Objective To observe the expression level of HOXB6 gene on the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells(HSC) to colony forming unit-granulocyte-monocyte(CFU-GM),erythroid progenitor(CFU-E) and colony forming unite-T-lymphocyt(CFU-TL).And the proliferation procress was affected by all-transretinoic acid(ATRA).Methods 1.By the colony culture in vitro,the impact of ATRA on the CFU-GM,CFU-E,CFU-TL colony formation were surveyed;the expressions of HOXB6 gene were observed on the differentiation procress of HSC to CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL affected by ATRA on the 3rd,7th,12th.2.Real-time fluorogenic quantitative reserve transcription-polymerize chain reaction(FQ-RT-PCR) method was used to explore the possible mechanism of ATRA up-regulated to human cord blood CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL in gentic level.Results 1.HOXB6 gene had a regulatory function in the differentiation procress of hematopoiesis.During the differentiation and proliferation of HSC to colony forming CFU-GM or CFU-E,CFU-TL in vitro,the expressions of HOXB6 gene were significant positive.2.Compared with the expressions of CFU-GM and CFU-TL HOXB6 mRNA on day 3,the quantity of HOXB6 mRNA was obviously higher on day 7 and lower on day 12,respectively in each group.Compared with the expression of CFU-E HOXB6 mRNA on day 3,the quantity of HOXB6 mRNA was obviously higher on day 12 in each group.3.Compared with the HOXB6 gene of control group,the expressions of HOXB6 gene of group ATRA were up-regulated remarkable.Conclusions 1.HOXB6 gene has a regulatory function in the differentiation procress of hematopoiesis.HOXB6 gene plays an important role in the progress which can be associated with the regulating effect of HOXB6 gene on the differentiation and proliferation of CFU-GM,CFU-E and CFU-TL.2.During the differentiation and proliferation of HSC,the expression of HOXB6 gene is regular in time.3.Low concentration of ATRA(60 ?mol?L-1) can up-regulate the expression of HOXB6 gene,which confirms the theory that the normal hematopoie-tic lineage determination and maturation rely on the stable and consistent expression of HOXB6 gene.

Objective To study the development of visual function in blepharophimosis-ptosis-epianthusinversm syndrome(BPES) and evaluate the clinical effect of Multistage Correction.Design Retrospective case series.Participants 51 cases of BEPS in Beijing Tongren Hospital from June 2005 to May 2009.Methods Refraction and general ophthalmology were performed for each patient. Family history was inquired and corrected surgery were performed for every one.Main Outcome Measures Refraction,the length, width of palpebral fissure,and inner canthal distance were measured both preoperatively and postoperatively.Results 13 of the 51 cases had family history,27 cases had amblyopia and 12 cases had refractive error.4 cases combined with strabismus.Conclusions The risk of refractive error and amblyopia in patients with BPES is much higher than that of normal population,so careful regular visual follow -up and early surgery are necessary.BPES patients tend to have much more chance to get amblyopia,which will impact on the development of visual function,therefore surgery correction at early age is highly suggested.

Background Basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)secreted by cornea after injury is important to cytothesis,collagen fibers reconstruction and axons recovery.However,the local bFGF is not enough for the reparation process.Objective This study aimed to observe the findings of corneal collagen and nerve recovery under the confocal microscopy through focusing(CMTF) in the eyes with intervene of exogenous recombinant bFGF(rbFGF) after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods LASIK rabbit models were binocularly created in 34 clean New Zealand white rabbits.The tobramycin combined with dexamethasone were dropped after operation for 10 days in bilateral eyes.rbFGF was topically administered in the right eyes of rabbits from 1 day through 3 months after LASIK,and lubricant was used in the left eyes at the same way.The corneal collagen and nerve recovery,keratocyte and endothelial cell counting were observed with CMTF at the 1st week,2nd week,2nd month,3rd month and 5th month after LASIK.Results Total 19 rabbits were meted the request of LASIK models.The keratocyte densities in anterior stroma of both groups reached the lowest level at the 2nd week and the highest level at the 3rd month.Otherwise,haze changed on the contrary.No statistically significant differences were found in anterior stroma keratocyte densities,haze grade,grey value between rbFGF group and lubricant group at various time points after operation(P＞0.05).The nerve cord densities of both groups were increased gradually,and those under the epithelial basement membrane were more dominant.The nerve density of the anterior stroma of rbFGF group was significant higher than the lubricant one in the 2nd group(P=0.038).The considerably elevated the subepithelial nerve density value was also seen in rbFGF group compared with lubricant at 5 months after operation(Z=-2.060,P=0.039).No any corneal neovascularization occurred in both groups through experiment duration.The positive correlation was found between grey value with haze grade in rbFGF group(b=22.687,F=37.975,P=0.000) and lubricant group(b=20.410,F=18.516,P=0.000).However,haze grade was not significant correlated with stromal keratocyte density(rbFGF group:b=0.001,F=0.164,P=0.668;lubricant group:b=-0.002,F=1.896,P=0.178).Conclusion Exogenous bFGF can improve the recovery of corneal nerve and regeneration of keratocyte after LASIK.No evidence of bFGF promoting corneal neovascularization is found in this experiment.

A high-performance liquid chromatography method of pre-column derivatization with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5 -pyrazolone (PMP) has been established for determination of 6 kinds of monosaccharides simultaneously. A special Agilent HC-C18 column (4. 6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm), optimized for the separation of PMP derivatives, was used at ambient temperature of 40 degrees C. The PMP derivatives elution was performed with a mixture of 0.1 mol x L(-1) phosphate buffer (pH 6. 8) and acetonitrile in a ratio of 84: 16 at a flow rate of 1 mL x min(-1), and UV absorbance of the effluent was monitored at 245 nm. The results showed that the polysaccharides from exopleura of Ginkgo biloba were acidic heteropolysaccharides mainly containing mannose, rhamnose, D-galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose, arabinose, with the molar ratio of 0.032: 0.14: 0.296: 0.403:0.106: 0.046.

Objective To explore the application of 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with high-resolution CT (HRCT) in the same scanner on diagnosis of lung cancer, and its influencing factors. Methods 50 patients, in which some cannot supply HRCT raw date and under highly suspicion of being lung cancer, some were postoperative lung cancer and metastasis of lung cancer, were examined by 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT in the same scanner. Results 50 patients were all successful (100%) on PET/CT scans after preparation, injection, rest and breathing exercises;46 cases (92%) were successful on PET/CT combined with HRCT scans;4 cases (8%) failed on HRCT scans. Ma-lignant lesions were found in 35 cases, with the metastasis of 21 cases;4 in 6 cases of postoperative lung cancer were found metastasis;9 cases of benign pulmonary nodules need to be observed sequentially. Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT in the same scan-ner is valuable on diagnosis of lung cancer. The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity significantly increase. It is a non-invasive new imaging technology and systemic metastasis can be observed.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of grain-sized moxibustion in treating chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its effect on quality of life (QOL). Methods: Eighty NSCLC patients admitted to the Inpatient Department of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital between September 2016 and March 2018 were recruited and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups both received chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus cisplatin (TP regimen). The control group received oral administration of leucogen tablets starting from the first day of chemotherapy, 20 mg each time, three times a day, for consecutive 14 d; the observation group was additionally given grain-sized moxibustion, once a day, five days per week at a two-day interval, until the fourteenth day. The myelosuppression severity was observed and compared between the two groups prior to chemotherapy, at the 3rd, 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy; the QOL in the two groups was evaluated before chemotherapy, at the 14th and 21st days of chemotherapy. Results: Regarding myelosuppression, the peripheral blood indicators increased significantly at the 3rd day of chemotherapy in both groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); at the 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy, the peripheral blood indicators presented a decreasing tendency in the two groups, but the level in the observation group was still significantly higher than that before chemotherapy (P<0.01); at the 3rd, 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy, the peripheral blood indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the occurrence rate of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The QOL score in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group at the 14th and 21st days of chemotherapy (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Grain-sized moxibustion can effectively improve myelosuppression after chemotherapy for NSCLC, reducing its occurrence and enhancing the patient's QOL.

Objective:To analyze the relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV)gene mutation at 1896 in precore region with genotype and replication of HBV and the liver function of patients.Methods:HBV precore 1896 site mutation,the genotype of HBV and serum content of HBV DNA were determined by PCR in 60 patients positive of HBV DNA.Chemiluminescence miacropaticle immunoassay(CMIA)was used for detection of serum HBeAg and HBeAb.Liver function parameters were ob- tained by routine biochemistry method.Results:The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level in HBV with 1896 site mutation was significantly higher than that in the wildtype virus.Site mutation at 1896 had no correlation with HBeAg,HBV genotype and HBV DNA content.HBV DNA content in patient with genotype C was significantly higher than that with genotype B(P

Objective To study the effect of innovation skill training work pattern on the Work Satisfaction Degree in clinical practice nursing of nurses. Methods 55 clinical nurses in 4 disease sections of the courtyard cardiovascular disease center were set as the experimental group, and used the innovation skill training work pattern in their work for 12 months. And, 57 nursing staffs were set as the control group, and used the traditional skill training work pattern. The Work Satisfaction Degree were compared by using Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire ( MSQ ), between the two groups, as well as between the pre-practice and post-practice of the new method in the experimental group. Results Compared to the control group, 9 of the 12 items about the internal satisfaction degree in experimental group had statistical significance, and 1 of the 6 items about the external satisfaction degree in experimental group had statistical significance. When making a comparison before and after the new method was put into practice, in the experimental group, 9 of the 12 items about the internal satisfaction degree in experimental group had statistical significance, and 4 items about the external satisfaction degree in experimental group had statistical significance; and in the control group, there is no statistical significance before the training and after the training. Conclusions The innovation skill training work pattern may enhance the nursing staffs's the degree of work satisfaction, by the enhancement of nursing staff' independent right, the enhancement of the nursing staffs serf-sense of achievement, and the superintendent giving the prompt affirmation of the nursing staff and conducting the user-friendly management.

In order to obtain the fungicides with minimal impact on efficiency of mycorrhizal symbiosis, the effect of five fungicides including polyoxins, jinggangmycins, thiophanate methylate, chlorothalonil and carbendazim on the growth of medicinal plant and efficiency of mycorrhizal symbiosis were studied. Pot cultured Glycyrrhiza uralensis was treated with different fungicides with the concentration that commonly used in the field. 60 d after treated with fungicides, infection rate, infection density, biomass indexes, photosyn- thetic index and the content of active component were measured. Experimental results showed that carbendazim had the strongest inhibition on mycorrhizal symbiosis effect. Carbendazim significantly inhibited the mycorrhizal infection rate, significantly suppressed the actual photosynthetic efficiency of G. uralensis and the most indicators of biomass. Polyoxins showed the lowest inhibiting affection. Polyoxins had no significant effect on mycorrhizal infection rate, the actual photosynthetic efficiency of G. uralensis and the most indicators of biomass. The other three fungicides also had an inhibitory effect on efficiency of mycorrhizal symbiosis, and the inhibition degrees were all between polyoxins's and carbendazim's. The author considered that fungicide's inhibition degree on mycorrhizal effect might be related with the species of fungicides, so the author suggested that the farmer should try to choose bio-fungicides like polyoxins.
