China Medical Equipment 2013;(11):68-69
Objective:To solve the problem of treating trauma limbs according to the requirement of therapy and care with the most effective method and the least cost, while the method should be clinical facilitated. Methods:The major part is a long squared mask made of light material with two gabs in each tips, one is smaller, the other is bigger, which just suit with the trauma limbs and hold them(legs or arms). We designed a window at the top of the mask, and some slots around the window. And the appendix boxes in the slots can be added or changed according to clinical therapy. Results:Simple isolated therapeutic mask for limbs can be used only as a simple facility for trauma limbs isolation, and also can be used as a facility of warming, heating, irradiation and sterilization. Conclusion:Simple isolated therapeutic mask for limbs has been admitted as a patent of utility model by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) (patent number:ZL200620073372.8). The mask features simple manufacture, low cost, easy to use and reliable effects, can be used not only in every kinds of hospital, but also at home.

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Multiplicity of signals and diversity of signaling pathways exist during the establishment of mycorrhizal associations together with the regulation of symbiosis-specific genes expression. This mechanism of signal recognition and transduction related with development process of the symbiont was reviewed at the molecular level.

Objective To observe the effect of S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAMe) in treatment of jaundice in newborns and its mechanism. Methods Two hundred and two newborn infants with jaundice were treated with SAMe,76 cases in control group treated with phototherapy and liver enzyme induction elixir;SAMe 30-60 mg/(kg?d) were added to 202 cases intravenously in treatment group. The total biliorubin(T-BILI),direct bilinrubin(D-BILI) and indirect bilinrubin(I-BILI) were dynamically detected. Results Six days after treatment, the skin jaundice index in treatment group decreased remarkably.T-BILI,D-BILI and I-BILI decreased significantly. The curing effectiveness was higher in treatment group than that in control group. The number of applicating blood products and albumin, and blood produets/albumin were decreased in treatment group than those in control group. In those who used glucose to dissolve the SAMe 2.68% had blood-vessel phlebitis. Conclusions SAMe can efficiently quicken the retrogression of jaundice in newborns. It can reduce the use of blood products. It is a reliable and safe drug to treat jaundice in newborns.

Abstract: The loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technique is a technique for the specific and efficient amplification of target fragments at a constant temperature using two pairs of specially designed primers and a strand displacement activity DNA polymerase. LAMP technique is a simple, rapid, specific, sensitive and cost-effective nucleic acid amplification method, and therefore has a promising future in the field rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and grassroots applications. In this review, the basic principles and characteristics of the LAMP technique, the main molecular markers for the diagnosis of tuberculosis, and the use of different molecular markers and various types of novel techniques in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and drug-resistant tuberculosis were described. The LAMP technique has been widely used in the diagnosis of tuberculosis with high sensitivity and specificity, but the technique still has some shortcomings. This paper reviews the progress of its application in tuberculosis in recent years and provides an outlook on its development, with a view to providing a rational research direction for rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis in a resource-limited environment.

Objective To explore the value of transthoracic echocardiography in diagnosis of univentricle and analyze the sonogram typing. Methods The results of 66 patients with univentricle were reviewed retrospectively, and analayzed their typing connected with the reports in the literature. Results There were 3 ultrasonic types in 66 cases:①Type A(single left ventricle) 19 cases, single ventricle with left ventricular shape, residual cavity in front of it. ②Type B(single right ventricle) 38 cases, single ventricle with right ventricular form, and residual cavity in the rear.③Type C (solitary single-ventricle) 9 cases, there was only one ventricle. Thirty-one of them were treated surgically, 5 cases without operation had MRI or cardiac catheterization examination and the remaining 26 patients were only observed by echocardiography, the positive rate of diagnosis in type was 100%, the results were compared with cardiac catheterization or MRI examination and the operation: 1 cases of mixed type total anomalous pulmonary venous connection was misdiagnosed as heart-type total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. But 1 case of descending aorta limitations narrow complicated patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), PDA was missed. The rest were completely correct diagnosis. Conclusions The transthoracic echocardiography can be used to evaluate types and all containing malformations of univentricle, and offers reliable information for operation.

Writing and publishing scientific papers is a very important part of the research work. The quality of the thesis is also an important indicator to measure the achievements of scientific research workers. The quality of the thesis mainly includes the academic quality and the writing quality, but some of the researchers are mostly proficient in practice and neglect the writing,so there are still many writing problems in the manuscript.By reading the submission specification, this article summarizes the common problems in the writing,so as to provide the reference value for the readers.

Jin's three-needle technique is named after Professor JIN Rui. The connotation of Jin's three-needle technique is summarized by his followers through long-term teaching and clinical practice. His principle and method of point combination are based on syndrome differentiation of acupuncture. And his unique needling technique and treating principle of mental tranquilization also play an important role in his clinical practice.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(03):-
Objective To localize the sinoatrial node (SAN) of the newborn rabbits in vivo and cut it for purifying cultivation and study the morophologic characters of primary cultured pacemaker cells of SAN under light microscope and transmissional electron microscope. Methods Hearts of the newborn rabbits were embedded in paraffin for HE-staining and observed the location, form of SAN under optical microscope; SAN cells isolated from neonatal rabbits cultured and purified with the method of differential attachment and BrdU-treatment.Results SAN localized in the anterior wall of the superior vena cava and the posterior-lateral atrial wall. There was about 0.32 mm between its lowest point and sulcus terminalis. Three distinctly different types of cells were observed among the cultured cells of SAN: spindle, araneiform and polygon. The spindle cells covered the greatest proportion of the cultured cells of SAN (59.6%?7.3%). The frequency of spontaneous contraction of spindle cells was the highest among the constrcting cells (145 ?9)time/min. The results of ultrastructure observation showed that myofibrils and other organelles in spindle cells were poorly organized and significantly decreased in number compared with araneiform cells. There was no significant difference between araneiform cells isolated from SAN and from atrial muscle. Conclusion Among the cultured cells from neonatal rabbits SAN, the spindle cells are the pacemaker cells of SAN.
