[Objective] To probe into the psychological health status of middle-aged intellectuals and its influencing factors. [Methods]A cluster sampling of 1 474 middle-aged intellectuals was measured by the SCL-90 table and was analyzed by the Reliability Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Analysis of Variance. [ Results ] The measurement table is highly reliable (Cronbach a = 0.949) and the Principle Component Analysis has main factors (A -1.97) and cumulative contribution rate is 80% . [Conclusion]Marital status, income and gender are the main influencing factors of psychological healthy status in middle-aged intellectuals.

Raman spectroscopy has generated many branches during the development for more than 90 years. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) improves SNR by using the interaction between tested materials and the surface of rough metal, as to quickly get higher sensitivity and precision spectroscopy without sample pretreatment. This article describes the characteristic and classification of SERS, and updates the theory and clinical application of SERS. It also summarizes the present status and progress of SERS in various disciplines and illustrates the necessity and urgency of its research, which provides rationale for the application for SERS in microbiology.

Objective To observe the clinical features and to identify γ-secretase gene mutations in a Chinese family with follicular occlusion triad (FOT).Methods Clinical evaluation was carried out in a family with FOT through field investigation.Peripheral blood samples were obtained from the family members and 100 unrelated healthy controls.DNA was extracted from the blood samples,and PCR was performed to amplify all the coding regions of PSEN1,PSENEN and NCSTN genes followed by DNA sequencing and comparative analysis.Results There were 14 members over 3 generations in this family,of whom,6 (4 males and 2 females) were affected by FOT.FOT was inherited in an autosomal dominant manner in this family.Clinical manifestations varied greatly among the 4 surviving affected members.DNA sequencing revealed a novel missense mutation,c.647A ＞ C (p.Q216P),in the exon 6 of NCSTN gene in the proband,which was cosegregated perfectly with affected,but not with unaffected,members in the family.The mutation was not found in any of the unrelated controls and had not been registered in the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) database in NCBI.Conclusions There is a novel heterozygous missense mutation,c.647A＞C in the exon 6 of NCSTN gene,which may be the molecular basis of pathogenesis of FOT in this family.

Objective To understand the moving patterns of Oncomelania snails, intermediate host of S.japonicum, in the water bodies. . Methods. Based on the biological features of the snails, methods and techniques in relation to hydraulics and silt engineering were adopted to investigate the active scrawl ability and passive movement of the snails. . Results and Conclusion . The scrawl speed of the snails themselves was very low, 2.^45 mm per minute only. The active movement in the water current was therefore almost negligible. The major moving patterns of the snails in rivers and canals were that: 1. Snails adsorbed on different kinds of carriers drifted on the water. 2. Snails suspended on the water and drifted with the current, these were the young snails under 7 weeks of age. Adult snail showed a strong ability of adhesion, 12 times higher than its body weight.

Objective To observe the efficacy of a kind of complex composed of biphasic ceramic biologic bone (BCBB), bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the repair of necrotic areas of the femoral head. Methods The femoral head necrosis model of 64 femoral heads in 32 rabbits induced with microwave heating were randomly divided into four groups, which implanted with nothing (group A), BCBB/BMP (group B), BCBB/BMP/bFGF (group C) and with cancellous bone autograft (group D). The specimens were harvested separately at the end of 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation. 4 femoral heads were taken off at each interval in every group. A series of examinations were carried out including of naked eyes and gross anatomic observation, X-ray, histology, and blood vessel immunohistochemical staining. Results In group A, 1 femoral head collapsed by the end of 12 weeks, and there was only a little osteoid tissue formed. At the same time, a lot of new bone formed in group B and group C, and the boundary between the bone grafting area and the post bone still existed, but the boundary was unclear in group D, with the density consistent to the post bone. Under X-ray, the defect could be found and one femoral head collapsed in group A by the end of 12 weeks. The density of bone grafting area was high and the boundary to the post bone was unclear in group B and in group C. The density of bone grafting area was the same as the post bone and the boundary between them was unclear in group D. There was only a little osteoid tissue formed in group A by the end of 4 weeks. At the same time, there was a little new bone formed in group B, and BCBB was partly degraded. There was a lot of new bone formed in group C and group D, and BCBB was partly degraded in group C, but cancellous bone autograft was almost absorbed in group D. The new bone area by the end of 4, 8 and 12 weeks from more to less were: group C and group D (P>0.05), group B, and group A (P<0.05). At the end of 2, 4 and 8 weeks, the blood vessel area of group C was more than that of group A, group B, and group D (P<0.05). Conclusion The BCBB/BMP/bFGF complex can induced osteoinduction and revascularization, to repair rabbit femoral head necrosis as effective as cancellous bone autograft.

Objective:To explore the difference of blood pressure compliance rate in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) in the internet of things (IoT) follow-up and conventional care.Methods:CAPD patients from 3 peritoneal dialysis centers from May 2019 to October 2019 were included in this retrospective cohort study. They were divided into IoT group and conventional care group according to the way of follow-up. The difference in blood pressure compliance rate during 1 year of follow-up between the two groups was observed. The primary outcome was defined as the proportion of patients with blood pressure compliance rate≥85%.Results:A total of 75 patients were included in this study, in during 32 patients in IoT group and 43 patients in conventional care group. The comparison of baseline data between the two groups showed that the dialysis age of patients in IoT group was shorter ( P<0.01). After a median of 9(9, 12) months follow-up, the median blood pressure compliance rate was 85.2% (65.2%, 95.1%), and 25 patients (65.6%) in IoT group had met the target of blood pressure compliance rate≥85%, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional care group (17 cases, 39.5%) ( χ2=4.996, P=0.025). The cumulative probability of the target of blood pressure compliance rate≥85% was 97%, 90%, 90% and 52%, respectively in IoT group, while 95%, 86%, 55% and 34%, respectively in conventional care group after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of follow-up, and the different between the two groups was significant (Log-rank χ2=4.774, P=0.029). Adjusted for age, sex and dialysis age, the multivariate Cox proportional risk regression model showed that serum creatinine level(for every 1 μmol/L increase, HR=1.002, 95% CI 1.000-1.003, P=0.033), follow-up mode (IoT follow-up vs conventional care, HR=0.023, 95% CI 0.003-0.210, P=0.001), follow-up times (for each additional time, HR=0.879, 95% CI 0.823-0.939, P<0.001) and the rate of weight compliance (for each increase of 1%, HR=0.964, 95% CI 0.939-0.991, P=0.008) was the independent influencing factors for the blood pressure compliance rate<85%. The results of subgroup analysis showed that patients with shorter dialysis age (<10 months) and in the centers where the nurses finished the PD follow-up work as part-time job had better blood pressure control in IoT follow-up. Conclusions:IoT follow-up is helpful to improve CAPD patients' blood pressure compliance rate. Elevated serum creatinine level at baseline is the independent risk factor associated with poor blood pressure compliance. However, IoT follow-up, more follow-up times and the elevated rate of weight compliance are the protective factors for blood pressure compliance. IoT follow-up mode is more recommended for patients with short dialysis age and for dialysis centers where most of the nurses are part-time.

OBJECTIVE: To seek the effect of CO2 laser-assisted uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (LAUP) of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). METHOD: Patients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnography (PSG) were chosen. Ninety-six patients were completed PSG studies of more than 6 months after CO2 LAUP. RESULT: The 96 patients' follow-up period was 6 months, 29 cases were cured; 34 cases had notable effects; 13 cases had effects; 20 cases had no effects. The effective rate was 79.17% (76/96). CONCLUSION Application CO2 LAUP is a safe and effective treatment method for OSAHS.

Objective To explore the application effect of throughout nursing management mode in the free treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) in outpatient.Methods Follow the principle of voluntary participation,seventy-two infected person or patients with AIDS were chosen and were divided into the intervention group (n =34) and the control group (n =38).The control group received the routine nursing management mode,and the intervention group received the throughout nursing management mode.The seven compliance indicators were observed and analyzed one year after the intervention.Results The average interval time from confirming HIV to detecting CD4 cell count firstly was 20 d,and the average interval time from finding CD4 less than 350/μl firstly to antivirus treatment was 30 d in the intervention group,and were lower than 30 d,60 d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (Z =3.42,3.13,respectively; P ＜ 0.01).The proportions of full compliance,partial compliance in the intervention group were respectively 82.4％,14.7％,and were better than those in the control group(52.6％,34.2％),and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-2.693,P ＜ 0.01).The proportions of the standard of follow-up in the intervention group were respectively 82.4％,and were better than 55.3％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.057,P ＜ 0.05).The proportions of detecting CD4 cell count every three months,the increased CD4 more than 100/μl 6-12 months after the antivirus treatment,the viral suppression 6-12 months after the treatment in the intervention group were respectively 97.1％,79.4％,82.4％,and were better than 81.6％,44.7％,60.5％ in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =4.354,5.678,4.138,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The throughout nursing management mode can urge the patients to detect CD4 cell count and standardize the follow-up,and can promote the patients to treat as soon as possible,and increase the medication compliance,and improve the treatment effect,and reduce the incidence and mortality of AIDS-related diseases.
