ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnoses of somatic diseases of inpatients with psychosis and hospitalized more then 2 years.MethodsThe material of all 350 inpatients were investigated and analyzed.ResultsThe first three psychiatric diagnoses were schizophrenia (61.32%), Alzheimer's disease (15.26%), mood disorder (4.74%). The first three diagnoses of accompanying somatic diseases were heart disease (8.68%), diabetes mellitus (8.42%), and hypertension (4.47%).ConclusionWith the changes of social environment, the disease pedigree of inpatients with psychosis changes, senile patients become more and more, and the incidence of concurrent somatic diseases gradually increases.

Objective To improve the cognition of sever liver injury of treating Philadelphia positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with salvage chemotherapy of dasatinib combined with high-dose methotrexate (HD-MTX) and L-asparaginase (L-Asp).Methods Severe drug-induced liver injury caused by dasatinib with HD-MTX and L-Asp in one patient with Ph+ ALL was reported. Results Severe drug-induced liver injury happened on the seventh day after treatment,TBIL 221.7 μmol/L,DBIL 156.1 μmol/L,IBIL 65.6 μmol/L,ALT 111 U/L,AST 131 U/L,ALP 354 U/L,GGT 256 U/L,TBA 199.2 μmol/L.Through proper treatment, the patient recovered quite good, and the patient achieved complete remission after this chemotherapy. Conclusion Salvage chemotherapy which contains dasatinib,MTX and L-Asp can be effectively used in Ph+ ALL,but they are all of the hepatotoxicity,so drug-induced Liver injury may happen while they are used together.

To retrospectively analyze the safety and efficacy of low dose subcutaneous decitabine regimen in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and intermediate-or higer-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).Of 6 AML cases,2 achieved complete remission (CR),2 with partial remission(PR),1 with stable disease(SD),1 with progressive disease(PD).As to the 8 MDS patients, one achieved CR and 6 with hematologic improvement (HI),1 case SD.Low dose subcutaneous decitabine regimen could be an alternative choice of older AML or MDS patients.

In this study, we investigated the effect of Cigu Xiaozhi formula on HSC-T6 activity in hypoxic microenvironment based on network pharmacology and computer-aided drug design, and predicted and verified its possible targets and related signaling pathways. The potential active components and targets of Cigu Xiaozhi formula were screened by searching Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP), Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ETCM) and Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine (BATMAN-TCM) databases, and the liver fibrosis related targets retrieved from Gene Cards and Pharm GK database were integrated to obtain the potential targets of Cigu Xiaozhi formula in the treatment of liver fibrosis. GO enrichment analysis and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis were performed on Omic Share platform, and Cytoscape software was used to construct the "potential active ingredient-key target-pathway" network. The active components and target proteins were subjected to molecular docking analysis by Auto Dock software. According to the results of molecular dynamics simulation and binding free energy calculation, the top 5 active components with degree were scored. The active components stigmasterol and

Objective To analyze the epidemiologic characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever syndrome (EHF) from 2004 to 2010 and provide scientific basis for formulating control measures. Methods Epidemiological data of EHF between 2004 to 2010 were obtained from the“National Disease Surveillance Report on Management Information System”,and the population data were from the“National Disease Surveillance Information Management System for Basic Information Report System”.Descriptive epidemiological methods was used for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 173 cases were reported in Qian'an from 2004 to 2010.From 2004 to 2010,the cases were 86,67,12,1,0,1,and 7 cases, respectively, and the rate were 13.12/10 million ( 86/640 249 ),10.42/10 million (67/642 688 ),1.86/10 million ( 12/645 124),0.15/10 million (1/647 983 ),0(0/650 720),0.15/10 million( 1/653 839),and 0.11/10 million(7/657 380),respectively.The overall rate was 3.86/10 million(25/648 283) of population. From 2004 to 2008 the incidence reported declined rapidly, then increased slowly after 2009.The cases were found intensively in winter(November - next January) and spring season (february - may). The incidence in the age group of 10 - 45 was higher than that of other age groups, and the total number of cases was 82.08%(142/173).The incidence in males( 114 cases) was higher than that of females(59 cases).Occupational distribution mainly to peasants and students, which accounted for 87.86% (152/173).Conclusions Epidemic in the city declines rapidly follows by a slow recovery, suggesting that in the future surveillance,mice-killing and protection of vulnerable population should be strengthened.

OBJECTIVETo investigate possible relationship between expression of surfactant protein B (SP-B) gene product and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) in Han ethnic group.
METHODUnrelated 20 cases with NRDS of Han ethnic group were selected as NRDS group while unrelated 20 diseases cases of Han ethnic group with diseases were selected as control group. The cases in the control group had congenital heart disease or bronchopulmonary dysplasia or persistent pulmonary hypertension. Blood sample was taken from every case. Lung tissues were taken from the patients who died half an hour after death in the two groups. Expression of SP-B in lung tissue was determined with immunohistochemical tecnique. Genetic deficiency variant of SP-B intron IV was screened with polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
RESULTSTwo cases at gestational age 26 weeks and one case at gestational age 34 weeks and two cases at gestational age 42 weeks of NRDS groups had lower level expression of SP-B in lung tissue than those at the same age of NRDS. Expression of SP-B in lung tissue of control group increased with gestational age, but no such phenomenon was found in NRDS group. Further, two cases at gestational age 42 weeks of NRDS group had genetic deficiency variant of SP-B intron IV with gene analysis of five cases who had lower expression of SP-B. Clinical data suggest that patients at 42 weeks of gestational age had severe illness.
CONCLUSIONSDecrease of SP-B expression may participate in occurrence of NRDS, genetic deficiency variant of SP-B intron IV exists in the NRDS cases of Han ethnic group of China.
