OBJECITVE: To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of six active components in Dengyinnaotong capsules, ie, scutellarin, bilobalide, ginkgolide A, ginkgolide B, ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1. METHODS: The chromatographic separation was carried out at 30℃ on a Phenomenex Luna C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column eluted by gradient program. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1. The six compounds were separated within 10.0 min. RESULTS: The regression curves for the six compounds showed good linearity in wide ranges. The recoveries were around from 94.8% to 108.5%. CONCLUSION: The established method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Dengyinnaotong Capsules.

Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of C-reactive protein (CRP)、hemoglobin (Hb) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in different disease stage of multiple myeloma according the international staging system. Method Thirty untreated MM patients with complete clinical records were included in the stndy. The multiple myeloma patients were classified into three groups according to international staging system (ISS).Thirty megaloblastic anemia patients of similar age 、sex、hemoglobin level as the observation group.Resulets The levels of CRP (24.17±9.87 mg/L)、Hb (71.72±13.27 g/L) and ESR (105.94±27.73 mm/h) of stage Ⅲ patients were statistically different with stage Ⅰ ( CRP 8.54±1.97 mg/L; Hb 91.00±9.92g/L; ESR 73.57±20.53mm/h)、Ⅱ patients ( CRP 14.89±5.51 mg/L; Hb 91.29±8.32g/L; ESR 67.00± 15.56 mm/h) separately (P＜0.05).The levels of CRP (19.40±10.17 mg/L) and ESR (91.90±29.70 mm/h) in the MM patients were significantly higher than that in the observation group Ⅰ ( CRP 7.52±1.57mg/L; ESR 20.20±8.04mm/h) (P＜0.05 respectively).CRP and ESR level in MM patients positively correlated with myeloma cell proportion and β2-microglobulin level (P＜0.05), while Hb level negatively correlated with myeloma cell proportion and β2-microglobulin level (P＜0.05),Conclusion The levels of C-reactive protein、hemoglobin and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are closely associated with the development of multiple myeloma. C-reactive protein and hemoglobin are relatively sensitive response to disease than erythrocyte sedimentation rate. There is a clear clinical implication in detecting the patient' s condition for progress and the prognosis.

Objective To explore the microcosmic mechanism of pingyangmycin treating infantile proliferating capillary hemangiomas so as to find the optimal method for hemangiomas′ treatment.Methods Sixty samples of infantile proliferating hemangiomas were divided into control group(30 cases,aged from 2 days to 6 months) and experimental group(30 cases,aged from 2 to 6 months).Pingyangmycin was made into emulsion and smeared on the surfaces of the leision in experimental group with 3 times every day as well as only matrix in control group.The specimens were resected on d7,then made into pathological slices and electron microscope slices in order to observe the cells microcosmic structure changes and ultrastructure changes.Furthermore,the apoptotic indexes of two groups were detected by the molecular biology method(TUNEL test).Results The number of apoptotic cells were lower in control group(apoptotic index 18.87?13.67)but higher apparently in experimental group(apoptotic index 29.52?15.33).The difference between two groups was significant(t=2.842 P

Cultured human testicular tissues were grouped as follows:control group,group tracted with single dosc of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG), group treated with double doses of hCG given at three-day-interval and group treated with multiple doses of hCG. The dose of hCG was 20kIU/L,and it was added into the medium and incubated for 24 hours. Testosterone was measured by RIA. The result indicated that all three hCG-treated groups had a testosterone secretion peak at 48-72 hours after the first dose of hCG. After the second hCG treatment given in three days interval the testosterone increased again. but its maximal rise reduced. Multiple doses of hCG given successively inhibited the response of Leydig cells to hCG stimulation.

The phenomenon of secondary ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is more common in clinical practice.In recent years,a growing number of studies are trying to find an effective therapy to avoid the occurrence of ischemic brain injury and improve the prognosis in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews the incidence and mechanisms of ischemic brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To analyze the clinical outcomes of Ludloff osteotomy and artificial metatarsophalangeal arthroplasty in the patients with severe hallux valgus and metatarsophalangeal joint osteoarthritis.Methods From Apr.2013 to Aug.2015,120 feet with severe hallux valgus were treated by operation in Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University.Before operation,measured some angles,such as hallux valgus angle,intermetatarsal angle,proximal articular surficial intrinsic angle and so on in the two groups.And evaluated the patients condition by Maryland scale at the same time.Through the date,we make sure that there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation.According to the order of hospitalization,all patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n =60) and control group (n =60).The cases of experimental group were treated by Ludloff osteotomy and artificial joint replacement.The cases of control group were treated by Ludloff osteotomy and Akin osteotomy.We used the visual analogue scale,the core quality of life scale-36 and Maryland scale to record the date,such as pain,the range of motion and appearance of the metatarsophalangeal joint and the ability of daily life and sports before and after operation.Compared above categorical variables using paired T-test between before and after operation and using T-test between the two groups.Compared the rate of operative complications by Fisher's exact test between the two groups.Results Through the Maryland scale,the total excellent rate of the experimental group (91.7％) was higher than the total excellent rate of the control group (75.0％),with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The operative complication rate of experimental group (1.7％) was lower than the control group (8.3％),but without statistically significant (P ＞0.05).The scores of quality of life of the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The visual analogue scale pain score (1.61 ± 0.12) of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (3.68 ± 0.58),with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical outcomes of Ludloff osteotomy and artificial metatarsophalangeal arthroplasty in patients with severe hallux valgus and metatarsophalangeal joint osteoarthritis is better,high safety,less trauma and faster recovery.It is worthy of promotion and use.

Objective To observe the difference of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) between diabetic and non-diabetic patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD),and to explore whether it was associated with duration of hemodialysis.Methods A total of 120 patients with MHD were divided into diabetic group (40 cases) and non-diabetic group (80 cases) according to the primary disease.The blood samples from the patients before dialysis were selected to test the serum VEGF and plasma MPO and other indicators.The blood samples from April 2012 to March 2013 were labeled diabetic group 1(40 cases) and non-diabetic group 1 (80 cases).The blood samples from April 2013 to March 2014 were labeled diabetic group 2 (40 cases) and non-diabetic group 2 (80 cases).Results The serum VEGF and plasma MPO levels were (74.63 ± 47.43) ng/L,(300.63 ± 235.37) μ g/L in diabetic group 1,and (63.69 ± 43.23) ng/L,(275.35 ± 216.32) μ g/L in non-diabetic group 1,and there were significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The serum VEGF and plasma MPO levels were (83.32 ± 40.38) ng/L,(414.12 ±265.52) μg/L in diabetic group 2,and (70.89 ±39.74) rig/L,(289.45 ±202.85) μg/L in non-diabetic group 2,and there were significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The correlation analysis showed that VEGF was positively correlated with MPO in diabetic group 1 and diabetic group 2 (r =0.632 and 0.763,P ＜ 0.05),and VEGF was positively correlated with MPO in non-diabetic group 1 and non-diabetic group 2 (r =0.610 and 0.713,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Compared with those in non-diabetic MHD patients,VEGF and MPO levels are significandy higher in diabetic MHD patients.In non-diabetic MHD patients and diabetic MHD patients,VEGF and MPO levels will rise gradually with duration of hemodialysis.The expressions of VEGF and MPO are associated with each other.
