A mucocele-like tumor(MLT) is a spectrum lesion of the breast, which is usually associated with atypical ductal hyperplasia and mucinous carcinoma. We report here a case of MLT, with micropapillary hyperplasia.

Background: Collision tumors are defined by the co-existence of two or more tumors in the same or adjacent organs which are topographically and histologically distinct with minimal or no histological admixture. Collision tumors are rare but some have been reported in other organs, as well as the female genital tract. Objectives: To define and explain the pathogenesis, histogenesis and management; as well as present previously reported collision tumors in different countries as well as in our local setting. Clinical case: This is a rare case of a 68-year-old nulligravid who complained of postmenopausal bleeding. Imaging studies revealed a uterine mass. Differential diagnosis non-neoplastic conditions and benign and malignant neoplasms. Radical Modified hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with frozen section and complete staging was performed. Histopathology revealed a coexistence of a colloid carcinoma of the cervix and endometrial adenocarcinoma. Conclusion Collision Tumors are infrequent neoplasias, there are few reports about them in medical literature. Colloid carcinoma of the cervix is a rare subtype and few studies are reported in literature. Their prognosis is unknown since there are no previous similar cases. Colloid carcinomas present a histologic as well as clinical dilemma. Their histogenetic origin remains controversial and their rarity precludes determination of the best treatment options to improve survival outcomes.

Purpose: The authors present a case of pararectal mucinous carcinoma with clinical manifestation as anal fistula. Review of international literature and discussion about the diagnosis as well as it's treatment. Method and result: patient is a man of 59 year-old, suffering of para-rectal fistula over 3 years, treated by numerous operations without results. The diagnosis of para-rectal mucinous carcinoma was confirmed by second biopsy at ViÖt §øc hospital. He underwent an abdomino-perineal amputation of the rectum. Conclusion: Pararectal mucinous carcinoma is exceptional rare. The suggested symptoms as clinical features are: chronic abscess in the ischio-rectal fossae without internal opening, unusual gelatinous secretion. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The abdominno-perineal amputation of rectum is indicated.

Perianal mucinous adenocarcinoma is a rare tumor which may be associated with long-standing chronic perianal sepsis. Early diagnosis is challenging and is based on a high index of clinical suspicion and specific histological features. Definitive treatment is surgical, in the form of an abdomino-perineal resection. We hereby describe a case of a perianal mucinous adenocarcinoma arising from long-standing recurrent perianal fistula and complement this with a brief review of the literature pertaining in particular to the management of this condition.

Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma (MCA) in the breast is a rare neoplasm. There have been 13 cases of primary breast MCA reported. The MCA presents as a large, partially cystic mass in postmenopausal woman with a good prognosis. The microscopic findings resemble those of ovarian, pancreatic, or appendiceal MCA. The aspiration findings showed mucin-containing cell clusters in the background of mucin and necrotic material. The cell clusters had intracytoplasmic mucin displacing atypical nuclei to the periphery. Histologically, the tumor revealed an abundant mucin pool with small floating clusters of mucin-containing tumor cells. There were also small cysts lined by a single layer of tall columnar mucinous cells, resembling those of the uterine endocervix. The cancer cells were positive for mucin (MUC) 5 and negative for MUC2 and MUC6. This mucin profile is different from ordinary mucinous carcinoma and may be a unique characteristic of breast MCA.

To our knowledge, rectal cancer arising at the anastomotic site after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease has not been reported. We report a case of mucinous adenocarcinoma arising at the anastomotic site after Soave operation 26 years ago.
