Objective To investigate the vaginal flora characteristics,clinical symptoms and signs of lactating women 6-8 weeks after delivery and the influence factors.Methods Two hundred and twenty-three puerpera 6-8 weeks after delivery who went to outpatient department of Peking University First Hospital for postpartum review (study group) and 200 normal non-pregnant women (control group) from April to May,2010 were enrolled into this study.All in study group were evaluated by a questionnaire regarding their symptoms,sexual behavior,breast-feeding situation and delivery mode.Vaginal secretions from upper 1/3 of vagina were collected and evaluated by vaginal microbial evaluation system.Bacterial vaginosis (BV) was diagnosed if Nugent score ≥ 7.Enumeration data between groups was compared by t test,and quantitative data by Chi-square test.Results The density of vaginal flora in study group was different from that of control group (x2 =96.302,P＜0.001) ; so did the flora diversity of two groups (x2 =69.871,P＜0.001).There was no difference between mean age of study group [(30.5 ± 3.9) years] and control group [(30.9 ± 2.4)years],P＞0.05.The cesarean section rate was 52.7％ (89/169),13 women (7.7％) had began their sexual behavior before interview,116 women (70.3％) took breast-feeding.Dominant bacteria in the vagina of lactating women were Gram-positive cocci (69/175,39.4％) and Gram-positive bacillus (54/175, 30.9％), which was different from control group (Gram-positive bacillus,180/189,95.2％),P＜0.001.The vaginal pH of study group was 5.0±0.5,which was higher than that (＜4.5) of control group.In study group,incidence of lower hydrogen peroxide level of vagina was 84.3 ％ (177/210) ; positive rate of sialidase was 6.7 ％ (14/210) ; positive rate of leukocyte esterase was 91.0％ (191/210).A large number of postpartum women had an abnormal Nugent score,most of them showed a state of intermediate BV (132/195,67.7％) or BV (8/195,4.1％),while a few patients had symptoms of BV (23.5％,33/140).Sexual behavior had no significant effect on postpartum vaginal flora.The proportion of abnormal vaginal flora in breast feeding mothers (74.1 ％,86/116) was significantly higher than that (57.1％,28/49) in artificial feeding mothers,P=0.034.Delivery mode also affected postpartum vaginal flora.Women underwent cesarean section were more susceptible to abnormal vaginal flora (77.5％,69/89) than those underwent vaginal delivery (57.5％,46/80),x2 =7.726,P=0.005.Conclusions Vaginal flora of postpartum women 6-8 weeks after delivery had significant difference from that of nonpregnant women.The incidence of asymptomatic abnormal vaginal flora was high.Breastfeeding and delivery mode are influence factors of abnormal vaginal flora.

Objectives: Use antisense VEGF to reduce the immunosuppression induced by tumor and enhance the antithumor effect of IL-2. Methods: After the MMT45.Li murine liver cancer cells were modified with antisense VEGF alone, or antisense VEGF combined with IL-2 gene, the tumorigenesis of modified MM45T.Li was studied. The apoptosis of cancer cell induced by antisense VEGF and IL-2 gene in vivo was also studied. The tumors were cryosmeared 3 weeks after the mice bearing tumor were treated correspondingly with Ad-antiVEGF or Ad-Il-2 or Ad-antiVEGF/IL-2 or Ad-lacZ, the immunohistochemical analysis of CD4 + , CD8 + was performed.Results: The tumorigenesis of MM45T. Li was reduced by antisense VEGF, and the number of CD4 + , CD8 + cell was increased in tumor tissue, and the immunosupression was also reduced; At the same time antisense VEGF also enhanced the antithumor effect of IL-2 gene.Conclusions: Antisense VEGF not only can inhibit the neovascularization, but also can reduce the immunosupression induced by tumor, and improve lymphocyte infiltration toward tumor site;when it was combined with Il-2,anti VEGF can enhance the antitumor effect greatly.

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography for cardiac tumors .Meth-ods:Clinical data of 87 patients with cardiac tumors were retrospectively analyzed ,including their diseased loca-tion ,clinical manif′estations and echocardiography feature .Results:All cardiac tumors obtain pathologic confirma-tion .There were 73 patients (83.9% ) with benign cardiac tumors ,including 66 patients (90.4% ) with myxoma and seven patients with other types ;there were 14 patients (16.1% ) with malignant cardiac tumors .Echocardiography indicated that myxoma was often located in left atrium (n=58) ,most cases possessed pedicell,its activity was large ;Other type benign cardiac tumors feature :The 6 case (86% ) were generated inside cardiac muscle without pedicell, its echo was more strong ;malignant tumors:its attachment surface was wide without pedicell,and it may show with globular or cauliflower ,and accompanied hydropericardium mostly .Conclusion:Echocardiography can dynamically observe the form ,size ,echo and hemodynamic changes of tumors ,its diagnostic accuracy is high .Myxoma is most frequent cardiac tumor .

Methods Fifteen complicated urethrovaginal fistulas patients resulted from severe pelvic frac-ture and with history of failing repairing urethrovaginal fistulas were analyzed retrospectively. The mean diameter of maximum urethrovagi-nal fistula was approximately 2.3 cm. The parias anterior vagina U shape mucosal flaps were used to repair the urethrovaginal fistulas, and the paries anterior vagina muscularis mucosae were used to cover the fistulas surface again. Results Fifteen patients were followed up for 6 to 80 months, and they gained normal voiding, with no urine leakage, urinary incontinence and urethra] stricture occurring. Conclusion The paries anterior vagina U shape mucosal flap is an effective technique for repairing complicated urethrovaginal fistula.

AIM To investigate the cardiovascular activity of new compound V03(CPU228) derived from dofetilide. METHODS Arrhythmias was induced by the occlusion and reperfusion of left anterior descending coronary artery. The effects of CPU228 and dofetilide on QT interval and inducing Tdp were compared in anesthetized rabbits during stimulation with methoxamine. The contractions of thoracic aortic rings induced by KCl (rat) and Phe (guinea pig) in Ca 2+-free and calcium recovered K-H solution was studied to determinate the activity of CPU228 on intracellular calcium mobilization and calcium entry. RESULTS ① CPU228 suppressed the maximal arrhythmia scores, decreased the AUC of arrhythmia score( reduced the duration of VF and VT significantly). PU228 is more potent than dofetilide.②The potency of CPU228 of inducing Tdp is significantly weaker than that of dofetilide.③There were significantly inhibitions of CPU228 on the contractions of aortic rings induced by KCl and Phe in Ca 2+-free solution and dofetilide only had a inhibition on the former. CPU228 inhibited contractions of aortic ring by adding calcium which influx via L-type calcium channel while dofetilide had no effects on these. CONCLUSION CPU228 has stronger inhibition on coronary occlusion and reperfusion arrhythmia and lower potency of inducing Tdp than dofetilide. All the results suggest that CPU228 is a nonselective I Kr-blocker combined with a blockade on the L-type Ca 2+ channel and?adrenergic receptor.

The kinetics of batch and fed-batch cultures of recombinant Escherichia coli to produce humanlike collagen were investigated. Through examining the density of substrate and the amount of mushrooms and the density of products during the process of fermenting, a set of kinetic models are set up. The influence of cell without plasmid was considered. The results show that the kinetic model may well simulate the fermenting process.

Objective To characterize the association between the mean CT value on a scout view and the dependent mA selection method, and to evaluate the clinical value of a mA selection method based on scout view mean CT value in obtaining individualized scan protocol and consistent image quality for patient population on 64-row MSCT CT coronary angiography (CTCA).Methods One hundred patients (group A) underwent CCTA consecutively using standard protocol with a fixed mA.The mean CT value of a fixed ROI (region of interest) from the scout AP view and the CTCA image noise (standard deviation on the root of ascending aorta) were measured.The correlation between CT values and noise was studied establish a formula and a list to determine the required mA for obtaining a consistent CTCA image noise based on the measured SV CT value.Another 100 patients (group B) were scanned using the same parameters as group A except the mA and the CT value was also measured.The mA was determined by the list established previously.The CTCA image quality (IQ) as well as the image noise (IN) and the effective dose (ED) from the two groups were statistically analyzed using t-test.The CT findings for the 32 patients in the group B were also compared with the selective coronary angiography (SCA) results.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnostic accuracy of CCTA for detection of significant stenosis were obtained.Results The formula between the required mA and the CT value was : XmA=FmA×[(K1×CTscout + C1)/INa]2.The CCTA images in B group had statistically higher IN (27.66±2.57,22.22±4.17,t=11.33, P=0.000), but no statistical difference between IQ scores for the two groups (3.29±0.66,3.37±0.67,t=0.009, P=0.990), and ED[(8.72±2.51) versus (12.53±0.90) mSv]was 30% lower for the B group (P<0.01).For the 32 patients in the B group who had SCA, the CCTA sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and stenosis detection accuracy were 94.92% (56/59), 92.13% (82/89) ,88.89% (56/63) ,96.47% (82/85) and 93.24% (138/148) wspectively for stenosis greater than 50%.Conclusion The mA selection method based on the SV CT value for CCTA in 64-row MSCT provides individualized protocol to obtain consistent image quality and to optimize dose delivery to patients.
