Journal of Korean Medical Science 1987;2(4):263-265
A syringomatous adenoma of the nipple is a benign locally infiltrating neoplasm histologically similar to the syringoma of the skin. Morphologically similar lesions have been described as adenoma of the nipple or florid papillomatosis. Patient was a 33 year old woman who was admitted with a history of bloody nipple discharge from her right breast. With a clinical impression of Paget's disease explorative mastectomy was performed. Microscopically typical tubular and duct like structures with syringomatoid features were present throughout the stroma of the nipple.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(14):1066-1069
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the cause, genetics, clinical features, pathological mechanism, diagonosis and treatment of the Giant pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland (GPA).
METHOD:
A case of GPA was reported and relevant literatures were reviewed.
RESULT:
GPAs were more commonly found in elderly patients, duration of more than 10 years, with a possible malignant degeneration. CT scan shows uneven density, different degrees of enhancement and clear boundary. Pathological examination shows that the composition of tumor tissue are epitheli al cells, myoepithelial cells and mucus.
CONCLUSION
GPA is an uncommon disease and is associated with human factors. The diagnosis of GPA is oriented by medical history, physical examination and imaging tests. The total resection of the tumor and preservation of the facial nerve is an effective way for the treatment of GPA.

6.One case of laryngeal basal cell adenoma.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(9):657-658
A 63-year-old female patient with one year history of dyspnea intermittently, and had dyspnea aggravation for one month accompanied by coughing with blood. She was reated in our hospital in July 31, 2012. Physical examination: bilateral nasal patency, without abnormal secretions and bleeding, pharyngeal mucosa with chronic congestion, without swelling tonsil, normal laryngeal pronunciation, and without hoarseness. No bump or swollen lymph node in the neck area. There were no exception in heart, lung and stomach. Indirect laryngoscopy and fiber laryngoscopy show: One pedicled new creature in the glottis near posterior commissure, with smooth surface, located on the back end of the right vocal cord, bilateral vocal cord move well. Pathological diagnosis postoperative: laryngeal basal cell adenoma(the tubular type).

OBJECTIVETo study the reasons for the discrepancies in pathologic diagnosis of gastric dysplasia/early cancer in endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) specimens, and how to cope with the discrepancies.
METHODSThe pathologic diagnoses in 60 cases of ESD specimens according to the three currently used classification systems (namely Western criteria, Japanese criteria and Vienna classification) were compared. The diagnostic discrepancies were analyzed.
RESULTSFifteen of the 17 cases diagnosed as low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia according to the Western criteria were revised as adenoma by the Japanese criteria. Amongst the 43 cases of gastric intramucosal adenocarcinoma diagnosed according to the Japanese criteria, 23 cases had concordant diagnosis by the Western criteria. While the diagnosis of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia/adenoma was basically similar irrespective of classification system used, there were significant differences in the interpretation of gastric early cancer.
CONCLUSIONSThe diagnostic discrepancies in the gastric dysplasia/early cancer are mainly related to the morphologic criteria applied in different classifications. In order to facilitate clinical and pathologic communication, a consensus using Vienna/WHO classifications, supplemented with Japanese system, is desirable.

The clinical data of one patient with left ear temporal eccrine spiradenoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Eccrine adenoma, also known as the eccrine spiradenoma (eccrine spiradenoma, ES), a benign tumor derived from sweat glands, are typically single spherical or oval slow increases substantive or cystic nodules block, diameter of 1-2 cm, skin color or light blue. It's a rare case for young women, shorter onset time, more huge tumor, skin ulceration and exudate. This disease is a benign tumor, surgical resection could lead to a good result. It should be followed up after surgery.
