1.The surrent situation and prospect about design and implementation of forensic clinical medicine standards ;in China(
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;31(5):433-436
Technical standards were supports that not only for any profession’s development, but also for the basic means of modern quality control.Forensic clinical medicine has developed nearly 40 years in china, there are 23 normative technical documents at present, the range of its application has been expanding with time, the caseload has been more than 1 million pieces per year all the country. Reviewing these standards, it can be seen: Technital standard of forensic clinical medicine has absorbed a large number of advanced international ideas, assimilating plenty of practice experience at the same time, standard's system has been initially formed, it has become one of the important means to guarantee the quality of medicolegal expertise. Certainly, the construction of forensic clinical standardization in China is still an arduous task, there are also many outstanding contradiction in the existing standards, our studies on international standards were not in-depth, and so on. In the future, forensic science experts still need to strengthen the companion study of technical standards and laws or regulations, intensify tracing and evaluating of international standards in order to form more adaptive and advanced technical standards.

4.Research progress on regulatory mechanism of liver cancer stem cells
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2014;20(12):900-904
The theory of cancer stem cells proposed that recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer are closely related to liver cancer stem cells. The traditional surgical treatment of liver cancer simply kills those rapidly proliferating tunor cells instead of eliminating hepatic cancer stem cells which play decisive role in recurrence and metastasis. As far as people have concerned, there are many signaling pathways and regulatory factors modulating liver cancer stem cells, such as the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,TGF-β pathway,Notch pathway,Hedgehog pathway, hepatitis B virus,as well as epigenetics.Further studies on regulatory mechanisms of liver cancer stem cells are of great significance,in hope of providing new evidence for treatment and prevention of recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.
5.Relationship Between Tumor Angiogenesis and Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Nitric Oxide Synthase in Human Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis and to investigate the interaction of NOS and VEGF in gastric cancer. Methods The expression and distribution of VEGF, iNOS and eNOS in 34 gastric cancer specimens were detected with immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted with FⅧRAg immune specific staining. Results The expression rates of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF in 34 gastric cancers were 73.5%, 82.4%and 91.2%respectively. The expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation with iNOS, but not with eNOS. The MVDs of VEGF or iNOS positive gastric cancers were obviously higher than those of VEGF or iNOS negative gastric cancers. There was no significant difference between the MVDs of eNOS positive gastric cancers and eNOS negative ones. Conclusion MVD increases with increase of expression of VEGF and iNOS in gastric cancer. It is indicated that VEGF and iNOS can promote gastric cancer angiogenesis. VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation, which suggests that in human gastric cancer, iNOS plays an important role in the production and action of VEGF.
6.Detection of Heart Rate of Fetal ECG Based on STFT and BSS.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(1):22-26
Changes in heart rate of fetal is function regulating performance of the circulatory system and the central nervous system, it is significant to detect heart rate of fetus in perinatal fetal. This paper puts forward the fetal heart rate detection method based on short time Fourier transform and blind source separation. First of all, the mixed ECG signal was preprocessed, and then the wavelet transform technique was used to separate the fetal ECG signal with noise from mixed ECG signal, after that, the short-time Fourier transform and the blind separation were carried on it, and then calculated the correlation coefficient of it, Finally, An independent component that it has strongest correlation with the original signal was selected to make FECG peak detection and calculated the fetal instantaneous heart rate. The experimental results show that the method can improve the detection rate of the FECG peak (R), and it has high accuracy in fixing peak(R) location in the case of low signal-noise ratio.

7.Analysis of Diagnosis on TCM Pathogenesis of Disorders of Depression with Metabolic Sydrome from TCM Psychosoma Theory
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(2):124-126
[Objective]This paper will pitch-in TCM psychosomatic theory(from Huangdi Neijing),exploring the disorders of depression with the metabolic syndrome and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide effective ideas for the treatment of depression with metabolic syndrome.[Methods]:Through expansion on traditional chinese medicine's basic understanding of depression with metabolic syndrome, utilizing basic TCM viscera-state theory, from the causes of this disease, key factors, pathogenesis transformation three aspects to discuss the pathogenesis of the disease. [Results]By discussing the heart, liver, spleen function of zang-fu organs and their mutual relations in the role and impact of the disease development process, this paper thinks of the nature of disease as asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality, which locates in spleen, has association with heart and liver, phlegm, qi and blood stasis is the disease of pathological product of pathological factors to promote the development of the disease.Kidney would be involved in it with long course of disease. The therapy could focus on tonifying spleen, nourishing heart and soothing liver, with methods of promoting the circulation of qi,removing blood stasis and reducing phlegm, meanwhile looking out to protect kidney.[Conclusion]Disorder of depression and pathogenesis of TCM of metabolic syndrome,to guide the clinical treatment of the disease and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine development has practical significance.
8.Research progress on small cell lung cancer with syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(5):233-237
Many malignant tumors, most commonly small cell lung cancer, merge with syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidi-uretic hormone (SIADH). SIADH is caused by the neuroendocrine function of tumor cells or is a side effect of chemotherapeutics. As a chemotherapeutic side effect, SIADH presents as hyponatremia. Therapy for SIADH includes both treatment for primary diseases and hyponatremia. Given that SIADH-induced hyponatremia aggravates the prognosis and shortens the survival time of patients with malig-nant tumors, SIADH is an independent risk factor for prognosis. Therefore, the early diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of SIADH will improve the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors.
9.The discussion of the similarities and differences of the Tai Yang median betweenTreatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases andThe Inner Canon of Huangdi
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(3):197-199
The Six Meridians inTreatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases were once thought the same with the six meridians ofThe Inner Canon of Huangdi. With this theory was overthrown, similarities and differences and the correlation between them have gradually been studied. In this paper, we take the Taiyang Median as an example to explain the similarities and differences from two aspects, including clinical symptoms and the understanding of the same disease with different treatment.
10.Effects and mechanisms of exogenous nesfatin-1 injection in the central nucleus of the amygdale on exploratory behavior in rats
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(12):1066-1069
Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of nesfatin-1 injection in the central nucleus of the amygdale(CeA) on exploratory behavior in rats. Methods Fifty rats were divided into 5 groups randomly : nesfatin-1 low dose group, nesfatin-1 high dose group, SHU9119 group, SHU9119+nesfatin-1 low dose group and control group.Drugs were administrated via CeA to examine behavioral changes of rats by elevated plus maze model test and nesfatin-1 mRNA expression in CeA of anxiety rats (10 rats). Results Compared with the control group, anxiety behaviors of rats in nesfatin-1 low dose group and nesfatin-1 high dose group were improved remarkably, showing that the open arm entries were significantly reduced (OE, t=4.16-12.87, P<0.01), open arm entry proportion was decreased remarkably (OE%, t=2.39-4.39, P<0.01-0.05), and time proportion in open arm was decreased significantly (OT%, t=5.43-20.55, P<0.01),which presented dose dependent.Compared with the control group, anxiety degree of rats in nesfatin-1 low dose group and nesfatin-1 high dose group significantly enhanced, showing that the rats head dipping reduced obviously (HD, t=6.97-16.73, P<0.01) ,while rearing was increased significantly (RE, t=6.60-13.25, P<0.01) ,which was presented dose dependent.Melanocortin receptor antagonist SHU9119 can partly eliminate nesfatin-1 induce-anxiety (t =2.11-3.08, P< 0.01-0.05).Real-time PCR results showed that nesfatin-1 mRNA expression of anxiety model rats was significantly increased (t =3.40-5.58, P<0.05).Conclusion Amygdala nesfatin-1 can increase anxiety and fear of rats, which may be associated with melanocortin systems.
