Objective To investigate the compassion fatigue and stress status and the relationship between them of nurses working in secondary hospitals of integrated areas of urban and rural places, and explore the social factors that influence the compassion fatigue and stress status. Methods 378 nurses from secondary hospitals in urban-rural integrated area were selected as samples in Nanjing. Paramedic′s Compassion Fatigue Scale and Chinese Nurse Stressor Questionnaire were adopted to develop the survey. Results The nurse compassion fatigue score was (15.9 ± 1.83) points; Stress status score was (86.18 ± 19.96) points. Urban-rural fringe secondary hospital nurse compassion fatigue status was positively associated with the pressure (r=0.218, P<0.01), and loss of enthusiasm, nervousness, loss of ability to doubt, and morale were on the medical staff work pressure had significant influence (P<0.05). Conclusions The nurse compassion fatigue and stress level were in the medium level; Nursing managers should pay more attention to the psychological health level of the nurses, increase nurses' enthusiasm, alleviate the occupational stress of nurses caused by compassion fatigue.

Objective To established a method for determining the acetic acid peroxide in disinfectant. Methods The acetic acid peroxide determined by gas chromatography using FFAP fixative solution, Chromosorb W-AW DMCS column and FID detector. Results The detection limit was 0.001%.The linear range was from 0.01% to 25%.The recovery rate was 93%-102%?RSD was less than 2.93%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and has a good selectivity. The sample can be directly detected without separation.

0.999, the average recovery rates were 82%-88%, and RSD was not more than 4.3%(n=6), the detection limit was 0.05 mg/L. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and applicable to determination of rhodamin B in water.

Objective To detect the change of precursor protein of sol in breast cancer before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,so as to find the serum protein marker of chemotherapy drug resistance in breast cancer.Methods Breast cancer patients with Ⅲ period neoadjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled in the study.The serum specimens of the patients were obtained.Two-way gel electrophoresis was used to get the gel map before and after chemotherapy,then the image map was analyzed by gel analysis software.The differentially expressed proteins point was screened before and after chemotherapy.Serum protein differences were identified with matrix auxiliary laser disi ntegrate series time of flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF-MS),including coagulation sol precursor protein.Western blot was used to test the variation trend of them before and after chemotherapy.Results Coagulation sol precursor protein levels fell after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in resistance group.The variation trend of the results of western blot and that of the proteomics were consistent.Conclusion Coagulation sol precursor protein can be as the candidate serum marker of chemotherapy drug resistance in breast cancer.

Objective to investigate the relationship between CRP,IL-12 and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Fifty normal pregnant women (NGT group) and forty with GDM (GDM group) were enrolled in the study.The serum IL-12、fasting blood sugar、CRP were mesured respectively.Results GDM fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index (IRI),CRP,IL-12 were higher than those in the control group [(4.95 ± 0.76 vs 4.57 ± 0.58) mmol/L,(13.65 ± 1.74 vs 8.78 ± 1.65) uIU/ml,(2.91 ± 1.05vs 1.72 ± 0.87),(5.56 ± 1.24 vs 3.25 ± 1.13) mg/L,(71.47 ± 4.35 vs 56.03 ± 4.06) PG,/ml,P ＜ 0.05),the results of single factor analysis of CRP showed a positive correlation with IRI (r =0.865,P ＜ 0.05),IL-12 was positively correlated with IRI (r =0.913,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Our study show inflammatory cytokins take part in the genesis of gestational diabetes.Serum levels of IL-12 and is one factor in pathogensis of GDM.

To investigate the relationship of body mass index and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Three hundred and eleven patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed according WHO 1999 consensus criteria and 366 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study. Medical history was acquired and physical examination was conducted, and blood sugar, liver and kidney functions, lipid profile and abdominal ultrasonography color were examined. Sixty seven out of 366 healthy subjects were confirmed to have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) ,including 51 mild case ( 13.9％ ) ,15 moderate cases(4. 1％ ) and 1 severe case(0. 3％ ) ; while in 311 diabetic patients NAFLD was detected in 144 cases, including 85 mild cases (27.3％) ,53 moderate cases( 17.3％ )and 19 severe cases( 1.9％ ). The prevalence rate of NAFLD was higher in diabetic patients than control group in BMI ＜ 23.0 kg/m2 group, 23.0 -24. 9 kg/m2 group and 25.0 -29. 9 kg/m2 group(P ＜0. 01 ) ; however, there was no difference between two groups when BMi ≥30 kg/m2 (P ＞0. 05 ). The prevalence of NAFLD increased with BMI whether in control group or in diabetic group, especially when BMI ＞ 25 kg/m2. In addition to the prevalence of NAFLD, metabolic syndrome increased with BMI in diabetic patients. These findings indicate that type 2 diabetic patients have a high prevalence of NAFLD, especially in obese patients.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small cell lung cancer(SCLC) treatment with recombinant human endostatin injection and cis-platinum complexes.Methods 100 patients with SCLC were divided into 2groups.The experiment group used cis-platinum complexes while the control group used recombinant human endostatin injection.Results The effective rate of experiment group was obviously higher than the control group ( 74.0％ vs60.0％,x2=2.16,P ＜ 0.05 ).The median survival time of experiment group was better than control group( t=2.02,P ＜ 0.05 ).The diverse of untoward effect of two groups had no difference ( P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human endostatin injection and cis-platinum complexes were better therapy for SCLC,which had stable effect,no severe untoward effect and overcome the drug-fast of cis-platinum complexes.

Objective To understand the core competence of the community backbone nurses,to provide effective and reliable basis for training and enhancing core competence of the community backbone nurses.Methods By simple cluster sampling method and the use of The Core Competence of Chinese Registered Nurse Scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 165 backbone nurses with community nurse practicing qualification.By analysis of ANOVA and LSD,the difference of general score of CIRN and score of every dimension among different age,different working years,different positions and different education degrees were compared.Results The average score of the core competence of community backbone nurses was (165.97±20.89).All dimensions from high to low order:ethical/legal practice,interpersonal relationship,professional development,education/counseling,critical thinking/scientific research,leadership ability,clinical nursing; Age group:31 to 40 years old group earned the highest score (168.09±20.90);Working years group:group with above 20 working years earned the highest score (167.78±19.72),which compared with other age groups was of statistical difference.Professional title group:co-chief nurse group earned the highest scores (172.67±13.20),which compared with other professional title groups was of statistical difference; Education degree group:associate degree group earned the highest score (166.63±20.81).Of which,bachelor degree group compared with other education degree groups in critical thinking/scientific research dimensions was of statistical difference.The other dimension of the comparison among groups was not significantly different.Conclusions Community nursing managers should carry out post arrangement and the professional development training according to individual situation of community nurses,to improve commumty backbone nurses' core competencies,thus promote the development of community nursing career.

The over-expression of Polo-like kinase 1(Plk1)is critical in the producing and progressing of multi-ple human tumors and is recognized as an effective target for the development of novel anti-cancer drugs.Currently a variety of small molecules targeting ATP or substrates binding sites have entered different stages of clinical trials.Polo-box domain(PBD)is a unique domain of Plks which plays an important role in the sub-cellular location of Plks and also in the recognition of their substrates,therefore it has become an attractive target for the development of novel target-directed Plk1 inhibitors.In this paper,PBD function of Plk1 was intro-duced,the progress of small molecule and phosphoserine /phosphothreonine contained short peptide Plk1 inhibi-tors targeting PBD was summarized.Further development of this kind of inhibitors was also proposed.

Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse effects of 5 days' and 7 days' course of combination chemotherapy regimen HA in the treatment of chronic phase of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML-CP). Methods 18 cases of CML-CP had received 5 days' course of combination chemotherapy regimen HA including homoharringtonine 4 mg/d and cytarabine 200 mg/d for 5 days. At the same time,another 18 patients diagnosed as CML-CP who were given 7 days' course of HA regimen including homoharringtonine 4 mg/d and cytarabine 200 mg/d for 7 days were compared on the efficacy including peripheral white blood cells, spleen size and cytogenetic responses and adverse effects. Results The complete remission(CR) rate was 50.0 % and 61.1 % in 5 days' and 7 days' treated groups, respectively (P >0.05). The incidence of severe bone marrow suppression in 7 days' group(16.7 %) was higher than that in 5 days' group(0)(P <0.05). Conclusion The 5 days' course of combination chemotherapy HA regimen is same as 7 days' course of HA regimen about their curative effects in CML-CP. But the incidence of severe bone marrow suppression in 7 days' group(16.7 %) was higher than that in 5 days' group (0).
