1.Detection of Fas on colonic apoptosis epithelium in ulcerative colitis by double staining immunohistochemistry
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To discuss the role of Fas/FasL-mediated colonic epithelial apoptosis in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Expression of Fas,FasL and M30(a new epithelium apoptosis marker) antigen on colonic mucosa of 35 patients with UC and 15 control populations were detected by IHC.Each marker was analyzed by image analysis system.Co-expression of Fas and M30 was observed through serial sections and double staining IHC.Results:The expression of Fas,FasL as well as M30 in UC increased considerably compared with controls (P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of juvenile rectal carcinoma in order to improve the diagnostic level and therapeutic efficacy at the early stage. Methods Clinical data, including clinical manifestations, misdiagnosis, clinical pathology, treatment, and prognosis, from 89 cases of juvenile rectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with those from 440 cases of senile rectal carcinoma. Results ① The main manifestations of juvenile rectal carcinoma included anal and rectal pains, abdominalgia, abdominal distention, and sacrococcygeal pain. ② In juvenile group, carcinomas with distance less than 9 cm and less than 7 cm away from the anal verge amounted to 92.13% and 69.66%, respectively (average distance: 5.43 cm). ③ The average period of misdiagnosis in juvenile group was 5.7 months with a misdiagnosis rate of 97.75%, significantly higher than that in senile group ( P
4.Thoughts on Renal Transplantation from Living Relative Donors
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The development of renal transplantation from living relative donors relives the shortage of transplanted organs, and benefits patients with end-stage renal diseases. However, when seen from the aspect of donors, implementing a non-therapeutic invasive surgical treatment on a healthy person still violates the absolute sound principle of medical ethics. To reduce the harm to the minimum,a comprehensive assessment should be conducted before the transplantation, and long-term follow-up observations after transplantation should also be strengthened.
6.Oncosis in human peripheral blood T lymphocytes
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Objective:To observe oncosis in human peripheral blood T lymphocytes. Methods:Peripheral blood T lymphocytes of healthy adult was separated with Percoll(1.073 g/ml)and harvested by using nylon column. The cultured cells were divided into control and dexamethasone(DXM)group, and cell morphology was observed through light microscope, electron microscope and fluorescent microscope. And incidence rate of oncosis was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results:①Oncosis could be observed in cultured T lymphocyte after 96h.②In different concentrations of DXM group(1?10-6,1?10-5,1?10-4,1?10-3mol/L),The incidence of oncosis T lymphocytes was(3.49?0.42)%,(5.17?0.48)%,(8.44?0.72)%,(17.93?1.50)%.③During different cultured period(48,72,96,120h),The oncositic rate of T lymphocytes in DXM group was(0.53?0.10)%,(6.36?0.80)%,(20.60?1.59)%,(25.56?1.76)%.Conclusion:Oncosis can be seen in human peripheral blood T lymphocytes, and DXM could induce oncosis.
7.Advancement in Liver Transplantation for Hepatic Metastasis from Neuroendocrine Tumor
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(06):-
Objective To summarize the application and advancement of liver transplantation for hepatic metastasis from neuroendocrine tumor. Methods Domestic and overseas publications on the study of liver transplantation for hepatic metastasis from neuroendocrine tumor in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results Liver transplantation can offer good relief of symptoms, long disease-free intervals, and potential cure in individual patients with hepatic metastatic tumor. Important selection criteria are well-differentiated tumors and a low proliferation rate (Ki67
8.The important factors influencing the functions of periodontal ligament stem cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs) are not only the crucial type of cells in maintaining dynamic homeostasis and wound repair of periodontal tissues but also the basis for novel therapeutic strategy for periodontal regeneration.Although possessing the excellent proliferation and differentiation ability,PDLSCs behave differently under various conditions representative of several influential factors.Understanding of these influential factors will help us to exploit more about PDLSCs,and more importantly, lead a new modality in treating periodontal diseases based on stem cells. Here we review multiple important factors affecting function of PDLSCs and propose its use in future regenerative therapy of periodontal defects.
9.Effects of various pH in testing bacterial endotoxins
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;(3):163-
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of samples having different pH values in the bacterial endotoxins test (BET). METHODS: The BET was conducted as an assay of the concentration of endotoxins by using kinetic-turbidimetric technique. Samples having different pH values but containing same concentration reference standard endotoxin (RSE) were tested by TAL/LAL reagents. The average result on the standard curve was calculated and the mean recovery observed. RESULTS: The reagents had three highly sensitivities in pH 5.20, pH 7.83/pH 6.23 and pH 10.55. After adjustment to pH 6 to 8, the mean recovery was 76.5%~115.9% or 85.8%~99.8%. When the sample pH value was less than 3 or more than 12, the test was unsuitable for the inhibition test, and the mean recovery was less than 56.8%. CONCLUSION: It is necessary to adjust the pH of the solution to be tested in the BET, adjust the sample to pH (6.5~7.5) when using TAL reagents, and adjust to pH (6.2±0.1) or pH(6.7~7.8) when using LAL reagents.
10.Regulation of paclitaxel on vascular endothelial related factors of serum and tissues in patients with uterine cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(3):91-92,97
Objective To study the regulatory effect of paclitaxel injection on vascular endothelial related factors in serum of uterine cancer patients. Methods 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with paclitaxel (observation group)and 30 cases of uterine cancer patients treated with surgery (control group)were selected.Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA)was used to detect expressions of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF), Interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF).Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the serum TNF, IL-8 and TSGF in observation group and control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment, the serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGFwere significantly lower than before treatment ,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel can decrease serum TNF,IL-8 and TSGF in patients with uterine cancer, which provides a new theoretical basis for its anticancer effects.
