Objective To investigate the clinical value of antibody D5F3 and Survivin in patients with non small cell lung cancer.Methods 200 paraffin embedded specimens of patients with non small cell lung cancer tested by RT-PCR(including EML4-ALK mutant and wild type)from October 2012 to June 2014 were selected.The gene protein expression were tested by ALK new antibody D5F3 and the sensitivity and specificity were compared by negative and positive(+～3+).ResultsTest results show(+)the coincidence rate is 15.78％,(+ +)the coincidence rate is 27.27％and(+ + +)compliance rate was 87.5％,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin protein in NSCLC tissues was correlated with clinicopathological features.The positive rate of Survivin protein expression was correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05),but not with other clinical and pathological features,with the decrease of differentiation,the positive rate of Survivin protein expression was significantly increased.Conclusion D5F3 and Survivin antibodies are highly sensitive and specific in patients with NSCLC,with the screening value,save social resources,for the majority of patients with lung cancer services.

Objective To study the effects of administration of donor apoptotic bone marrow cells via portal vein on the survival time of heart transplantation in rats.Methods Wistar rats were selected as donors and SD rats as recipients, and divided into 4 groups at random. In groups A, B and C, the animals were injected via portal vein with RPMI 1640 0.5 ml 6 as control group, 5?107 donor bone marrow cells and 5?107 apoptotic donor bone marrow cells 6 days before transplantation, respectively , and not subjected to cyclosporin A (CsA). In group D, the animals were injected intra- peritoneally with CsA 5 mg/kg from 3 days before transplantation till 10 days post operation. Bone marrow cells apoptosis was induced by 60 Co? radiation. Heart transplantation models were established in each group. The survival time of donor heart and histological changes were observed. Serum concentrations of IL-10 and TGF-?_1 of recipients and mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) were measured. Objective To identify the therapeutic effect and safety of mini -percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with antegrade modular flexible ureteroscope for the treatment of staghorn stone.Methods The clinical data of 116 patients with staghorn calculi who underwent mini -percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with antegrade modular flexible ureteroscope were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 116 patients,63 cases were men,53 cases were women .Age ranged from 2 5 to 6 7 years .The diameter ofcalculi ranged from 4 6 to 9 8 (mean =4 6 )mm .There were 63 large complete staghorn renal calculi in these patients.Results All procedures were performed successfully using a single lithotripsy tract.The mean surgical time was (125.4 ±30.0)minutes.The initial stone -free rate was 81.03%(94 /116).Twenty -two cases had several residual calculi from 12 to 25mm.Post -procedure complications included hemorrhage in 9 patients,fever(>38.5 ℃)in four patients,and reactive pleural effusion in one patient. Blood loss requiring transfusion,sepsis,adjacent organ injury and kidney loss were not observed.Conclusion Mini -percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with antegrade modular flexible ureteroscope has good therapeutic effect in treating renal staghorn calculi,since the technique in treating the renal staghorn calculi makes the operation period shorter,the rate of stone -free higher,the operation wounds smaller,the rate of complication lower,the rate of surrounding organ injury less.

Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging features of 2 siblings with leukoencephalopathy due to NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone)flavoprotein 2 (NDUFV2) gene mutation,in order to better understand and diagnose it earlier.Methods Clinical and follow-up data of the proband and his brother were collected.Clinical features including symptoms,signs and cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were analyzed,and 2 patients were followed up for a long time.Sanger sequencing,targeted next generation sequencing,and whole exome sequencing were performed to identify potential genetic variations in the 2 patients and their parents.Results (1) Clinical characteristics and follow-up:ages of onset were 4 months and 1 year respectively.Both of the patients presented rapid motor regression hyperinyotonia,positive pathological character.During the follow-up the condition became stable,motor function and cognition improved gradually after cocktail therapy.(2) Brain MRI of the 2 patients showed prominent abnormalities in deep cerebral white matter,presenting T1 hypointense,T2 and fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) hyperintense in the periventricular area.FLAIR images revealed that the abnormal white matter was partially rarefied and cavitated.Diffusion weighted images (DWI) showed high signals along the periphery of the involved areas.The follow-up MRI showed the cavitation still existed and even expanded,and DWI showed regional linear or spotty high signals around the original lesions.(3) Novel mutations in NDUFV2 gene,c.467T>A and c.404G>C,were identified in proband and his brother.The former inherited from his father,while the latter inherited from his mother,which was the new mutation not reported in the international.Conclusions The clinical features of the brothers presented subacute leukoencephalopathy with relatively stable or improved outcome.This was distinctive from the phenotypic features reported in 12 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or Leigh syndrome.The finding expanded the phenotypic spectrum of NDUFV2 mutations.Pathogenic gene of these patients which is the basis of genetic counseling for this family was determined.

AlM:To evaluate the efficacy of retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide ( TA ) combined with 577nm laser macular grid photocoagulation for the treatment of cystoid macular edema.
METHODS: Fifty-eight cases ( 66 eyes ) with cystoid macular edema caused by different diseases were recruited in this study. The included patients were treated with both retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide and 577nm laser macular grid photocoagulation. The best corrected visual acuity, macular thickness, fundus and intraocular pressure were observed in the 1wk, 1 and 3mo after the treatment in all of the included cases.
RESULTS: After treatment, all of the 66 eyes showed cystoid macular edema partially or completely subsided according to optical coherence tomography and fluorescence fundus angiography; 54 eyes ( 82%) visual acuity improved, 12 vision remained the same.
CONCLUSlON: Retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with 577nm laser macular grid photocoagulation has good curative effect, simple operation procedure and rare complications in the management of cystoid macular edema.

Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of congenital sensorineural hearing loss (CSNHL)children combined with white matter (WM)lesions in order to provide evidence for clinical practice. Methods With referral to the Department of Pediatrics,Peking University First Hospital from November 201 1 to De-cember 201 5,documents of 78 patients of CSNHL combined with WMlesions were collected and analyzed for the clini-cal and imaging characteristics.Results Bilateral severe -profound hearing loss existed in all 78 cases,48.1 %(25 /52 cases)of the patients exhibited gross motor development delay,98.1 %(51 /52 cases)of them had normal cognition development.One hundred percent (61 /61 cases)of patients had abnormal language development.Infection occurring during pregnancy existed in 21 .2%(1 1 /52 cases)of the patients,the premature and smaller for the gestational age in-fants accounted for 28.9% (1 5 /52 cases).The bilateral multiple WMlesions from the brain MRI were in dot to flake sizes with sharp boundary,the intensity of T1 -weighted imaging decreased,T2 -weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery increased.Eighty -two point one percent (64 /78 cases)of the patients were found to have the periventricular and subcortical WM involvement.The most frequently affected periventricular region was the posterior horn (91 .9%,68 /74 cases),followed by the anterior horn and temporal horn,and the least with the body involvement. The former three had a combined lesion tendency (55.4% -68.9%).There was an extensive involvement in the sub-cortical WMof parietal,frontal,temporal and occipital lobes respectively(73.5% -88.2%).Subcortical WM involve-ment of multiple lobes was common (accounted for 67.6% -77.9%).The enlargement of bilateral ventricles existed in 37.2%(29 /78 cases)of the patients and cystic changes in the subcortical WM of anterior temporal lobe could be found in 9.0% (7 /78 cases)patients.Calcification in 2 CT cases was reported.Corpus callosum and basal ganglia of all cases were normal.For cases with MRI scans more than once,WMlesions of 96.0%(24 /25 cases)patients became silent or self -restored.Conclusions The clinical presentations of CSNHL combined with WM lesions are mild,not paralleled with their multiple foci.It is considered as demyelination or a delay of myelination.Due to its benign course, it is probably not the contraindication for the cochlear implantation.

ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship between clinical characteristic pathology and prognosis in infant with intra-abdominal solid tumor.MethodsFifty-two infants(less than 1 year old) with abdominal solid tumor from Apr.1998 to Feb.2007 in Shanghai Children's Medical Center and from Jan.2001 to Feb.2007 in Shanghai Xinhua Hospital were reviewed.The history of these children were reviewed.Features and clinical pathology of these children with their prognosis were analyzed and followed up by telephones and children return visit records from 5 months to 8 years.ResultsLess than 1 month,7 cases;1 month to 1 year old,45 cases.Teratoma 23 cases(44.23%),neuroblastoma 9 cases(17.31%),nephroblastoma 6 cases(11.54%),hepatoblastoma 5 cases(9.62%),epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the liver 3 cases(5.77%),congenital mesoblastic nephroma 3 cases(5.77%),fusiform cell epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of pancreas 1 case(1.92%),hamartoma of the liver 1 case(1.92%),retroperitoneal small cell malignant tumor 1 case(1.92%).Benign:malignant=1:1.Among the benign tumor,male:female=1:1.Among the malignant tumor,male:female=2.33:1.0.All children were treated with tumor resection,and combined with chemotherapy for those whose tumors were malignant.ConclusionsAmong infant abdominal solid tumors,teratoma and neuroblastoma are much more than other tumors.The cases of benign tumors are almost as much as the malignant tumors.The benign tumors did not have sex differences,and had good prognosis after surgical resection.However,in malignant tumors,the incidence rate of male is obviously higher than female.Completely resection of those malignant tumors with chemotherapy would get little incidence of recrudescence and low case fatality rate.Early diagnosis and early treatment play an important role in prognosis.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the results of postoperative radiotherapy with electronic beam for patients with keloids in our hospital.

METHODSFrom September 2006 to May 2009, radiotherapy was given within 24 hours after operation in 53 keloid patients. With single vertical field irradiation, 6-12 Mev electronic beams of Linear Accelerator were selected for different incision depth in different sites. The field size was 1.0 cm (range: 0.5-2.0 cm) away from both incision ends and 1.25 cm (range: 0.75-2.50 cm) away from incision laterally. The radiation was given daily with median treatment course of 4 days (range: 3-21 days) at 3.5 Gy/Fx to a median total dose of 14 Gy (range: 8-20 Gy). SPSS 21. 0 was used for analysis.

RESULTSAll postoperative incisions healed in one stage, the median follow-up was 34 months (range: 18-63 months). The overall local control rate was 79.7%. For patients who received the dose of more than 14 Gy versus less than 14 Gy, the local control rate was 81.6%, 75.2%, respectively (P > 0.05). For male and female, the 3 year local recurrence rate were 45.3%, 9.9% respectively (P = 0.008). Multivariate analysis showed that the sex (male versus female) was an independent prognostic factor (P = 0.036).

CONCLUSIONSurgery combined with electronic beam irradiation is a rather effective way to treat keloids. The local control rate would have a better trend if the total dose was higher than 14 Gy. Sex is an independent prognostic factor.

Objective To validate the hypothesis that the phenotype reversion occurs in the smooth muscle cells in the corpus cavernosum of hypertensive rats with selenium food and explore selenium′s impact on erectile function. Methods 25 14-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rates (SHR) were divided into 2 groups (SHR-ED-Se group n = 8 and SHR-ED-N group n = 9). SHR-ED-Se rats were fed with selenium diet, SHR-ED-N rats and WKY rats with normal diet. And 10 syngeneic normotensive rats (WKY) were used as control group. All rats were killed after 4-week feeding. Immunohistochemical staining and color image analysis system were used to observe expression of α-actin, desmin and osteopontin (OPN) in rats corpus cavernosum of different group. Results 2 SHR-ED-N rats died. Expression of α-actin of smooth muscle in corpus cavernosum in SHR-ED-N group was the lowest in all groups (P = 0.000), so did erection frequency (P < 0.05). Expression of OPN in SHR-ED-N is the highest (P = 0.000). No significant difference existed in expression of desmin in all group (P > 0.05). Conclusions Phenotype modulation of smooth muscle in corpus cavernosum of SHR rats can be reversed by selenium which means the smooth cells can transform from synthetic phenotype into the contractile phenotype, resulting ultimately in improving erectile function.
