Objective To investigate the prevalence of nodular gastritis,duodenal ulcer before and after eradicative treatment of helicobactor pylori(Hp) infection in children with gastroscopy.Methods This was a retrospective analysis of 1 275 children,age ranging 1 to 16 years old,collected from our hospital in recent 10 years,detecting rates of before eradicative treatment and after eradicative treatment were analyzed.Gastroscopes were analyzed with regard to a possible association with the infection.Results The detecting rate(11.89%) of duodenal ulcer after eradicative treatment was lower than that(17%) before eradicative treatment(P

Objective To investigate the new epidemiology and clinical manifestation of measles in children in recent years. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of children′s measles were collected,and their epidemiological and clinical characteristics of age distribution,endemic distribution,vaccination,clinical manifestation,complication and misdiagnosis were discussed. Results Among the patients living in urban,90% cases were single dose vaccination,35% cases were between 3-8 years old,27% cases were less than 8 months old,59% cases were mild measles,27% cases were atypical measles,40% cases were misdiagnosed at first visit,and 67% cases of measles less than 8 months old were babies of vaccine immunized mother.Among the patients living in rural,68% cases had no vaccination,86% cases were at age of typical onset,61% cases were typical measles,7% cases were severe measles,and 28% cases were mild measles.Among all cases of measles,mild measles and atypical measles were as high as 41% and 16%,but typical measles were only 37%.In all patients,56% cases had typical measles rash,82% cases had Koplik′s spots,77% cases had typical onset of eruption,100% cases had higher fever in eruption stage,89% cases had typical downward sequence of eruption,93% cases had skin pigmentation,and 81% cases had desquamation. Conclusions Less than 8 months infants and single dose vaccinated pre-school children are newly susceptible group of measles.Mild measles and atypical measles markedly increased,with atypical clinical symptoms,variable rash and variant onset,but the character of aggravated fever in eruption stage scarcely changes.Infants of vaccine immunized mother and pre-school children are advised to vaccinate ahead of schedule.

Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the dried buds of Lonicera similis.Method:Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents.Result:Nine compounds were isolated from the dried buds of L． similis，and identified as caffeic acid；3，5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid；chlorogenic acid；palmitic acid；luteolin；quercetin；β-sitosterol；nonacosanol；nonacosane.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.

Zebrafish (Danio rerio) is a simple biological labora-tory animal, with similar biological structure and physiological functions to mammals. Almost transparent embryos, in vitro de-velopment of embryos and up to 87% of human genetic similari- ties enable a wide application of zebrafish in the field of pharma-ceutical research. In this paper, we have studied the application of zebrafish in drug metabolism, the research of Chinese medi-cine, the evaluation of drug toxicology and safety, the screening of drugs and the discovery of new drugs, the research of regener- ative drugs, so as to provide new ideas of zebrafish in the field of pharmacy.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of electroacupuncture on exercise-induced immunosuppression in rats and its mechanism.

METHODSSports immunosuppressive model was established successfully by the rats were conducted high intensity swimming training 150 min/day, 6 days/wk for 8 weeks in this study. Forty-three SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (group A, n = 10), a high intensity swimming training group (group B, n = 17), and a high intensity plus electroacupuncture group (group C, n = 16). Group A did not receive any intervention. Group B was conducted 150 min/day, 6 days/wk swimming training for 8 weeks. Group C was treated with electroacupuncture at "Baihui" (GV 20), "Guanyuan" (CV 4) and "Zusanli" (ST 36) after every exercise-time from the second week, once each day for 7 weeks. The changes of the rats' weight, gamma-interferon (gamma-IFN), interleukin-2 (IL-2), solubility IL-2 receptor (SIL-2R) and nature killer cell (NKC) were detected.

RESULTS(1) Compared with group A, gamma-IFN and IL-2 in group B were significantly decreased (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), and NKC in group C was significantly increased (P < 0.01). Meanwhile, gamma-IFN and NKC in group C were both significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). (2) Compared with group A, the weight of the rats in group B and group C were significantly decreased (both P < 0.01), but SIL-2R in group B was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The weight of the rats in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05) and SIL-2R in group C was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONLasting gravis exercise stress does decrease the immune function in rats and is even inhibited significantly, but electroacupuncture can up-regulate the exercise-induced immunosuppression.
