2.Investigation of Reticulocyte Haemoglobin Content of 6 0 0 Cases of Healthy Adults in Longhua Area of Shenzhen
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2014;(5):37-39
Objective To establish healthy adults in shenzhen longhua district reticulocyte red blood cell hemoglobin content of normal reference value range (CHr),and analyze its clinical significance. Methods By Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analyzer to detect CHr content in the blood, and 600 healthy adults to establish CHr reference range. At the same time detection of 40 patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA)CHr content in the blood to contrast analysis. Results 18~30, 31~40,41~50,51~60 and >60 years old healthy male and female CHr content in the blood, respectively 36.35±3.26 pg and 33.95±2.81 pg,36.02±3.01 pg and 34.15±3.14 pg,36.41±2.76 pg and 34.21± 2.67 pg,35.96±3.06 pg and 33.83±3.04 pg,36.09±2.86 pg and 34.10±2.89 pg,with gender differences between different age groups had no statisti-cal significance (t=1.34~1.82,P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant between different genders is the same age group (t=4.62~5.26,P< 0.05).CHr levels in both men and women respectively reference range 36.12±3.16 pg and 34.05±2.94 pg,men than women, the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=6.792,P<0.05).Pa-tients with IDA CHr levels in both men and women, respectively 24.72±3.91 pg and 22.63±3.76 pg,significantly lower than healthy people, the results between the difference was statistically significant (t=11.29~13.02,P<0.01).Conclusion Shenzhen longhua area different gender differences between healthy adults of CHr content reference interval, men than women.IDA patients serum CHr significantly lower than the general population. Therefore, the establishment of different gender healthy adults of CHr content reference interval, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, curative effect judgment of anemia and early monitoring the extent of the hematopoietic function recovery has important clinical value.

National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(7):647-650
DAZL, a member of the DAZ family, plays a key role in human spermatogenesis. It regulates the promoter via genetic modification, especially DNA methylation, promoting the transcription of DAZL. Besides, the relation of DAZL SNPs with male infertility has been a hot spot of research for many years. It is deduced that local and ethnic factors may be associated with the failure of spermatogenesis. This article presents an overview on the results of recent studies, changes in the DNA methylation of DAZL in spermatogenesis, and the association of DAZL SNPs with male infertility, aiming to provide a new theoretical basis and clinical strategy for the treatment of male infertility.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(03):-
Objective To observe the expression level of HOXB6 gene on the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells(HSC) to colony forming unit-granulocyte-monocyte(CFU-GM),erythroid progenitor(CFU-E) and colony forming unite-T-lymphocyt(CFU-TL).And the proliferation procress was affected by all-transretinoic acid(ATRA).Methods 1.By the colony culture in vitro, the impact of ATRA on the CFU-GM,CFU-E,CFU-TL colony formation were surveyed;the expressions of HOXB6 gene were observed on the differentiation procress of HSC to CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL affected by ATRA on the 3rd,7th,12th.2.Real-time fluorogenic quantitative reserve transcription-polymerize chain reaction(FQ-RT-PCR) method was used to explore the possible mechanism of ATRA up-regulated to human cord blood CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL in gentic level. Results 1.HOXB6 gene had a regulatory function in the differentiation procress of hematopoiesis.During the differentiation and proliferation of HSC to colony forming CFU-GM or CFU-E,CFU-TL in vitro, the expressions of HOXB6 gene were significant positive.2.Compared with the expressions of CFU-GM and CFU-TL HOXB6 mRNA on day 3,the quantity of HOXB6 mRNA was obviously higher on day 7 and lower on day 12,respectively in each group.Compared with the expression of CFU-E HOXB6 mRNA on day 3,the quantity of HOXB6 mRNA was obviously higher on day 12 in each group.3.Compared with the HOXB6 gene of control group, the expressions of HOXB6 gene of group ATRA were up-regulated remarkable. Conclusions 1.HOXB6 gene has a regulatory function in the differentiation procress of hematopoiesis.HOXB6 gene plays an important role in the progress which can be associated with the regulating effect of HOXB6 gene on the differentiation and proliferation of CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL.2.During the differentiation and proliferation of HSC,the expression of HOXB6 gene is regular in time.3.Low concentration of ATRA(60 ?mol?L-1) can up-regulate the expression of HOXB6 gene, which confirms the theory that the normal hematopoie-tic lineage determination and maturation rely on the stable and consistent expression of HOXB6 gene.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;27(4):929-932
Cross-modal stochastic resonance is a ubiquitous phenomenon, that is, a weak signal from one sensory pathway can be enhanced by the noise from a different sensory pathway. It is a special multisensory integration (MI) that can not be explained by the inverse-effectiveness rule. According to cross-modal stochastic resonance, the detection of signal is an inverted U-like function of the intensity of noise at different levels. In this paper, we reviewed the research of cross-modal stochastic resonance and put forward some possible explanations for it. These efforts raise a new idea for neural encoding and information processing of the brain.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2005;30(1):75-78
The compound that distributes in the herbs with one common effect was named as "co-effect compound" (CEC). The CECs of three traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) effects, purgative, relieving pain and clearing heat, had been found and studied. A strong corresponding relationship was found between the pharmacological activities of CECs and the TCM effect they belong to. The study shows that it may be a feasible method to connect traditional effect of TCM with modem pharmacological activity.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To observe the effect of circadian rhythm on hypnotic median effective dose( ED50) of ketamine. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups which had 15 mice in each group. They were intraperitoneally injected with ketamine at different times of 2 Am,8 Am,2 Pm and 8 Pm, respectively. Righting reflex was recorded and the value of ED50 was measured with sequential experimental method. Results The hypnotic ED50 of ketamine at 2 Am was(54.57?0.82) mg/kg, with 95% confidence limit of ED50 38.06-78.22 mg/kg;ED50 was(49. 27?0. 12) mg/kg at 8 Am, with 95% confidence limit of ED50 40. 21-60. 37 mg/kg;ED50 at 2 Pm was (42.28?0.21) mg/kg, with 95% confidence limit 37.35 - 47 83 mg/kg;and ED50 at 8 Pm was(57.42?0.14) mg/kg, with 95% confidence limit 37.51-73 72 mg/kg,respectively. The ED50 were significant different at 2 Pm and 8 Pm. However, there were no significant difference in ED50 value among other groups. Conclusion The hypnotic effect of ketamine has circadian rhythm - dependent.
