1.Expression of Bcl-2 and calretinin in dysplasia enteric ganglion cells of hirschsprung patients
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(01):-
Objective To explore the expression of Bcl-2 and calretinin(CR)in enteric ganglion cells in different developmental conditions and its significance. Methods The immunohistochemical staining was carried out to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and CR in enteric ganglion cells at different intestinal segments from tissue samples of 40 hirschsprung disease(HD) cases(age,26 d to 12 years old),10 Hirschsprung's allied disease(HAD) cases and 10 normal controls. Results In immature ganglion cells, there was a strong expression of Bcl-2,and no positive to or poor expression of CR.In mature ganglion cells, there was a strong expression of CR but no positive Bcl-2 staining. Conclusion The specific expression of Bcl-2 and CR may play an essential role in judging if the ganglion cells are mature.Bcl-2 might be of importance in the maintenance and restore of the fuction of enteric immature ganglion cells.
2.Determination of Pt,Pd,Ru,Rh,Ir and Au in Geological Samples By Double Focusing High Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(6):653-656
A method for the determination of Pt、Pd、Ru、Rh 、Ir and Au in geological samples was studied. The sample was fused by sodium pe roxide and determined by a double focusing high resolution inductively coupled p lasma mass spectrometer “ELEMENT” after the separation and enrichment by co-precipitation with Te. Detection limit of the method was between 1~9ng/g and the recovery was >90%. Our analytical results for some domestic or interna tional reference materials were in agreement with the certified values.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):968-969
Objective]We summarized Professor Liu Qiting’s clinical experience of using Yishenjianpihuazhuo Decoction in the treatment of the gynecological disease.[Method] By analyzing the recognition to the causa morbi and mechanism in Liu Qiting ’s treating gynecological disease, this paper summarized the dialectical nursing points of Jianpi Yishen Huazhuo Decoction curing the gynecological disease. [Results] The disease is mostly owing to deficient spleen and kidney, wet heat and toxin accumulated internal y which causes Dai channel uncontrol ed, so the Jianpiyishenhuazhuo Decoction was taken for the treatment of the gynecological disease, with good effect. [Conclusion] Professor Liu Qiting using Jianpi Yishen Huazhuo Decoction in the treatment of gynecological disease has significant implications in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gynecological disease.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective Study the effect of transvaginal bitths in term pregnant women with less amniotic fluid B-mode ultrasonography suggested on neonatal and find the correct approach. Methods The maternity outcome of 166 pregnant women with less amniotic B-mode ultrasonography suggested fluid was compared with that of 187 term pregnant women with normal amniotic fluid. Results There was no significant difference on severe meconium stained amniotic fluid and the rate of neonatal asphyxin between two groups. Conclusion Transvaginal biths can be tried in term pregnant women with less amniotic fluid B-mode ultrasonography suggested under the intensive care.

7.Effect of rapamycin on proliferation, invasion, adhesion, apoptosis and autophagy of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells treated with cis-diamminedichloroplatinum
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2014;(12):2120-2127
[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To study the effect of rapamycin ( Rap) on the proliferation, invasion, adhesion, apoptosis and autophagy of human adenocarcinoma A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells treated with cis-diamminedichloroplatinum ( DDP) .METHODS: Human adenocarcinoma A549 and resistant A549/DDP cell lines were cultured. The inhibitory effects of Rap alone or combined with DDP on A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells were detected by MTT assay. The in vitro invasion abilities of the 2 cell lines treated with Rap alone or combined with DDP were detected by Transwell methods. The in vitro adhesion abilities of the 2 cell lines treated with Rap alone or combined with DDP were detected by adhesion experiments. The apoptosis of A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells induced by Rap alone or combined with DDP was ana-lyzed by flow cytometry. The cell autophagy marker proteins beclin-1 and LC3 in A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells trea-ted with Rap alone or combined with DDP were detected by Western blotting.RESULTS:Compared with Rap or DDP a-lone group, the combination of Rap and DDP significantly inhibited the proliferation, invasion and adhesion of A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells in vitro, and promoted the cell apoptosis and autophagy marker proteins beclin-1 and LC3 expres-sion ( all P<0.05) .CONCLUSION:Rap enhances the effect of DDP through promoting the cell autophagy, thereby in-hibiting the proliferation, invasion and adhesion of A549 and resistant A549/DDP cells and inducing the cell apoptosis with a synergistic effect.

9.Role of Schwann cells apoptosis in pathogenesis of EAN in TNFRⅠ knock out mice
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To study the role of Schwann cells apoptosis in the pathogenesis of experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN) in TNF receptor Ⅰ knock out(TNFR Ⅰ-/-)mice.Methods For induction of EAN,TNFRⅠ-/- and wild type C57BL/6 mice were immunized by subcutaneous injection into the back with the peripheral nerve P0 protein peptide 180-199;clinical scores of EAN were assessed and scored immediately before immunization(day 0) and thereafter every other day until day 46 post immunization(p.i.).On day 22 p.i.,Schwann cells were collected from the two groups and cultivated in vitro. The expressions of Fas and Annexin-Ⅴ(Annexin-Ⅴ+/PI-)on Schwann cells from TNFRⅠ-/-and wild type EAN were detected by flow cytometry. Results More light clinical signs of EAN were observed in the TNFRⅠ-/-mice(1.50?0.19) than in wild type mice(1.90?0.16);the percentage of Fas expression on Schwann cells was significantly decreased in TNFRⅠ-/-mice(88.03%?1.40%)as compared with wild type mice(94.70%?1.53%)(P
10.THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY ULTRAVIOLET DENSITO-METRIC DETERMINATION OF PUERARIN IN PLASMA & ITS PHARMACOKINETICS IN RABBITS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
A simple thin layer chromatography ultraviolet densitometric method has been established for the separation and quantitative determination of Puerarin in plasma. Using ethyl acetate : metha-nol: water : toluene : absolute alcohol ( 100 : 15.5: 13.5: 2 :13.5 V/V ) as the developing system, 5?l supernatant of the sample extracts were spotted on high performance sillica gel G glass plates and developed. The separeted spots were scanned using Shimadzu CS-910 TLC scanner, the results were calculated by the areas of spots with Rf 0.47. The mininum detectable quantity of Puerarin was 7.5ng/spot. The plasma concentration-time curve of Puerarin in rabbits after single iv 30mg/kg was best fitted to a two- compartments open model. The T1/2? , T1/2? (3 were 5.7, 27.5 min respectively. This showed that Puerarin is distributed and eliminated in a fairly rapid rate in rabbits.
