Objective To understand the learning needs of nursing students for nursing English in senior high vocational school.Methods A survey was carried out among 982 three-year nursing students in grade 2007-2009 in Cangzhou medical college by questionnaire.The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS 17.0.Results Most students (93.0％) believed that nursing English was important and had a strong desire for most English skills,especially speaking and listening ability.They (90.7％) expected nursing teachers to take charge of or participate in teaching work and some students (30.6％) were dissatisfied with teaching material.They depended on teachers' instruction and preferred learning in real situations.Conclusions Nursing students in senior high vocational school have strong needs for nursing English,but there is a gap between current teaching situation and learning needs,which the course designers and teachers should take into full consideration in order to make the teaching more effective.

Viral myocarditis can cause severe myocardial injury and even acute heart failure, then evolve into dilated cardiomyopathy, known as inflammatory cardiomyopathy. Immune reaction plays a key role in the transformation from viral myocarditis into dilated cardiomyopathy, including virus RNA continuous replication,immune-mediated injury, cellular apoptosis, other cellular immune response , myocardial antibodies and other humoral immune response. In the clinical treatment, besides anti-heart failure and cardiac nutrition, the use of ribavirin, α1-receptor blockers, β-receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and spironolactone should be emphasized.

With the development of clinical pharmacy in hospital,the demand for pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) has been gradually increased.By being built inside the pharmacies,PIVAS of this hospital has created a full range of integrated pharmacy service platform.With independent research and development of information management system,innovative design of the modules and equipments based on the concept of internet of things,and integration of artificial and computerized checking,PIVAS of this hospital has formed a system of prevention and control chain,it has been deepening the connotation of clinical pharmacy services,and providing higher quality pharmacy services to clinical drug using.

Objective To recommend the appropriate retrieval tools for scientific researchers and improve their re-trieval efficiency by comparatively analyzing the retrieval results from PubMed and Embase .com.Methods Eight retrieval terms from different subjects were used to retrieve PubMed and Embase .com by subject headings and basic retrieval methods than can automatically transfer their function .Results Six different results were retrieved from PubMed and Embase.com with 8 retrieval terms.Conclusion The recall ratio is higher in Embase.com than in PubMed when they are retrieved by subject headings while the accuracy ratio is higher in PubMed than in Embase . com when they are retrieved by basic retrieval methods than can automatically transfer their function although error transformation occurs in both PubMed and Embase.com.

Reference service is one of the key tasks in library.The current situation of reference service in library and its problems were analyzed from the need of readers, and the problems to which attention should be paid were pointed out from its convenience and time-effectiveness .

Objective To observe the clinical value of doppler ultrasound in evaluation of the treatment outcome of alcoholic liver disease.Methods 212 patients with alcoholic liver disease were selected.Ultrasound and liver function tests were applied before and after treatment,and temperance and medicines were applied for treating.The effects were used to observe the senlitivity of ultrasound applied in evaluation the treatment outcome of alcoholic liver disease.Results Of 212 cases,95 cases were diagnosed as alcoholic fatty liver disease by ultrasound before treatment,and the detection rate before treatment was 96.70％.51 cases were diagnosed as alcoholic hepatitis and 59 cases were alcoholic cirrhosis.After treatment,there were 37 cases had abnormal ultrasound images in 43 patients with alcoholic liver disease,and the detection rate was 86.04％.And 9 cases were diagnosed as alcoholic fatty liver disease by ultrasound,12 cases were diagnosed as alcoholic hepatitis and 16 cases were alcoholic cirrhosis.Conclusion It was noninvasive,cheap,convenient and repeated by using doppler ultrasound,and it was conducive to grasp the change of the condition of the patients for doctors.Ultrasound could be chosen as the preferred method for diagnosis of alcoholic liver disease.

Objective To analyze the distribution rule of TCM syndromes and syndrome elements in chronic atrophic gastritis with osteoporosis by retrospective study method, and provide evidence for TCM treatment. Methods TCM symptoms, syndromes and syndrome elements of 127 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with osteoporosis were retrospectively investigated and statistically analyzed. Results The distribution of TCM syndromes in chronic atrophic gastritis with osteoporosis was as follows:there were 51 cases of asthenia syndrome of both qi and yin, accounted for 40.16%;28 cases of yang deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney, accounted for 22.05%;21 cases of syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, accounted for 16.54%. The distribution of syndrome elements was:there were 82 cases of qi deficiency, accounted for 64.57%;61 cases of yin deficiency, accounted for 48.03%;28 cases of yang deficiency, accounted for 22.05%;21 cases of blood stasis, accounted for 16.54%;12 cases of qi stagnation, accounted for 9.54%;6 cases of dampness-heat, accounted for 4.72%. Conclusion The basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis with osteoporosis is deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Deficiency of kidney is mainly qi deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, or even deficiency of both yin and yang. Reinforcing spleen and kidney is the important principle of treatment.

Objective To study the cost-benefit analysis of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) before laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in cholecystolithiasis patients unsuspected choledocholithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 960 cholecystolithiasis patients unsuspected choledocholithiasis were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into MRCP group (665 cases) and non-MRCP group (295 cases) according to the application of MRCP or not before LC.The total hospitalization expense,missing diagnosis rate of postoperative choledocholithiasis,secondary admission rate,hospitalization time and intraoperative bile duct injury between the 2 groups were compared.Results There were no statistical differences in total hospitalization expense and hospitalization time between the 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The missing diagnosis rate of postoperative choledocholithiasis and secondary admission rate in MRCP group were significantly lower than those in non-MRCP group [0.15％ (1/665) and 0 vs.3.73％ (11/295) and 3.73％ (11/295)],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).There was no intraoperative biliary tract injury in the 2 groups.Conclusions In terms of cost-benefit analysis,routine MRCP before LC for cholecystolithiasis patients unsuspected choledocholithiasis is benefiting.Routine MRCP before LC could effectively reduce the missing diagnosis of the postoperative choledocholithiasis and the secondary admission rate without increasing the total hospitalization expense of patients.

Many hypoxia-responding genes can be activated by H1F-1. So, the relationship between HIF-land matrix matalloproteinases/stromal-derived factor-I/special CXC chemokin receptor/angiogenesis related factors is the hot spot in research of the tumor invasion and me-tastasis.
