Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(9):1331-1332
Objective To study the expression and significance of P57KIP2 in complete mole(CM ) and partial mole(PM).Methods The expression of P57KIP2 in histology unequivocal 45 cases of CM and 30 cases of PM was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results In the PMs,expression of P57kip2 was strongly and continuously(30/34),in the CMs,it was absent or weak expressed (5/45).The difference of P57K1P2 expression between PMs and CMs was statistically significant( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion P57KIP2 immunostaining is a sensitive sign of partial moleand in differential diagnosis of PM from CM and it is deserving of clinical application.
4.MECHANISM OF STIMULATING EFFECT OF 1,25-DIHYDROXYVITAMIN D_3 ON INDUCTION OF NEOVASCULARIZATION DURING GASTRIC CARCINOGENESIS INDUCED BY N-METHYL- N′-NITRO-N-NITROSOGUANIDINE IN RATS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
To study the mechanism ofstimulating effect of 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D 3 on induction of neovascularization during gastric carcinogenesis induced by N methyl N′ nitro N nitrosoguanidine in rats, gastric carcinogenesis in rats was induced by administration of MNNG (150mg/L) in drinking water. Four weeks after MNNG exposure, rats were fed with diet containing 1,25(OH) 2 D 3 (2.5?g/kg, 5.0?g/kg) . Animals were killed at week 16, and 32 for the study of neovascularization by cardiovascular perfusion with carbon ink and immunohistochemical staining of vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF). Expression of VEGF and microvessel density in glandular stomach of rats receiving 1,25(OH) 2 D 3 ( 5.0?g/kg) in the diet dramatically increased when compared with the rats receiving MNNG alone at week 16, and the differences were more significant at week 32. Expression of VEGF was closely correlated with microvessel density. We propose that certain dose of 1,25(OH) 2 D 3 stimulated neovascularization during gastric carcinogenesis in rats induced by MNNG partly through increasing VEGF expression.
5.DNA Damage Induced by Chlorinated Acetic Acids, the Drinking Water Disinfection By-products
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To study the DNA damage induced by dichloroacetic acid(DCA) and trichloroacetic acid(TCA) which are from drinking water disinfection by-products. Methods V79 cells and hepatocytes of mice were treated with DCA and TCA for 1 hour and then were tested by comet assay. After stained by EB, tail length of the cells were observed and counted under the fluorescence microscope. Results Both DCA and TCA could result in the increasing of average tail length of the treated cells whether they were V79 cells or hepatocytes of mice and the dose-response relationships were seen. Conclusion Both DCA and TCA can cause DNA damage of mammalian cells and this may be related to the carcinogenic mechanism. DCA and TCA belong to genetic carcinogens.
6.Advances in antioxidant property of quercetin
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2010;18(1):60-64
Quercetin is the major bioflavonoid in the human diet and can be ubiquitously found in nature.Studies have suggested that quercetin has many biological activities and clinical applications such as antioxidant,anti-inflammation, anti-tumor effects. This article reviews recent advances in its anti-oxidation mechanisms, protective effects on oxidative stress-related diseases, and other applications.
7.Analysis on resistance pattern of 88 strains of isoniazid-resistant Mycobacteria
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(11):1058-1059,1062
Objective To explore the multi-resistance pattern of 88 strains of isoniazid-resistant Mycobacteria in recent years,so as to provide reference for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Methods Absolute concentration method was applied to performing drug susceptibility test for 181 isolates of Mycobacteria to 10 kinds of antitubercuIosis drugs. Results The primary resistance rate was 19.3%,and the acquired drug resistance rate Was 55.8%.The percentage of isoniazid-or double resistant-Mycobacteria was 37.6%.The Mycobacterium which was resistant to three or above drugs accounted for 85.2 %.Conclusion The majority of isoniazid-resistant Mycobacterium is a multi-resistant strain, which should be thought highly in prevention and treatment of tuberculosis to control or reduce the initial and acquired resistance rates.
8.Analysis on the Use of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs in Two Hospitals in Tongling City During 2004~2006
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization status and the developmental trend of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in our city.METHODS:NSAIDs used in two hospitals in Anhui Tongling city during 2004~2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,DDDs and consumption sum.RESULTS:The DDDs of NSAIDs increased,up 7.07% year on year. The consumption of NSAIDs increased by 4.15% in 2005,but decreased by 4.94% in 2006.New type NSAIDs had a great increase in consumption sum.CONCLUSION:The utilization structure of NSAIDs in our city is expected to remain stable in the coming several years, but great attention should be paid to the ADR of NSAIDs.
9.Residues Determination of 5 Heavy Metal Elements in Single Use and Gravity Feed Infusion Sets and Intra-venous Infusion Needles by ICP-MS
China Pharmacist 2015;18(12):2184-2186
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of residual 5 heavy metal elements in single use and gravity feed infusion sets and intravenous infusion needles, including Cd, Cr, Cu, Sn and Pb. Methods:After the pre-preparation,the sample was dissolved in 1% nitrate. The 5 heavy metal elements in the sample solution were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spec-trometry (ICP-MS). Results:Under the ICP-MS assay conditions, each element showed good linearity within the range of 0-50 ng· ml-1(r>0. 999 0). The average recoveries were within the range of 92%-116% and 1. 6%-2. 9%, respectively (RSD<3,n=9). Conclusion:The operation is simple and can meet the demand for the analysis of heavy metal elements in single use and gravity feed infusion sets and intravenous infusion needles.
10.Research progress of nanotechnology in circulating tumor cells
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):46-48
Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) play pivotal roles for monitoring the tumor metastasis and prognosis. The nanotechnology provides a favourable platform for CTCs detection, and enables CTCs to be more promising for practical application.Meanwhile, the nanoscale device by virtue of nanotechnology has broad application prospects in eliminating CTCs and offers a new direction in the field of anti-cancer.
