Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(4):259-261
Objective]To expound the essence and method of detoxification in the view of keeping internal balance ,based on Huangdi’s Internal Classic. [Method] From the present social understanding of toxin biased ,and on the basis of collecting and analyzing the materials concerning the record of concept and treatment of eliminating toxin in early medical classic ,eliminating toxin and keeping balance can be taken as a sort of health care idea. [Result] The toxin in body refers to the imbalance of Yin and Yang Qi and blood of human body ,it also may be the cause and new pathological products. This recognition corrects the understanding of contemporary society point ofDetoxification ,and guides people to follow the body's own adjustment mechanism, the function of organs and individual constitution to determine etiologic factors based on differentiation treatment. It will avoid and prevent producing the toxin in accordance withIn order to maintain body balance and adjust yin and yang of body through careful diagnosis said by Huangdi ’s Internal Classic. [Conclusion] That one specific treatment depending on one specific toxin reflects the principles of syndrome differentiation treatment and searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment by exploring Huangdi ’s Internal Classic. And it can make people understand more accurately and profoundly about detoxification and live healthier.
2.Conjunctival resection combined with amniotic membrane transplantation for recurrent immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva
Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(03):-
Objective To report the clinical results of the treatment for recurrent immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva by conjunctival resection with amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT). Design A retrospective clinical case series. Participants Five patients 5 eyes with recurrent immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva were enrolled into this study, including 2 eyes of phlytenular keratoconjunctivitis with corneal lesion, 1 eye of nodular episcleritis, 2 eyes of corneoscleral interstitial keratitis. Methods Patients were treated with partial conjunctiva resection and AMT. After operation, steroids and cyclosporin eye-drops were given for 2-3 weeks, and patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Main Outcome Measures Complications and recurrent situations were observed. Results The corneal disease kept quiescent, and the blood vessel subsidized. There were no recurrences during the follow up period in 4 cases. Recurrent signs were noted in one patient at 12 months after surgery. But no recurrence of corneal lesion was noted although the conjunctivitis was severe. Conclusion Local conjunctiva resection combined with AMT is a useful method for recurrent cases of immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva. (Ophthalmol CHN, 2006,15:177-179)
3.High risk factors related to central lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(1):42-44
In recent years, a large number of studies have found that central lymph node metastasis of the papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) is significantly related with some risk factors. These high risk factors include age below 45 years old, BRAF gene mutation, vascular epithelial growth factor-C high expression, tumor diameter≥5 mm, multifocal and bilateral tumor, thyroid capsule invasion and so on.These high risk factors involve in disease process, and interact with each other. The studies of the high risk factors can help us to predict the risk of central lymph node metastasis in the patients with PTMC, thus to effectively guide the patients' treatment.

A reusable chronocoulometric adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-aptamer sensor was developed in this work.A short chain of DNA marked as cDNA containing complementary sequence was immobilized on gold electrode based on Au-S self-assembly.The ATP aptamer was hybridized with cDNA.The surface-confined DNA could bind with [Ru(NH3)63+ (RuHex) in the electrolyte via electrostatic interaction.Upon target ATP binding, the aptamer confined onto electrode surface was disassociated from the cDNA oligonucleotides into the solution.Such surface density change of DNA lead to the decrease of chronocoulometric signal for the RuHex which confined on the electrode surface. The chronocoulometric signals showed a linear relationship with logrithm of ATP concentration in the range of 1 nmol/L to 100 μmol/L, and the detection limit of this aptamer sensor could reach 0.5 nmol/L (S/N=3).This aptamer sensor could be regenerated 5 times by simple steps. With this aptamer sensor, the basal level of ATP in the brain cortex micorodialysate was determined to be 19.2±3.7 nmol/L (n=3).

Objective To investigate the possibility of pulp regeneration of different irreversible pulpitis with absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold, and dental seed cells, induced molecules and MTA closed. Methods 150 patients with irreducible pulpitis, who were removed the crown infection pulp and retained the root living pulp, according to the visiting sequence, were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold and MTA closed. The control group was given calcium hydroxide coverage. The symptoms situation and pulp situation were observed. Results 6 months after surgery, the success rate of acute pulpitis and chronic closed pulpitis in the experimental group was 76.5% and 47.0%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (14.3 %,8.8%) (P < 0.01).In the experimental group, the success rate of chronic hyperplastic pulpitis and chronic ulcerative pulpitis was 33.0% and 35.0%,which were higher than those of the control group(9.1%,6.0%),but the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion Pulp regeneration in vivo is possible with absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold and MTA,pulp regeneration of acute pulpitis and chronic closed pulpitis are more likely to induce.
7.Zweymüller spiral acetabular prosthesis for treating developmental dysplasia of the hip in adults
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(39):6274-6280
BACKGROUND:Spiral acetabular prosthesis has good stability during total hip arthroplasty.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the early therapeutic effect of Zweymüler spiral acetabular prosthesis in total hip arthroplasty for patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip.
METHODS:Totaly 38 patients (48 hips) with developmental dysplasia of the hip received total hip arthroplasty with Zweymüler spiral acetabular prosthesis from January 2011 to June 2013 were selected. The clinical effect was observed after the operation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 38 patients were folowed up for 21-46 months (averagely 42.3 months). One case suffered from deep venous thrombosis. Harris scores and Charnely scores apparently increased after surgery compared with that before surgery. The mean length of the osteotomy was 2.42±0.48 cm, and the mean extended length of the affected limb was 4.58±1.15 cm. X-ray films showed that there was no disunion of the osteotomy, no subsidence and loosening of prosthesis. The position of the acetabulum was suitable. The healing time of bone graft was 3-11 months (averagely 5.3 months). The coverage of the acetabular component was 92.5%, with a good initial stability, and the excelent rate of the operation was 90%. The satisfaction rate of patients was 84%. These results indicate that the Zweymüler spiral acetabular prosthesis has the advantages of reasonable design, good initial stability, low loosening rate and high satisfaction degree. However, the number of cases of this study was relatively smal, the folow-up time was short, and only the short-term effect was evaluated. Thus, the midterm and long-term effects need to be observed by the folow-up evaluation.
