Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(13):1933-1935
Objective To investigate the relationship between hOGG1 and XPD gene polymorphism and genetic susceptibility of gastric cancer. Methods This study was carried out in Dongying Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau Hospital.Under the narrow band imaging(NBI) mode, the blood samples of a total of 98 gastric cancers and 80 controls without cancers were collected.Genetic polymorphisms of DNA repair genes were identified by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),then its relationship with cancers was analyzed. Results Carrying 326Cys allele with the wine increased the risk of gastric cancer; Lys 751Gln genotype increased the susceptibility of the gastric cancers (OR =1.486,0.73 ~ 3.025).Conclusion Lys751 Gln genotype increases the risk of gastric cancer.

3.Extraction method of the magnetoencephalography somatosensory evoked signals based on the MP decomposition
China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):48-51
Objective:Matching pursuit algorithm(MAP),for its good parametric characterization, is applied in Magnetoencephalography(MEG) to study time-frequency distribution. Methods:This paper proposes to apply a high-resolution time-frequency analysis algorithm, the matching pursuit (MP), to extract detailed time-frequency components of SEF signals. Results: Experimental results on cortical SEF signals of several normal subjects show that a series of stable SEF time components can be identified using the MP decomposition algorithm. Conclusion:This study shows that there is a set of stable and minute time-frequency componentsin SEF signals, which are revealed by the MP decomposition. These stable SEF components have specific localizations in the time domain and may provide a reliable index for clinical research of brain function and brain disease pathogenesis.
4.Progress of drug resistance mechanism in aggressive T cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(9):707-710
Aggressive T cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas are a group of highly malignant tumors characterized by rapid progress and short survival. This is especially true for patients who have a poor response to treatment because of their drug resistance.Hence,to clarify the mechanism of this resistance will have important guiding significance in reversing drug resistance and improving poor prognosis of aggressive T cell nonHodgkin's lymphomas.

Objective To probe into the methods of postoperative nursing care for the patient undergoing domino liver transplantation. Methods The key of postoperative care included:monitoring of vital signs, the condition of cruor and the state of drainage rigorously; keeping the balance of intake and output; taking the immunosuppressive drugs correctly; proper diet; prevention of complication;giving psychological nursing. Results The patients passed the perioperative period successfully and were all cured. Conclusions To aim at the characteristic of this operation, implement holistic nursing care,is an important link to assure the patients of domino liver transplantation to recover smoothly after the operation.
6.Serum-free culture promotes rat adipose-derived stem cells differentiating into endothelial cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(36):6443-6448
BACKGROUND:There are few reports about the effect of serum-free culture on the differentiation of rat adipose-derived stem cel s into vascular endothelial cel s.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the isolation, serum-free culture of rat adipose-derived stem cel s differentiating into vascular endothelial cel s.
METHODS:The rat adipose-derived stem cel s were isolated from male Sprague-Dawley rats and expanded to the third passage by enzymatic digestion-adherent explants method. In the experimental group, rat adipose-derived stem cel s were cultured in serum-free medium for 24 hours. In the control group, rat adipose-derived stem cel s were cultured in low-glucose Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium containing 10%fetal bovine serum. After that, the cel s were cultured in inducing medium for 3 weeks to differentiate into vascular endothelial cel s.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The rat adipose-derived stem cel s grew as polygonal or fusiform-shaped adherent cel s when cultured in vitro, which could stably proliferate and passage. The rat adipose-derived stem cel s showed very low expression of CD31, a cel surface marker, after passages. After directional differentiations into vascular endothelial cel s, the cel s were pebble-shaped under the inverted microscope. Expression of CD31 was up-regulated, which was much higher in the experimental group than the control group. The induced cel s in the experimental group had stronger abilities than those in the control group to swal ow Dil-labeled acetylated low-density lipoprotein and form tube-like structures on the matrigel after differentiation into vascular endothelial cel s. So, rat adipose-derived stem cel s could be highly successful y induced to differentiate into vascular endothelial cel s in vitro after serum-free culture.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
AIM To study the protective effect of TFA against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. METHORDS The cerebral ischemia model in mice was made by means of ligating bilalateral common carotid arteries. The mice survive rate during 6 h was observed, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the ischemic cerebral cortex was measured. Using nitrogen anoxia model in mice, the survive time was observed. Ligating bilateral common carotid arteries and descending blood pressure, the cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in rabbits was established. The brain of rabbits was initiated by ischemia for 60 min followed by 30 min of reperfusion. The electroencephalogra phy (EEG) of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was recorded. Malondialdehyde(MDA) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the ischemic cerebral cortex were measured. RESULTS TFA(30,60,120 mg?kg -1 ) prolonged the survive time after anoxia in mice, enchanced the survive rate after cerebral ischemia and inhibited the increasing of MDA contents in the cerebral cortex in mice.TFA(12,24,48 mg?kg -1 ) inhibitid the changes of EEG,MDA and LDH induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rabbits. CONCLUSION TFA has protective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, the mechanism may relate to attenuating free radical and lipid peroxidation.
