1.Family of ADAMs and gastric and colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(11):852-854
The ADAMs(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) are a family of transmembrane or secreted proteins with important roles in cell fusion, adhesion, degradation of extracellular matrix, proteolysis, and signaling. The most important domains of ADAMs includes metalloprotease domain and disintegrin domain. Some ADAMs have been observed in gastric and colorectai cancer, and produced a marked effects during the tumor development and metastasis. The further research of ADAMs may provide more choices for tumor target therapy.
2.The Influential Factors on Quality of Life in Children
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(2):105-107
Objective:To explore the influence of life circumstances on the subjective well-being in children. Methods: A sample of 368 children aged from 10 to 16 years old was administered ISLQ and EMBU. Results: The subjective well-being of children were influenced positively by their parental rearing style of warmth and understanding, and influenced negatively by rearing style of rejection. The favoritism from mother was one of major factor to influence the affective component of subjective satisfaction of children. Also, the following variables of mother's education, achievement in school, sex, and pattern of family affected the subjective well-being in children to varying degrees. Conclusion:The quality of life in children was influenced significantly by their life circumstances, especially parental rearing patterns.
3.What we can learn from the overseas bioterrorism response exercises
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(12):-
Objective To introduce the important anti-bioterrorism exercises in some countries and to find out what we can learn from those exercises, then to service our country on the preparation of anti-bioterrorism exercise. Methods The introductions and reports concerning anti-bioterrorism exercises in some countries were searched from internet and papers, then the data were analyzed and summarized, some commonness were drown out. Results Some developed countries pay attention to anti-bioterrorism exercise. Some problems and countermoves can be found by those exercises. Conclusions Our country is also facing the threat of bioterrorism. Improving the biodefence ability is a challenge to our country. Our country has done some exercise, but biodefence exercise is few. Our country needs to develop some anti-bioterrorism measures in which we need focus on: decision-making process, cooperation, international collaboration, communication, disease control and prevention, medical treatment, drug and vaccine preparation.
4.The relationship between the latency-intensity function of click ABR wave V and the audiogram configuration.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(10):959-962
OBJECTIVE:
The latency-intensity function (LIF) of wave V from click ABR of some deaf children showed great variation. We attempted to find out the intrinsic reasons.
METHOD:
The children recieved tone-burst ABR test.
RESULT:
Frequencies from 0.5-4.0 kHz have been tested and the thresholds of tone-burst ABR were recorded. The average thresholds of steeply LIF children at 0.5-4.0 kHz were (93.13 ± 7.04), (79.37 ± 7.72), (69.38 ± 8.54) (66.25 ± 8.06) dB respectively, while the average thresholds of shallower LIF children at these 4 frequencies were (65.00 ± 7.32) (68.13 ± 6.55) (70.63 ± 6.80) (78.12 ± 8.34) dB respectively.
CONCLUSION
The results imply that the child with steeply LIF may have more hearing loss at frequencies 0.5 and 1 kHz than those with shallower LIF. LIF may predict the audiogram configuration.

5.Mechanism of transforming growth factorβin patients with hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2016;22(6):425-428
Transforming growth factor β( TGF-β) plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation , differentiation and apoptosis , and also in the carcinogenesis .Unlike its tumor suppressor function in normal tissue , continuous activation of TGF-βsignaling pathway in inflammatory microenvironment and cancer tissue promotes the progression of hepatocellular carcino-ma ( HCC) .Loss of Smad4 and epithelial to mesenchymal tran-sition ( EMT ) may be the potential mechanisms how TGF-βtransforms from a tumor suppressor to a tumor promoter .Further studies on regulatory mechanism of TGF-βsignaling pathway are of great significance , which could provide new evidence for pre-venting and treating HCC .
6.Preventive effect of statins for hepatocellular carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(7):501-504
Statins, hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitors , are widely used as a class of lipid-lowering drugs in clinic. Recent studies have shown that the use of statins can be anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis and reduce the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which may provide a new method for the preventive treatment of HCC. This article will review the current research progress of statins, including the clinical evidence, the molecular mechanisms of anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis and anti-tumor in liver.
7.Efifcacy of lamivudine in chronic hepatitis B antiviral therapy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(2):135-136
Objective To evaluate the clinical efifcacy of lamivudine in chronic hepatitis B antiviral therapy. Methods 78 cases with chronic hepatitis B patients from January 2012 to December 2012 collected in People's Hospital of Deqing County were observed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Control group were treated with entecavir , and experimental group with lamivudine. The negative rate of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis B virus surface antigen (hepatitis B surface antigen, HBsAg) seroconversion rates and alanine aminotransferase (Alamine aminotransferase, ALT) recovery rate after 6 weeks, 12 weeks , 18 weeks , 24 weeks of the two groups were compared. Results The negative rate of hepatitis B virus, ALT recovery rates in control group after 6 weeks, 12 weeks , 18 weeks, 24 weeks treatment were better than experimental group , the differences were statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). There was no signiifcant differences in the rate of HBsAg seroconversion at week 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 weeks between two groups. Conclusion Lamivudine antiviral ,has acceptable clinical efifcacy in treatment for chronic hepatitis B, and still has a certain gap with entecavir, but it has an appropriate price, which may be more suitable for patients in economic. So choose which medicine in clinical application should be in combination with the practical situation of patients.

9.Nonlinear properties of ultrasound contrast microbubbles and their application in nonlinear ultrasound contrast imaging
Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy 2009;6(4):392-396
When insonated with fundamental frequency, the ultrasound contrast microbubbles are able to produce nonlinear scattering and generate nonlinear frequencies. The nonlinear properties of these microbubbles can be used to create nonlinear imaging modality and significantly improve the diagnostic capability of medical ultrasound. This paper was a review about the current research progress of nonlinear properties of ultrasound contrast microbubbles and nonlinear imaging, especially about the nonlinear properties under different frequency, acoustic pressure and the application of nonlinear imaging. A prospect of the future research and application was finally put forward in the paper.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Active constituents in mycelium and fermcntation broth of Ganoderma lucidum were deter mined. Results showed that the amount of polysaccharides obtained from mycelium by 1mol/L NaOH extraction and hot-water extraction were 2% and 0.64% respectively, while the fer mentation broth contains 0.1% polysaccharide. The mycelium contains 17 kinds of amino aci ds, totalling at 14.7%. The fermentation broth contains 29 kinds of amino acids, totalling at 0.93%. The mycelium and fermentation broth contain 22 and 17 kinds of trace elements res pectively, predominately P, Fe, Zn and Ca
