1.Progress of the protective mechanism of vitamin D on chronic kidney disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(4):276-279
1,25(OH) 2 vitamin D 3 is the most effective status of vitamin D in the body.It will play a biological active role when it combines with the receptor of vitamin D. It is common in the chronic kidney disease patients who are lack of vitamin D. The research finds that among the chronic kidney disease patients, in addition to the classic role of vitamin D in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism, it can also protect the kidney and delay the progress of chronic kidney disease by blocking the renin-angiotensin system, inhibiting inflammation, reducing podocyte damage and delaying renal fibrosis, etc. This article summarizes the protection mechanism of Vitamin D in the chronic kidney diseases.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(4):326-329
Objective To investigate the incidence of the common respiratory viruses in children with respiratory tract infection and to compare the results among different ages and to analyze the relationship between wheezing of children and various viruses. Methods Nasopharyngeal secretions of 618 children with respiratory infection hospitalized were assayed for 7 respiratory viruses, including respiratory syncytial virus ,adenovirus, influenza A virus, influenza B virus, parainfluenza virus Ⅰ 、 Ⅱ、 Ⅲ.Results (1) A total of 166 cases, affected with viral etiology, were detected in 618 samples, and the total positive rate was 26.86%.The most common virus was RSV (17.96%), followed by PIV Ⅲ (5.99%), IFA (1.62%), ADV (0.81%), PIV Ⅰ (0.49%).Moreover, 1 case infected with RSV and PIVⅠ was included, with the positive rate 0.16%.(2)The positive rates were different in various ages, with 14d ~ < 1-year 35.04%, 1 ~ < 3-year 18.25%, 3 ~ < 6-year 17.11% and ≥ 6-year 9.26%.(3) There were differences of positive rate of viruses among different respiratory infectious diseases, and capillary bronchitis occupied the highest percentage(47.37%).(4)Among all the detected children, infants were more likely to whee in auscultation of lung, and RSV was the primary etiology. Conclusion RSV,which was the primary viral etiology in children with wheezing, was the most common virus leading to respiratory infection of children, followed by PIV Ⅲ.In the children with respiratory tract infection, the viral infection tends to occur in younger children.

Academic Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University 2009;21(3):209-211
Objective: To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods: We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) and γ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results: Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT, 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU and γ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion: The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2008;28(5):466-470
Objective To investigate cadmium induced adaptive responses (AR) to either toxicant challenge or irradiation and also the role of PI3K family in the AR. Methods Cells were pre-treated with 0.1 or 1 μmol/L cadmium and then challenged by 50, 100 μmol/L cadmium or 1, 2 Gy γ-rays irradiation. Micronucleus induction was measured to evaluate the magnitude of AR. In some experiments, cells were treated with wortmannin during and after pretreatment. Results Cadmium of sub-lethal concentration could induce AR in all the cells toward 50 μmol/L cadmium or 1 Gy irradiation. When challenged by 50 μmol/L CdCl1, EM-C11 cells had an AR less apparent than the other two cell lines. Moreover, treatment of cells with wortmannin eliminated the AR in all three cell lines. Conclusions The magnitudes of AR in adapted cells may be related to multiple factors, such as DNA repair capacity, the priming and challenging dose of cadmium or irradiation. SSB rather than DSB repair is mainly involved in the cadmium induced AR and this cellular response may be mediated through ATM pathway.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To understand the drinking water quality in the rural areas in Jiading, Shanghai. Methods In September, 2006, the drinking water samples from water plants and tap water were collected, then the water quality was analyzed and assessed according to the related standards and regulations. Results 84.56% of the rural population drank the surface water, 15.44% drank the ground water. Among 99.85% of the centralized water supply systems, the drinking water (surface water) was treated; among 0.15%, the drinking water (ground water) was only treated by decreasing iron and manganese. Source water and treated water quality had been greatly improved. Conclusion Intensive management of drinking water is very important to ensure the drinking water quality in the rural areas.

[Objective]To determine the biological effects of transfection of adeno-associated rirus(AAV) BMP4/7 on rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs).[Method]The mature peptide of BMP4 and BMP7 were gained by One-Step RT-PCR from the human placenta and the BMP4/7 fusion gene was gained through gene recombinant techniques and then transferred to pGEM plasmid. The BMP4/7 fusion genen was cut down from the pGEM-BMP4/7 and the recombination was successfully completed in colibacillus, and recombinant adeno-assosiated was produced in 293 cells. Rabbit BMSCs were transfected with the recombinant adeno-assosiated virus vectors carrying BMP4/7 fusion gene with differen multiplicitv of infection(MOI) values. Cell growth curves were drawn to evaluate the biologic effect of AAV-BMP4/7 on cyto-activity. The transfection efficiency was measured using MTT method. The ossification of cells was evaluated by investigating the shape change of the cell ability of ALP and OC at 7,14 days after transfection. Cells were then transfected with AAV-BMP4/7 and AAV-EGFP,respectively.[Result]1.We successfully constructed the recombinant adeno-assosiated virus with BMP4/7 fusion gene.2.The ttransfection efficiency of AAV-BMP4/7 was roughly 72% without siginifficant biologic effect on cyto-activity.The ossification of cells was significant after transfection with AAV-BMP4/7. The 1?105 vg/cell MOI value of transfection efficiency was stroger than 5~104 vg/cell MOI value (59.3,8%). 3. The concentrations of ALP and OC in AAV-BMP4/7 transfection groups were significantbly higher than in AAV-EGFP groups (tALP=896.88 P
