1.Study on the Relationship between Children Pneumonia Characteristics and TCM Types

[Objective]To observe the relationship between children pneumonia signs and types.[Method] Make analysis on TCM syndromes of 190 cases of children pneumonia,observe the difference among all syndromes.[Result] The syndrome of phlegm heat blocking lung is featured with fever,heavy cough,much sputum,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,slippery and quick pulse/purple and stagnant finger mark;the syndrome of wind heat with fever,heavy cough,snuffle and runny nose,red tongue,thin and yellow moss,shallow and quick pulse/ purple and shallow finger mark;qi deficiency of lung and spleen with impotent cough,much sputum,pale face,light tongue,white and greasy moss,thin pulse/light red or stagnant finger mark.[Conclusion] The fever,cough sound,sputum spitting or phlegm block degree,nose symptoms,face color,tongue and pulse(finger mark) have much influence on types classification,being the key indexes in differentiation of signs.
2.Reflection on Standardized Management of National Drug Standard in China

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for standardized management of national drug standard in China.METHODS:Special inspections about the implementation of national drug standard were performed in pharmaceutical manufacturers of Deyang area.Based on the results of daily inspections,national drug standard was analyzed and discussed comprehensively.RESULTS:National drug standards were too many and diverse so that they influenced standardized management and implementation,which involved several aspects such as legality and seriousness of the management of drug standard,the conformity of relevant policy with drug standard,the standard of raw material and excipients,standardization of management approach for reference sample.CONCLUSION:Rigorous,complete and accurate national drug standards should be formulated,and relevant laws and regulations should be improved.Pharmaceutical enterprises can be urged to establish standardized drug standard file and to organize production and testing in accordance with national drug standard.
3.EFFECTS OF FU-TZE "801" ON SURVIVAL AND MICROCIRCU- LATORY CHANGES IN BURN SHOCK RATS

The antishock properties of Fu-tze "801" , an active fraction isolated from the root of Aconite,were studied on burned rats. The rats were given 65-70% TB'SA second degree scalds. All animals died in a short time postburn. Using this rat model, it was found that the marked spasmodic rhythmic constriction in arterioles occurred and the microierculatory flow state showed pronounced derangements in the me-senteric microcirculation, and platelet aggregate increased in circulating blood.After treatment with Fu-tze "801" , the survival and the mirocirculation were improved in the scalded rats, these findings suggest that Fu-tze "801" affords the antishock action on rats after a major scald burn.
4.Advances in research on the mechanisms of trastuzumab resistance and strategies to overcome the resistance

Trastuzumab is one of the most important drugs for HER2 overexpressing breast cancer patients. However, even for these patients, the objective response rates to trastuzumab monotherapy are 12%-34%, and the median duration is about 9 months. Many patients progress within 12 months. Study of the mechanisms of resistance to trastuzumab will help us fi nd some new drugs and methods to overcome or delay the resistance.
5.Study on the improvement effect of Ginsenoside Rg1 on nonalcoholic fatty liver phenotype by regulation ofβ-oxidation

Objective To investigate the role of Ginsenosides Rg1 for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by β-oxidation.Methods 120 SD rats were randomly divided into control group(CON),model group(HFD),Ginsenosides Rg1low,medium and high dose group (GLD ,GMD and GHD) ,sodium deoxycholate of bear treatment group (PDT ) ,20 rats in each group .After 4 and 8 weeks treatment ,the rats were sacrificed ,Pathology of hepatic tissue was tested by HE staining ,and liver function ,lipid levels ,hepatic ac-yl-CoA synthetase (CoASH1) ,carnitine acyl transferase I(CATI) and acetyl coenzyme A oxidase 1 (ACOX1) mRNA and protein expression were tested .Results After 4 weeks of treatment ,the liver function tested by HE staining only improved in GHD group . After 8 weeks ,there′s a little fat particles aggregation in PDT and GLD groups ,but no infiltration of fat in GMD and GHD groups . After 4 weeks ,AST ,ALT and AKP ,CHOL ,TG and LDL-C levels were significantly lower in PDT ,GLD ,GMD and GHD groups compared with HFD group (P<0 .05) ,which were significant declined 8 weeks later .After 4 weeks ,HDL-C level in four groups was significantly increased ,then reached the normal level 8 weeks later .After 4 weeks ,CoASH1 ,CATI and ACOX1 expressions in hepatic tissue of four groups were significantly increased ,which improved more obviously after eight weeks .Conclusion Ginsen-oside Rg1 can improves nonalcoholic fatty liver phenotype by regulation of β-oxidation .
6.Three ceramides from gorgonian Echinogorgia sp.

Objective To find new compound from gorgonian.Methods Three ceramides have been isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian Echinogorgia sp.by silica gel column chromatography.Results Their structures were established as(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl)]-hexadecanamide(1),(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl)]-heptadecanamide(2),and(2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl]-octadecanamide(3) by spectroscopic methods and chemical conversion.Conclusion It is the first time to report the three chemical compounds from coral Echinogorgia sp.and compound 2 is a new compound.
7.Comparison of multi-level puncture versus single-level puncture percutaneous vertebroplasty for treatment of multiple-level osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures in senile patients

Objective To compare the curative effects of multi-level puncture versus single-level puncture percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) for treatment of multiple-level osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures(OVCF) in senile patients.Methods From June 2008 through November 2014,89 senile patients with fresh multiple-level OVCF underwent PVP guided by C-arm fluoroscopy in prone position.Of them,51 received PVP in which the vertebrae of multiple levels were simultaneously punctured for bone cement injection while the other 38 received PVP in which the vertebrae of multiple levels were punctured one by one for bone cement injection.The 2 groups were compatible with no significant differences in preoperative demographic data (P > 0.05).The 2 groups were compared in terms of visual analgesic scale (VAS),operation time for a single vertebra,fluoroscopy times for a single vertebra,bone cement injection amount for a single vertebra,and extraosseous cement leakage.Results PVP procedures were successful in both groups without serious complications.The VAS scores in both groups at 2 days post-operation were significantly lower than those at pre-operation(P < 0.05).The operation time and fluoroscopy times for a single vertebra in the multi-level puncture PVP group were significantly less than those in the single-level puncture PVP group (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in bone cement injection amount for a single vertebra or extraosseous cement leakage (P > 0.05).Conclusions The curative effects of multi-level puncture and single-level PVP are satisfactory for senile OVCF,but multi-level puncture PVP may lead to less operation time and less X-ray exposure.
8.Discussion on the Ethical Problems and Countermeasures of Scientific Research Management in Maternal and Child Health——Taking Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children as An Example

Some managers and medical personnel in the institutions of maternal and child health were lack of ethical awareness.Their awareness about the protection of rights and interests of the subjects,informed consent,and research medical safety were not enough.There arised some ethical problems in reproductive medicine,prenatal diagnosis,new technology and new project review,and scientific research project application.Based on cause analysis,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Researchers should recognize the importance of medical research management and ethics review.It should strengthen the training of research ethics for hospital managers and researchers,meanwhile,strengthen the construction of ethics committee,strengthen the tracking and governance,and make good use of education and assessment measures,in order to promote the healthy development of maternal and child health medical research.
9.Influence of Corticosteroid on Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte in Secondary Syphilis and Prognosis of Syphilis

Objective To investigate if corticosteroid could influence periphe ral blood CD3+、 CD4+ and CD8+ cells in secondary syphilis and the prognosis of syphilis. Methods CD3+、 CD4+、 CD8+ cells were detected in 11 patients wh o took corticosteroid and 20 patients who did not. The effects on the therapeuti c effect of lesions were observed. Results The levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in peri pheral blood were significantly lower in corticosteroid group than those in cont rols. The proportion of patients whose RPR test turned to negative and lesions c ured was significantly lower in corticosteroid group than those in controls with in the first three months after treatment. Conclusion Corticosteroid administrat ion decreases the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in secondary syphilis and therefore influence the prognosis of syphilis.
10.Role of transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 channel in pancreatitis

Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) is a non-selective cation channel,which can be activated by multiple pathways during the course of the diseases.Recent studies indicate that primary sensory neurons of the pancreas express TRPV1 receptor and the activation of TRPV1 receptor promotes pancreatic inflammation.Moreover,blockade of these transient receptor potential channels can greatly ameliorate the pain response in experimental pancreatitis.
