Objective: To discuss the characteristics of sanitary and anti-epidemic affairs in the UN peacekeeping mission. Methods: To adapt integrated management of sanitary and anti-epidemic affairs through the peacekeeping mission.To intensify the studying of network information and do investigations of epidemics;To prepare the all kinds of materials for epidemic prevention;To perfect the establishment and improve environment sanitation;To enhance the hygiene intendance in order to carry out all steps.Results: There did not occur any food poisoning and epidemic in our peacekeeping mission. Conclusion: The managements are benefit to accomplish the peacekeeping mission.

3.The effect of myopia on the incidence and treatment of retinal detachment

322 eyes(290 cases)of retinal detachment(RD) and 31 eyes(28 cases)of retinal rhegma treated with laser were analyzed to study the effect of myopia on the incidence and therapeutic prognosis of RD.Among 200 eyes of nontraumatic rhegmatogenic RD,154 eyes(77.0%)were myopic,the majority of which,109 eyes(70.8%),were highly myopic. Among 77 eyes of traumatic rhegmatogenic RD, myopia accounted for 32 eyes(41.6%).Among 32 cases of bilateral RD,28 cases(87.5%)were myo- pes.The onset of RD in myopic eyes was not corre- lated with age.In operations of nontraumatic rhegma- togenic RD,the rate of surgical success on the first attempt was 78.3% for the nonmyopes,significantly higher than that(61.0%)for the myopes.The complication of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) was also much more severe in the myopic eyes than in the nonmyopic eyes,except in the group of contusive RD with PVR D_1-D_3.
4.Advancing research on relationship between stromal cells and the development of tumor

Stromal cells are one of the important components of tumor mieroenvironment, which plays an oncogenic role in tumorigenesis. Stromai cells and their products can transform adjacent tissues in the absence of pre-existing tumor cells by inciting phenotypic and genomic changes in the epithelial cells. The research on the tumor-associated-stromal cells will be benefit in clarifying the mechanisms of carcinogenic lesions and investigating more effective therapy methods.

6.Expression of integrin linked kinase in obstructive nephropathy with renal tubular acidosis

Objective To observe integrin linked kinase(ILK)expression in obstructive nephropathy with renal tubular acidosis, and investigate the function of renal tubular acidosis on renal interstitial fibrosis.Methods 75 rate were divided into control group and unilateral ureteral obstruction(unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO,n=25)group,and other 50 rats in UUO group.UUO group was divided into renal tubular acidosis (UUO1 group,n=31)group and non-renal tubular acidosis(UUO2,n=19)group,re-nal function and histology test was carried at the same time.7,14,21,28 days later after operation,the rats were killed in batches, then measured the expression of ILK in renal tissue by immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results Inflammatory cell infiltra-tion and interstitial fibrosis of UUO1 group were more serious under the light microscope than that of UUO2 group;there was only a small amount of ILK protein expression in control group,almost no FN protein deposition,expression of ILK and FN protein pre-cipitation of UUO2 group increased,and UUO1 group was more than UUO2 group.Conclusion In obstructive nephropathy,renal tubular acidosis can up-regulate expression of ILK and FN sedimentation,then lead to interstitial fibrosis promotion.

8.Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Fetus Deformity

Objective To study the ultrasonic features of fetus deformity.Methods 34 cases with fetus defomity were examined by Aloka 280 B-mode ultrasound and Hp-image point system(3.5 MHz transducer).Results Of the thirty-four cases with fetus deformity,thirty-one cases were seen and proved by the clinical induced labour and parturition.Only three of the cases were misdiangnosed.Conclusion Examination with the ultrasonic equipment is a simple and convenient way in the antenantal examination.Fetus deformity often exists simultaneously with various types of deformity and has close relationship with the amount of amniatic fluid.
9.Pay attention to the research work of stem cells transplantation for retinal diseases

With the special organization structure and function,retina is thought to be a prime candidate for developing the cellular therapies.Many types of stem cells have been explored to use for the treatment of retinal diseases and exhibit significant potential for further clinical application.However,before these results are translated to a clinical setting,sufficient investigations are required,such as the selection of the type of stem cells,transplantation strategy,the mechanism of therapeutic effect and biological safety,and how to get high differentiation efficiency,clarify the best development phase before transplantation,and achieve effective functional and structural integration of stem cells in the retina,etc.
10.A Preliminary Study on Predicting the Bone Rapair Effect of Zoledronic Acid in the Treatment of Breast Cancer Metastasis by 99m Tc-MDP Bone Scan

Objective To explore the correlation between the change of CT value of osteolytic bone metastasis after the treatment of zoledronic acid and bone metabolism before treatment in breast cancer patients.Methods Twenty breast cancer patients with osteolytic bone metastases were diagnosed by 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy and 99m Tc-MDP SPECT/CT ( contain 16-slice spiral CT) for the first time entered this study.After treatment of zoledronic acid for 3-12 months with the same method, 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy and 99mTc-MDP SPECT/CT were peformed in the 20 breast cancer patients again with the same CT scan parameters(voltages:120kV, tube currents:80mA, pitches:3.75mm).With using regions of interesting (ROI)technique, the T/NT value of osteolytic bone metastases in the first 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy were measured.The CT value of same ROI before and after zoledronic acid therapy were measured (CT1 and CT2), and the change of CT value (△CT,△CT=CT2-CT1) were calculated.The correlation between them were analyzed. SPSS 16.0 was applied for variance and linear correlation analyses.Results (1)A total of 30 lesions of osteolytic bone metastases were detected in the 20 breast cancer patients by the first 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy and 99m Tc-MDP SPECT/CT.The CT value before therapy was significantly higher than that after therapy(425 ±152HU vs 120 ±73HU, t=9.95, P<0.01).(2)The change of CT value after therapy was positively correlated with and the T/NT value of osteolytic bone metastasis(r=0.907, P<0.01).(3)The change of CT value of positive lesions after therapy was significantly higher than that of negative lesions by 99mTc-MDP bone scan(W=15,P=0.001). Conclusion 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy provides an effective method to predict the efficacy of zoledronic acid for breast cancer pa-tients with osteolytic bone metastases.The breast cancer patients with high bone metabolism should be recommended zoledronic acid thera-py, conversely should not be recommended.
