Objective To investigate the effect of posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) on the psychological healthy state among high school students in the earthquake regions.Method The samples were consisted of 666 high school students who had experienced the Wenchuan Earthquake.The Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) and Self Description Questionnaire (SDQ) were used to rate symptoms of PTSD and psychological states of high school students.Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis for male or female separately.Results (1) Because their scores of IES-R were higher than 35,22.67％ participants were considered as PTSD patients,girls accounted for 83 or 25.31％ of the total female;and boys accounted for 68 or 21.72％ of the total male.(2) Among female,avoid and awake systems of PTSD were correlated significantly with their psychological state significantly (r=0.101-0.181,P＜0.05).The result of structural equation model analysis was similar to correlation analysis,corresponding coefficients of path ranged 0.11 to 0.18 (P＜0.05).(3) Among male,intrude and awake systems were correlated with their psychological state significantly (r=0.111-0.313,P＜0.05).Corresponding coefficients of path ranged from 0.11 to 0.31 (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Systems of PTSD effect clearly on the psychological state of high school students,and there are the gender difference among these relationships.The symptoms of PTSD influence interpersonal relationships,emotion,conduct,appearance and self-evaluation,but school work and stamina are not influenced in this study.

This study was designed to validate the correlation between integrated pharmacokinetic and therapeutic effects of alkaloids using bile processed Rhizoma Coptidis (BRC). Rats were divided into three groups: normal, disease model, model+BRC. Rats were induced to have an excessive heat syndrome. Rectal temperatures were collected at 0, 3, 6 and 9 h after single oral administration of the drugs. The plasma concentrations of three alkaloids were quantified at different times by UPLC-MS/MS after the administration of BRC. An approach of self-defined weighting coefficiency was created to the holistic pharmacokinetic profiles of alkaloids in BRC. The classified and integrated synthetic concentrations were obtained, and then the pharmacokinetic parameters of alkaloids were calculated from non-compartmental model analysis. The potential relationship between the integrated mean concentration of alkaloids and the antifebrile efficacy was investigated. The holistic t(max) of alkaloids was 1.11 h, the antifebrile effect of BRC at 3 h was improved over the model group. Double peaking appeared in the integrated blood concentration-time curve, the second t(max) of alkaloids was 4.82 h. The antifebrile effects of BRC at 3-6 h were significant, and the antifebrile effects at 6-9 h was decreased significantly. Dynamic variation of alkaloids of BRC in the body exhibited the similarity to the pattern of its antifebrile effect.

AIM:To evaluate the clinical characteristics in retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL) thickness of the 8~17 years old near sightedness, provide the basis for juvenile glaucoma diagnosis, to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
METHODS:A total of 165 eyes from 99 healthy subjects ( age range 8 ~ 17 years ) were divided into low, moderate, high myopia and normal group. Cirrus HD OCT was used to measure the RNFL thickness. Each subject was performed circular scans around the optic nerve with a circle size of 3. 46mm. Total average, mean quadrant and clock - hour RNFL thicknesses were recorded and compared between the four groups. The characteristics of the RNFL thickness of myopia were observed.
RESULTS: Compared myopia groups with normal group, the mean RNFL thickness decreased, there was statistically significant difference in high myopia group (P<0. 05). The mean RNFL thickness of superior, inferior and nasal quadrant decreased, temporal quadrant was thickened. Compared moderate and high myopia groups with normal group, superior, inferior quadrant RNFL thickness were thinning, temporal quadrant was thickening, the differences had statistical significance ( P< 0. 05 ). The RNFL measurements were statistically significant thinner in the myopia groups compared with normal group at 1:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 12:00 o'clock ( P<0.05) and thicker at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 o'clock (P<0. 05). The RNFL measurement was statistically significant thicker in the low myopia group compared with normal group at 3:00 o'clock (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Compared adolescent myopia with normal, the Avg ( mean RNFL thickness ) , S ( superior quadrant RNFL thickness ) , I ( inferior quadrant RNFL thickness), 1:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 12:00 o'clock RNFL thickness is thinner, which is decreased with the increasing SE. While the temporal ( T) quadrant, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 o'clock RNFL thickness is thicker, which increased with the increasing SE. Analysis of RNFL thickness in the evaluation of glaucoma should always be interpreted with reference to the refractive status, so as not to cause misdiagnosis of glaucoma. The highest diagnosis efficiency position of glaucoma is infratemporal (7:00~8:00 o'clock) and superior temporal (10:00 ~11:00 o'clock), which is not thinner in juvenile myopia, if these positions become thinner, it may be the possibility of glaucoma.

T were also detected in the controls.Conclusion Nephrotic syndrome may be associated with NPHS2 identified in children.

Objective: To optimize preparation techniques for Herba E pimedii flavonoid phytosomes (EFP) and explore their suitable pharmaceutics. Methods: To optimize the preparation conditions by means of unifo rm design and step regression, prepare Herba Epimedii total flavonoid phytosomes by means of solvent evaporation and investigate the accumulative dissolution of different ratios of EFP-PVP precipitates by means of dissolution release. Resu lt: The optimized preparation conditions are as follows: solvent-tetrahydrofura n, lecithin to PVP-2.5 times, temperature-40　℃ and reaction-3 hours. Oil/wa ter apparent partition coefficient of icariin was enhanced more than 4 times by phospholipid. The accumulative dissolution of Herba Epimedii flavonoids of EFP- PVP precipitate was significantly higher than that of its physical mixture and H erba Epimedii extract tablet. Conclusion: Phospholipid can ef fectively enhance the oil/water apparent partition coefficient of icariin, and P VP can improve the dissolution of Herba Epimedii phytocomes, but the pharmacokin etics needs further study.

Objective To determine the incidence, clinical manifestation and part of lymphokines which represent the balance of Th1 and Th2 in the role of the immunologic mechanisms for IRIS(immune restoration inflammatory syndromes)in patients initiating HAART(Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy).Methods A prospective study of all patients initiating HAART was performed. A period of six months tracking initiating HAART was performed. The incidence of IRIS, time of occurrence and clinical disease spectrum were recorded. The main T lymphokines including IL-2, INF-γ, IL-4, IL-10 which on behalf of the balance of Th1 and Th2 were detected. To explore the immunopathologic mechanisms for IRIS, the levels of T lymphokines at pre-HAART, initiating HAART for 1 month, 3months and 6 months were compared in IRIS group and non-IRIS group, healthy group. Results A total of 212 patients were enrolled in this study. 59 patients were diagnosed as IRIS at a median of 21 days after HAART initiation (QR 19 days).The main disease spectrum included tuberculosis, herpes virus infections, pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia. No matter in the IRIS group or non-IRIS group, the main lymphokines baseline of IL-2, INF-γ reduced and IL-4, IL-10 increased before HAART compared to healthy group (P ＜ 0. 05), which had the tendency to restore balance relations initiating HAART. The lymphokines levels had significant difference between baseline and 6 months initiating HAART (P ＜ 0. 05). The changed levels of lymphokines between IRIS group and non-IRIS group before HAART had significant difference compared to healthy group. IL-2, INF-γ increased level[(11.68 ± 2. 89) pg/ml vs (8.52 ±2.26) pg/ml; (22. 19 ± 6. 22) pg/ml vs (18.34 ±5. 35) pg/ml] and IL-10 decreased level [(19. 21 ± 4. 03) pg/ml vs (23. 19 ± 5.92) pg/ml] had significant difference between IRIS group and non-IRIS group initiating HAART I month(P ＜0. 05). Conclusions The incidence of IRIS during 6 months initiating HAART in HIV/AIDS was 27. 8%, IRIS usually occurred in 1 month initiating HAART. The most common disease spectrum was infectious disease, including tuberculosis and herpes virus infection. Lymphokine of Th1 and Th2 existed unbalance in IRIS group and non-IRIS group before HAART. The unbalance tendency in IRIS group was more obvious. All lymphokines had the trend to recover balance. IL-2, INF-γ significantly increased and IL-10 significantly decreased, which might involve the occurrence of the IRIS.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application of MSCT and post-processing images to fractures of nasal bone in forensic identification. METHODS: 134 cases were examined by thin slice scanning with MSCT and all of the data were sent to workstation for MPR and SSD. The result of MSCT was compared with that of X-ray. RESULTS: There are 55 (41.04%) cases of linear fracture, 46 (34.33%) cases of comminuted fracture, 27 (20.15%) cases of depressed fracture and 6 (4.48%) cases of no fracture in this sample. With X-ray or CR, 48 (35.82%) cases were misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed. 133 (99.25%) cases were confirmed by MSCT. Significance difference was found between X-ray and MSCT (chi2= 45.0816, P<0.001). CONCLUSION MSCT and post-processing images might be the chief evidence for nasal fractures in forensic identification.

BACKGROUND: At present, finite element analysis can be used to judge intertrochanteric fractures, but mostly limited in the distribution of stress. Finite element model of various intertrochanteric fractures has not been reported in detail.OBJECTIVE: To build various types of intertrochanteric fracture models with Hypermesh 14.0 and LS-DYNA software to simulate the falling-induced external force on proximal femur, and to evaluate the effect of models, and to analyze the biomechanical mechanism of intertrochanteric fractures. METHODS: Normal side CT image data of one case of elderly intertrochanteric fracture were collected and imported into Mimics software to establish the proximal femur geometric models, were then analyzed and operated by LZ-DYNA solver after imported into Geomagic studio 2013 and Hypermesh 14.0 for smoothing and meshing. Before analysis, the material parameters were set, the boundary conditions were confirmed, and given the loading parameters. The operating results were checked in Hyper View. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The distribution of stress of proximal femur exactly matched to the previous study. EvansⅠtype intertrochanteric fracture model was obtained under continuous shear stresses, and six types of fractures were obtained by adjusting the load. (2) These results manifest that based on the Hypermesh 14.0 and LS-DYNA software, the finite element can well simulate the intertrochanteric fractures, and shear stress plays an important role in intertrochanteric fractures, which can provide experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.
