To investigate the influence of Anxin granules combined with tirofiban on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) Patients after elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). One hundred and twenty AMI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the two groups were all given Tirofiban 30mins before PCI . The treatment group was added Anxin granules 30 mins before and after PCI. Tissue factor (TF) and von willebrand factor (vWF) were tested at 6 hours after operation. Syndromatology alteration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and bleeding complications were observed at 4 weeks after operation. Both TF and vWF at 6 hours after operation of the treatment group was lower than the control group significantly (P < 0.01), while the condition of myocardial ischemia at 90 mins after operation of the treatment group was better than control group with significance. The syndromatology alteration of TCM especially spontaneous perspiration and hypodynamia of the treatment group were improved significantly compared to control group 4 weeks after operation. All patients in both groups had no bleeding complications and thrombopenia. The study suggests that Anxin granules combined with tirofiba can improve the clinical efficacy and the endothelial function of AMI patients after PCI with no increase in bleeding events.

OBJECTIVETo summarize the epidemiology and clinical characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in children with acute respiratory tract infection (ARI) in Guangzhou.
METHODSMP was detected using an indirect immunofluorescent method in 2084 children with ARI. The relations between MP infection rate and the gender, age, season, site of infection and wheezing diseases were analyzed.
RESULTSA total of 433 children (20.8%) were positive for MP, including 222 boys (19.8%) and 211 girls (21.9%) without significant difference in the infection rate between the genders (P>0.05). In 0- to 3-year-old group, 106 children were positive for MP (15.0%), while in 3- to 5-year-old group and 5- to 14-year-old group, 163 (25.2%) and 164 (22.5%) were positive, respectively, showing a significant difference in the infection rate between the 3 groups (P<0.05). The MP infection rate was 18.0% in January to March, 25.1% in April to June, 17.7% in July to September, and 20.5% in October to December, showing significant differences between the periods (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the infection rate between children with acute upper respiratory tract infection (URI) and those with lower respiratory tract infection (LRI) (P>0.05). Among the children with LRI, those having wheezing disease had significantly higher MP positivity rate than those without wheezing.
CONCLUSIONMP is a common causative agent for ARI in children. MP infection is not related to gender and infection site, but to age and season. Children over 3 years old are vulnerable to MP infection. MP infection can be associated with wheezing in LRI.

Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics 2007;24(6):615-619
OBJECTIVETo investigate the types and frequencies of variants in Amelogenin gene in Chinese population and to explore the mutations' influence to the sex test.
METHODSThe Amelogenin gene of 8850 unrelated Chinese individuals was typed with PowerPlex 16 system. The samples with abnormal typing results were calculated directly, validated with different primer sets, Y-STR typing and sequencing.
RESULTSTwo samples with X chromosomal Amelogenin (AMELX) allelic dropout and 2 samples with Y chromosomal Amelogenin (AMELY) allelic dropout were observed in male individuals, the total rate of mutation was 0.045% and the rate in the male was 0.085%. Two types of point mutation which may result in null allele were observed in the primer binding region of the plostq AMELX alleles, and the mutation rate in the male was 0.042%. The mutation rate of AMELY allele was also 0.042%. One sample failed to amplify 10 Y-STR loci out of 12 loci, which could be speculated that large interstitial deletion of the Y chromosome encompassing the AMELY and other Y-STR loci occurred.
CONCLUSIONAMELX or AMELY allelic dropout may occur due to the mutation of Amelogenin gene, which may interfere with the sex test and induce wrong gender identification.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2011;31(2):333-337
OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy of three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) quantitative coronary X-ray angiography (QCA) and visual estimation in the assessment of target vessels.
METHODSThe radiographic data of 60 patients (65 vessel segments) receiving coronary angiography and interventional stent placement were retrospectively analyzed. The area stenosis, diameter stenosis, lesion length, and reference diameter assessed by Medis 3D QCA, Siemens 2D QCA and visual estimation were compared.
RESULTSThree-dimensional reconstruction was successfully performed for 65 vessel segments, and 3 target vessel were excluded due to the lack of a second angiographic view for 3D reconstruction. There were significant differences in the assessments of the area stenosis [(73.87 ∓ 8.98)% vs (79.10 ∓ 8.06)% vs (83.53 ∓ 8.19)%, P<0.001], lesion length (28.95 ∓ 17.31 mm vs 26.20 ∓ 16.04 mm vs 27.21 ∓ 16.58 mm, P<0.001), reference diameter (28.95 ∓ 17.31 mm vs 26.2 ∓ 16.04 mm vs 27.21∓16.58 mm, P<0.001) by 3D QCA, 2D QCA and visual estimation; the diameter stenosis assessed by 3D [(54.21 ∓ 9.48)%] and 2D QCA [(57.84 ∓ 10.17)%] also differed significantly (P=0.016).
CONCLUSION3D QCA allows successful three-dimensional reconstruction of the target vessel and restores the actual dimensions of the vessel for a more accurate assessment of coronary artery disease than 2D QCA and visual estimation.

Objective To explore the siRNA as a new antiviral therapy, evaluate the inhibition effect of siRNA based on vector on the HBV of HepG2.2.15 cell, and observe the side effect and toxicity of siRNA vector on cells and the off-target effect of siRNA.Methods Three pairs of siRNA duplexes targeting HBV C gene were designed as double strands, and the duplex were annealed and ligated into the p-Silencer-Cmv 4.1-hygro vector. The ligation products were used to transform JM109 cells. The clones with shRNA were obtained, and the vectors were purified. After the initial identification of the vector with agarose gel and the size of the inserted sequence got examined by native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, furthermore the sequencing was further carried out.The recombinant plasmids were purified with ultrapure Midipreps DNA Purification System. Then HepG2.2.15 cells were transfected with the plasmid mixed with siPort XP-1.The expression of HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot, and the HBV RNA was investigated by RT-PCR.Furthermore the real-time quantitive PCR was carried out to detect the changes of HBV DNA.In order to evaluate the toxicity of the shRNA,MTT was used to examine the growth rate and curve of cells. The ELISA was performed to detect the changes of interferon-? (IFN-?).Results The Western blot showed that the HBsAg and HBeAg protein were suppressed with (81.15?0.69)%,(88.12?0.92)% respectively by vector p-C2 on the third day of post-transfection.It had the similar result indicated by immunofluorescence. And the RT-PCR showed that the specific siRNA targeting HBV C gene could markedly suppress the expression of HBV mRNA and the HBV C gene mRNA was inhibited with 96.9%.The real-time quantitive PCR showed that the specific functional siRNA could markedly suppress HBV DNA copy with two orders of magnitude, while the siRNA vector had no effect on the growth of cell showed by MTT detection.Compared with the non-transfected group and p-NC group, the IFN-? level was almost the same with siRNA p-C1,p-C2,p-C3 groups. Conclusions The siRNA based on the expression vector can suppress the expression and replication of HBV in HepG2.2.15 cell. The inhibition effect was specific and had a certain dependency on siRNA concentration. No toxicity effect was found in the study. And the drug resistance wouldn′t happen because the silence was based on the split of gene.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the efficacy profile of entecavir capsule (ETV) as a chronic hepatitis B therapy, as compared to lamivudine (LAM).
METHODSIn this multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel group evaluation of ETV, 232 subjects were administered a 96-week course of 0.5 mg/day ETV or 100 mg/day LAM. PCR measurement of hepatitis B virus (HBV) was conducted throughout the treatment course to determine achievement of complete virologic response (CVR; defined as less than 500 copies/ml of HBV DNA) or experience of virology rebound ( more than 500 copies/ml of HBV DNA after achievement of CVR).
RESULTSAfter week-48 of treatment, the ETV group showed a higher CVR rate (90.3% vs. LAM: 59.4%) and lower virology rebound rate (1.9% vs. LAM: 13.9%). After week-96 of treatment, the ETV group continued to have a higher CVR rate (86.0% vs. LAM: 71.4%), and virology rebound was experienced by significantly less subjects in the ETV group (1.2% vs. LAM: 11.9%, P = 0.005).
CONCLUSIONETV therapy can quickly and continuously suppress HBV replication in chronic hepatitis B patients, and has a lower resistance rate than LAM. Compared to LAM, ETV may be a superior long-term treatment choice for chronic hepatitis B.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2020;22(5):419-424
OBJECTIVE:
To study the clinical features of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in children aged <18 years.
METHODS:
A retrospective analysis was performed from the medical data of 23 children, aged from 3 months to 17 years and 8 months, who were diagnosed with COVID-19 in Jiangxi, China from January 21 to February 29, 2020.
RESULTS:
Of the 23 children with COVID-19, 17 had family aggregation. Three children (13%) had asymptomatic infection, 6 (26%) had mild type, and 14 (61%) had common type. Among these 23 children, 16 (70%) had fever, 11 (48%) had cough, 8 (35%) had fever and cough, and 8 (35%) had wet rales in the lungs. The period from disease onset or the first nucleic acid-positive detection of SARS-CoV-2 to the virus nucleic acid negative conversion was 6-24 days (median 12 days). Of the 23 children, 3 had a reduction in total leukocyte count, 2 had a reduction in lymphocytes, 2 had an increase in C-reactive protein, and 2 had an increase in D-dimer. Abnormal pulmonary CT findings were observed in 12 children, among whom 9 had patchy ground-glass opacities in both lungs. All 23 children received antiviral therapy and were recovered.
CONCLUSIONS
COVID-19 in children aged <18 years often occurs with family aggregation, with no specific clinical manifestation and laboratory examination results. Most of these children have mild symptoms and a good prognosis. Epidemiological history is of particular importance in the diagnosis of COVID-19 in children aged <18 years.

OBJECTIVES:
To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of integrated management during the perinatal period for fetuses diagnosed with total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) by prenatal echocardiography.
METHODS:
Clinical data of 64 cases of TAPVC fetuses diagnosed by prenatal echocardiography and managed with integrated perinatal care in Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Integrated perinatal care included multidisciplinary collaboration among obstetrics, fetal medicine, ultrasound, pediatric cardiology, pediatric anesthesia, and neonatology.
RESULTS:
Among the 64 TAPVC fetuses, there were 29 cases of supracardiac type, 27 cases of intracardiac type, 2 cases of infracardiac type, and 6 cases of mixed type. Chromosomal analysis was performed in 42 cases, and no obvious abnormalities were found. Among the 64 TAPVC fetuses, 37 were induced labor, and 27 were followed up until term birth. Among the 27 TAPVC cases, 2 cases accepted palliative care, 2 cases were referred to another hospital for treatment and lost to follow-up, while the remaining 23 cases underwent primary repair surgery. One case died within 6 months after the operation due to low cardiac output syndrome, while the other 22 cases were followed up for (2.1±0.3) years with good outcomes (2 cases underwent a second surgery within 1 year after the first operation due to anastomotic stenosis or pulmonary vein stenosis).
CONCLUSIONS
TAPVC fetuses can achieve good outcomes with integrated management during the perinatal period.
