated to 49.82%, while D (family tensions) and E (the shortage of social support) occupied 28.57%(25%-75%), and F (the shortage of knowledge) and G (averseness to patients) held 22.61%(<25%).After six months, nurses who selected A decreased from 46 case times to 30 case times, B from 45 case times to 29 case times, C from 45 case times to 25 case times, and the time cases of all these three options reduced from 136 to 84. Conclusions By application of Pareto analysis to assess the statistic of AD caregiver′s negative feeling, it can find out the main issues, release psychological stress for caregivers, enhance quality of life, and provide liable evidence for their physical and psychological demands.
