Objective To summarize the experience of nursing Moyamoya patients undergoing STA-MTA bypass.Method The histories of nursing 14 Moyamoya patients undergoing STA-MTA bypass were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing experience.Result The outcomes of all the 14 patients were good.TCD or DSA showed all the anastomosed arteries were patent, and cerebral perfusion was improved.Conclusion The nursing strategies including careful observation of patients,prevention of cerebral hemorrhage and ischemia and enhanced function exercises is critical for patients’rehabilitation.

Object A method for the determination of daidzein, genistein, daidzin and genistin in soybean extract by RP HPLC was established Methods Zorbax SB C 18 column (4 6?15 mm, 5 ?m) was used Daidzein and genistein were separated with mobile phase Ⅰ∶methanol acetonitrile 0 1% phosphoric acid solution (30∶8∶62) Daidzin and genistin were separated with mobile phase Ⅱ∶methanol acetonitrie 0 1% phosphoric acid solution (16∶24∶60) The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm Results The average recoveries of daidzein, genistein, daidzin and genistin were 98 7%, 99 5%, 98 4%, 98 6% and the precision (RSD) were 1 4%, 0 9%, 0 9%, 1 7% (n=4) respectively Conclusion: The method was accurate, rapid and with good reproducibility

The first-line chemotherapy with platinum-based regimens for 4 to 6 cycles is a standard care in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, for patients who got disease stabilization or maximal response after first line chemotherapy, how to choose safe and efficacy anticancer agents to extend first-line treatment and provide a better clinical benefit is deserving of more concerns currently. Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo .Methods The 86 cases of vitiligo patients included in the study were randomly divided into two groups,observation group(n=43) and control group(n=43).The observation group was given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation and compound card force cumin tincture ,and the control group was only given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation .The clinical efficacy and the dermatology life quality index ( DLQI) in two groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency rate after 1st,2nd,3rd course of treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group ,and the total efficiency rate after 3rd course of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =4.568,P<0.05);the DLQI scores after 1st,2nd, 3rd course of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t1 =1.916, t2 =4.298,t3 =4.661,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions 16.28% in the observation group between the control group 11.63%showed no significant difference (χ2 =0.387,P>0.05).Conclusion Compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo has more clinical superiority .

Objective To explore the effects of conductive education on children with cerebral palsy. Methods 116 children were dividedinto observation group (n=60) and control group (n=56). The observation group received conductive education and the control group receivedcomprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The effects were compared. Results The motor function, performance state and social adaptationin the observation group were better than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Conductive education can facilitatethe recovery of children with cerebral palsy.

目的探讨目标健康教育对精神分裂症患者临床疗效。方法将100例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组与对照组，配合药物治疗的同时，对照组采用传统的健康教育。研究组给予阶段式目标健康教育。患者入、出院时采用护士用住院患者观察量表、健康教育知识测评、满意度调查问卷评定健康教育效果。结果研究组患者出院时护士用住院患者观察量表总分较对照组明显升高（P<0.01），健康教育知识知晓测评表及满意度调查问卷评分均较对照组明显提高（P<0.01）。结论实施目标健康教育能提高精神分裂症患者的疗效。
