1.Pay attention to the value of quantitative diagnosis of CT and MRI in ophthalmic diseases
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(05):-
With the rapid development of modem medical imaging technology, imaging examination especially CT and MRI plays an increasingly important role in the quantitative analysis of ophthalmic diseases, including the measurement of orbital volume with CT, the morphological changes of extraocular muscles in different eye positions, changes of oxygen pressure of the retina and the breakdown of blood-retinal barrier, the quantitative analysis of fiber bundles of visual pathway and so on.In this paper,a brief review was made about the application of imaging measurement with CT and MRI in ophthalmic diseases.
2.Clinical Pharmaceutical Care and Adjustment of Patients'Medication Psychological
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the adjustment of patients'medication psychology in clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Various factors that influence patients'medication psychology and the effects resulted from patients'medication psychology were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:Patients'psychological effects influence the physiological effects of medicine, thus greatly influencing drug action, therefore, pharmacists'knowledge on pharmacopsychology should be strength?ened and their communication ability with patients should be improved.Furthermore, pharmacists should adjust patients'medication psychology timely to satisfy their basic psychological needs for medication.
4.Influence of Carbon Monoxide on the Content of Atrial Natriuretic Peptide in Ventricular Tissues of Rats
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the influence of carbon monoxide(CO) on the content of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in ventricular tissues of rats. Methods The left and right ventricular tissues of 12 Wistar rats were divided into control group(n=12) and hemin group(n=12,the final concentration of hemin was 10~(-4) mol/L),respectively.The ventricular tissues were successly incubated in(37 ℃) thermostatic waterbath with Krebs solution as supernatant for 4 hours. After incubation of the ventricular tissues,radio-immunity method was applied to determine the content of ANP in the supernatant. Results Compared with the content of ANP in the supernatant in control group,it was significantly decreased both in left [(9.72?3.59) vs(52.05?31.65) ng/(g?wet tissue),P

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Background and purpose:To investigate the clinico- pathological characteristics, prognosis and diagnosis of primary renal sarcoma that is a rare, highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis and survival. Methods:9 cases of renal sarcoma in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. Nephrectomy was the main treatment for the patients. All the specimens were stained with histochemicial and immunohistochemical method, correlated literatures were also reviewed. Results:The distributions of pathology were malignant fibrous histiocytoma leiomyosarcoma, liposarcoma, myxosarcoma synoviosarcoma. Immunohistiochemical test was essential for the diagnosis of renal sarcoma. Conclusions:Pain and palpable mass were the common symptoms. Early radical surgery remains the optimal treatment, the role of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment modalities of the disease is still controversial.

BACKGROUND:Lumbar disc herniation is the most common cause of lumbago in clinic, which seriously affect the patient's daily life, study and work. Therefore, studies on biomechanics of lumbar intervertebral disk benefit to prevent and treat the diseases associated with lumbar intervertebral disk. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the biomechanical progress of lumbar intervertebral disk. METHODS: The first author retrieved China National Knowledge Infrastructure and PubMed database for literatures published from 2009 to 2014. The key words were intervertebral disc, nucleus pulposus, biomechanics, fibrosis annulus, cartilage in Chinese and English, respectively. Articles regarding biomechanical characteristics of lumbar intervertebral disk, nucleus pulposus, fibrosis annulus and cartilage were included, and repetitive studies were excluded. Totaly 5 072 articles were retrieved initialy. In accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 41 articles were included in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:We can fuly understand the pathogenesis, development and adverse consequences of diseases related to the lumbar intervertebral disk by summarizing the structural features and internal pressure of lumbar intervertebral disk and the effect of different loads, biomechanical characteristics of lumbar intervertebral disk with degenerative changes and establishment of mechanical model of lumbar intervertebral disk. It is of directive significance for daily health care of the lumbar intervertebral disk and how to better use force, a physical factor, to solve the lumbar intervertebral disk problems.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2009;6(3):142-146
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the continuation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) following transportation to the emergency department in a Chinese hospital after unsuccessful emergency medical services (EMS) CPR. Methods From January 2002 to December 2007, emergency records of non-traumatic patients who were transported to a tertiary teaching hospital after unsuccessful EMS CPR were reviewed. Results Eigty-five patients were included, and 13 patients (15%) accomplished restoration of spontaneous circulation in our emergency department. Resuscitative possibility reached zero at around 23 minutes. One patient was discharged with a favourable neurologic outcome. Conclusions This study shows that the continuation of CPR is not futile and may improve outcomes. The outcomes should be re-evaluatad in the future when prehospital information can be combined with in-hospital information.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(18):3421-3423
Research on post-marketing Chinese medicine should be the systematic study from application to mechanism. Clinical evaluation is the basis of mechanism study, we can find the clue from clinical evaluation, then make a mechanism study to find the reason, then apply the results to clinic. So it is a virtuous circle. In order to achieve it, we cannot be limited to traditional Chinese medicine, we should form multi-disciplinary team under the direction of grand science thinking, try hard to put industry-university-research institute collaboration association to use, and if necessary, explore the new model of the whole nation system. An appropriate operation mechanism is very important.

OBJECTIVETo compare the effects between plum-blossom needle tapping at Jiaji (EX-B 2) combined with rehabilitation and simple rehabilitation for ataxia of cerebellar apoplexy.
METHODSSixty patients with ataxia of cerebellar apoplexy were randomly divided into an observation group, and a control group,30 cases in each one. Conventional rehabilitation training was applied in the control group. While based on the treatment as that of the control group, plum-blossom needle tapping at Jiaji (EX-B 2) was used in the observation group. All the treatment was given for 4 weeks. International cooperative ataxia rating scale (ICARS), Berg balance scale (BBS) and Barthel index (BD were observed before treatment, after 2-week treatment and 4-week treatment. Also, clinical effects After treating for 2 weeks and for 4 weeks, the results of ICARS,BBS and BI were obvi were compared.
RESULTSAfter treating for 2 weeksand for 4 weeks, the results of ICARS, BBS and BI were obviously better than those before treatment in the two groups (all P<0.05). After 2-week treatment, there was no sta tistical significance between the two groups (all P>0. 05). After 4-week treatment, all the scores of the observation group were apparently superior to those of the control group (all P<0. 05). The total effective rate was 96. 7% (29/30) in the observation group, better than 80. 0% (24/30) in the control group after 4-week treatment (P<0. 05). CCONCLUSION:Plum-blossom needle tapping at Jiaji(EX-B 2) combined with rehabilitation training markedly improve the coordination and balance functions and activities of daily life, which are better than simple rehabilitation.
