Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):808-813
Eukaryotic elongation factor 2 kinase (eEF2K) is well known as a Ca2+/calmodulin (CaM)-dependent kinase. eEF2K catalyzes the phosphorylation of eEF2 and subsequently inactivates eEF2 by impairing its ability to bind to the ribosome, thereby negatively modulates protein synthesis. The high expression of eEF2K has been found recently in several types of malignancies. As participating in the progress of tumor, eEF2K emerges a potential target for future cancer therapy. The relationship between eEF2K and tumor, and the latest progress of eEF2K inhibitors were summarized in this article.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(8):513-515,526
Objective To investigate the corresponds between NF-κB p65 activation and k-ras mutations. Methods NF-κB p65 activation was analyzed by immunochemistry in 167 colorectal cancer specimens in which the k-ras mutation status was confirmed.Resluts Among 167 colorectal cancer specimens screened,59 (35.3 %) had k-ras mutations and 63 (37.7 %) had NF-κB p65 activation.k-ras mutations and NF-κB p65 nuclear expression were no significant difference in different sex, age,ECOG score, pathological types, degrees of pathological differentiation,TNM stage, and metastases on lymph nodes (P> 0.05).The positive nuclear expression rate of NF-κB p65 was 50.8 % (30/59) in specimens with k-ras mutations and 30.6 % (33/108) in specimens with wild type k-ras.There was obviously statistical difference between them (P =0.010).Conclusion NF-κB p65 activation in coloretal cancer was associated with k-ras mutations.

Salmonella is an important zoonosis.China is the largest pork consumer.Contaminated pork is the main source of Salmonella disease at home and abroad. There are many swine Salmonella vaccine in use in Europe. Now the current swine Salmonella vaccine is a live attenuated vaccine,Salmonella can reduce colonization in pigs, and can induce immune response efficiently after the two immunizations. The control effect is poor,at this stage of swine vaccine cross protection research, type of Salmonella and vaccine antigen are not the same. This paper reviews the research progress of swine Salmonella vaccine.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(1):30-36
APOBEC3 is a class of cytidine deaminase, which is considered as a new member of the innate immune system, and APOBEC3G belongs to this family. The research about APOBEC3G is a new direction of innate immune defense mechanism against virus. APOBEC3G has the restrictive activity on many viral replications, which deaminates dC to dU in the viral genome and then induces extensive hypermutation. APOBEC3G can also interrupt viral replication at several phases such as reverse transcription, replication, nucleocapsid and so on by non-deamination mechanisms. However, virus can encode viral proteins to counteract the restriction activity of APOBEC3G. Elucidation of the antagonistic interaction between APOBEC3G and the virus will be contributed to development of new antiviral drugs in the future.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To study the change of metabolism of serum lipids in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) were measured in 60 patients with MCI and 100 age-matched normal controls. ResultsThe serum levels of TC,TG and LDL were significantly higher and HDL significantly lower in patients with MCI than in normal controls(P

Ten glycosidic compounds were isolated from an ethanol extract of Machilus wangchiana by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase flash chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data analysis (IR, MS, and NMR) as icariside B1 (1), boscialin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), pisumionoside (3), isolariciresinol-9'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (4), 5'-methoxyisolariciresinol-9'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (5), lyoniresinol-9'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (6), (E) -4-hydroxyphenylprop-7-ene 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), (E) - 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylprop-7-ene 4-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylprop-8-ene 4-O-β-D-xylopyraosyl-(1 --> 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9), and 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenylprop-8-ene 4-O-α-L-rhamnpyranosyl-(1 --> 6)-β-D- glucopyranoside (10), respectively.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2005;29(1):23-26
A clinical laboratory information system consists of two parts--the information system and the management system. Its development is based on scientific and rational lab-workflow, consulting the international standard HL7 Protocol, and combined with barcode technique and instrument communication. The information system mainly manages the data which come from the whole lab testing process while the management system is dominating the lab office work and management decisions.

8.Research on the illuminance characteristics of LED surguical luminaire.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2009;33(3):183-187
The illuminance characteristics of LED (Lighting Emitting Diode) Surgical Luminaire is researched in this paper from the aspects of the LED Single-tube illumination analysis, LED arrays distribution and lighting design. The facula distribution characteristics of the LED prototype and multi-facet entirety reflection Surgical Luminaire is tested and compared according to the standards. The results of experimental show that LED prototype can fully meet the surgical illumination requirements, and the LED's own characteristics and further development will greatly broaden the space of medical lighting.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2013;16(4):308-310
Damage control surgery (DCS) has been widely used in the management of surgical patients. Crohn disease (CD) patients requiring surgery are usually severe and associated with high surgical risk, while the concept of DCS has not gained adequate attention in surgery for CD. Surgery is indicated in patients with CD to control symptoms, therefore major surgery should not be performed when the general health of the patients is not satisfactory. Use of DCS to guide surgery can reduce risk of treatment and improve clinical outcome The review is to discuss the necessity, objective, and methods of damage control surgery in the surgical treatment of Crohn disease.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(34):5548-5554
BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that the vacuum sealing drainage technology can effectively promote the wound healing, and it has a wide prospect of clinical application, but there are few reports addressing the
treatment of diabetic foot.
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage technology in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds.
METHODS: Sixty diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups: traditional treatment group,
regulating blood sugar level, dressing and traditional debridement; vacuum sealing drainage group, conventional treatment combined with the vacuum sealing drainage technology. The clinical efficacy of two treatments for
diabetic foot was evaluated.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the traditional treatment group, the vacuum sealing drainage
showed better outcomes in switching frequency, stable blood sugar control, preparation time, wound healing time and cure rate (P < 0.05). It indicates that the vacuum sealing drainage technology in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers can resolute wound inflammation, stimulate the growth of granulation, create a favorable surgical condition for secondary skin grafting or flap coverage, significantly shorten the treatment time, and exhibit better curative effects than the traditional treatment.
