1.Detection of Fas on colonic apoptosis epithelium in ulcerative colitis by double staining immunohistochemistry
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To discuss the role of Fas/FasL-mediated colonic epithelial apoptosis in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Expression of Fas,FasL and M30(a new epithelium apoptosis marker) antigen on colonic mucosa of 35 patients with UC and 15 control populations were detected by IHC.Each marker was analyzed by image analysis system.Co-expression of Fas and M30 was observed through serial sections and double staining IHC.Results:The expression of Fas,FasL as well as M30 in UC increased considerably compared with controls (P
2.Clinical observation on Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan in treatment of female menopausal bypertension
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(24):3328-3330
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan on the blood pressure and quality of life in female patients with menopausal hypertension.Methods87 female patients with menopausal hypertension were randomly divided into combined group (Songlingxuemaikang combined with losartan group,44 cases) and the control group(losartan alone,43 cases). Before and after treatment the ambulatory blood pressure (ABMP) was monitored for 24h,and blood lipids and clinical symptoms were observed.ResultsAfter two months treatment, the blood pressure variability and nighttime blood pressure decrease rate of the combination group significantly reduced, and better than those of the control group( all P <0.05) ;The effective rate and efficiency rate of the combination group were 90.9%,63.6% respectively, and was higher than 74.4%,39.5% in the control group( x2 =4.15,5.06,all P < 0.05 ).The clinical symptoms improving, total cholesterol ( TC ) reducing, density lipoprotein (LDL-C) lowing in the combination group was superior to the control group( all P < 0.05).ConclusionSonglingxuemaikang combined with losartan in treatment of female patients with menopausal hypertension had a good antihypertensive effect, and could reduce blood pressure variability in menopausal women, improve the symptoms of menopause and lipid metabolism, incresse the quality of lfie of patients with menopausal hypertensive.
3.Electromagnetic fields and neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(2):94-97
Neovascularization is one of the crucial challenges in tissue-engineered grafts. In order to find sdution to the problem, endothelial cells and animals were exposed to electromagnetic fields to examine the formation of new vascular. This review gives an overview of the effects of electromagnetic fields on the neovascularization of tissue-engineered grafts.
5.In vivo animal models of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(6):477-480
Delayed cerebral vasospasm is the leading cause of death in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. A good in vivo animal model of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage helps to understand the occurrence, development of this cerebral vasospasm, and the complicated and various pathophysiological mechanisms. It will provide important information for clinical interventions

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of juvenile rectal carcinoma in order to improve the diagnostic level and therapeutic efficacy at the early stage. Methods Clinical data, including clinical manifestations, misdiagnosis, clinical pathology, treatment, and prognosis, from 89 cases of juvenile rectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with those from 440 cases of senile rectal carcinoma. Results ① The main manifestations of juvenile rectal carcinoma included anal and rectal pains, abdominalgia, abdominal distention, and sacrococcygeal pain. ② In juvenile group, carcinomas with distance less than 9 cm and less than 7 cm away from the anal verge amounted to 92.13% and 69.66%, respectively (average distance: 5.43 cm). ③ The average period of misdiagnosis in juvenile group was 5.7 months with a misdiagnosis rate of 97.75%, significantly higher than that in senile group ( P
7.Study on the pathogenesis and imaging of atherosclerosis
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;36(6):362-366
Atherosclerosis (AS) is a multi-factor disease, with complex etiology. It is associated with vascular abnormalities and changing vascular wall composition.AS mainly involve large and medium sized arteries, which may cause multiple organ lesions including heart and brain tissue ischemia and necrosis, myocardial infarction, stroke and other serious diseases. Its pathogenesis has not been finally clarified. This article gives review on pathological changes, etiology and mechanism of AS,as well as its imaging performance.
9.Effects of various pH in testing bacterial endotoxins
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;(3):163-
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of samples having different pH values in the bacterial endotoxins test (BET). METHODS: The BET was conducted as an assay of the concentration of endotoxins by using kinetic-turbidimetric technique. Samples having different pH values but containing same concentration reference standard endotoxin (RSE) were tested by TAL/LAL reagents. The average result on the standard curve was calculated and the mean recovery observed. RESULTS: The reagents had three highly sensitivities in pH 5.20, pH 7.83/pH 6.23 and pH 10.55. After adjustment to pH 6 to 8, the mean recovery was 76.5%~115.9% or 85.8%~99.8%. When the sample pH value was less than 3 or more than 12, the test was unsuitable for the inhibition test, and the mean recovery was less than 56.8%. CONCLUSION: It is necessary to adjust the pH of the solution to be tested in the BET, adjust the sample to pH (6.5~7.5) when using TAL reagents, and adjust to pH (6.2±0.1) or pH(6.7~7.8) when using LAL reagents.
10.Regulation of paclitaxel on vascular endothelial related factors of serum and tissues in patients with uterine cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(3):91-92,97
Objective To study the regulatory effect of paclitaxel injection on vascular endothelial related factors in serum of uterine cancer patients. Methods 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with paclitaxel (observation group)and 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with surgery (control group)were selected.Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA)was used to detect expressions of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF), Interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF).Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the serum TNF, IL-8 and TSGF in observation group and control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment, the serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGFwere significantly lower than before treatment ,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel can decrease serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGF in patients with uterine cancer, which provides a new theoretical basis for its anticancer effects.
