Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):449-451
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among social support, coping style and mental health on university librarians.Methods421 librarians were assessed with the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90),social support rating scale (SSRS) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) in 2005. ResultsSome factor of SCL-90 negatively correlated with utility percentage of social support(P<0.05), and positively correlated with passive coping style(P<0.05). Except utility percentage, the other three factors of social support showed significant difference among different academic titles (P<0.05), and it was significant different (P<0.05) on passive coping factor among them. The score of social support improved with ages except for utility percentage (P<0.05).On positive coping factor but not negative, there were significant difference among different age groups(P<0.05). ConclusionThe social support and coping style obviously correlate with the mental health of university librarians.
4.Research progress on vesicle-associated membrane protein 8
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(9):1143-1148
Membrane fusion is essential for all life activities of eukaryotes and the fusion process requires the interaction of different vesicular transporters, which are highly conserved in eukaryotes,to coordinate specifically and facilitate the fusion of different biofilms. Vesicle associated membrane protein 8(VAMP8)mainly locates in vesicular as well as lysosomal membranes, and plays a vital role in the fusion of many different biofilms. This paper focused on the molecular structure, transcriptional regulation,post-translational modification and biological function of VAMP8 as well as the research progress on its correlation with human diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases and the development of effective therapeutics targeting VAMP8.

6.Effects of photodynamic therapy on microvessels and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in transplanted mouse Heps liver carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: Hitherto there has been no report on the changes of microvessels and the expression of angiogenic factors after photodynamic therapy(PDT) of liver carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PDT on the microvessels and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF) in tumor cells. Methods: The mice models subcutaneously transplanted with Heps liver carcinoma were randomly divided into a PDT group(n= 28) and a control group(n= 28).The dynamic changes of the microvessels and VEGF expression in the tumor cells were observed at 2,6,24 and 72 h after PDT by H-E and immunohistochemical staining. Results: Progressive changes were seen in the tumor microvessels at the four time points after PDT,including dilatation, blood stasis, hypostasis, hemorrhage, and angiolysis.Compared with the control group, the microvessel density of the tumors was reduced significantly(P

8.Research and application of mesenchymal stem cells in ophthalmology
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(06):-
At present, mesenchymal stem cell treatment mainly applies in local and systematic transplantation, gene therapy combining stem cells, as well as tissue engineering. Based on mesenchymal stem cells are easily separated, cultured, have potentials of fast proliferation, easy exogenous gene's induction and expression, and can maintain multi-differentiation potential throughout long-term culture in vitro, and the quite stable genetic background. Mesenchymal stem cells have widely application prospect in tissue engineering of ophthalmology. At present, domestic and foreign researches have had massive evidences that mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into cornea and retina cells. The application of mesenchymal stem cells in the anterior eye is usually by dint of a kind of carrier, such as amniotic membrane, fibrin gel membrane and so on. Moreover, the temperature sensitive culture dish has made the non-carrier transplantation of ocular surface stem cells. The application of mesenchymal stem cells in the posterior eye mostly concentrates in seeking for the feasible treatment of retinitis pigmentosa. Researches are mature on mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells acting on damaged tissue in ocular repairs and regeneration. But its oncogenicity and the security are waiting for further solving.
9.Correlation of MMP and TIMP with osteosarcoma invasion and metastasis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Matrix metallopmteinase(MMP),a family of proteolytic enzymes, can degradate the composition of extracellular matrix. Its structure, regulatory function and physiopathology have been deeply studied, and its role in tumor metastasis has received more attention. The tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase(TIMP),as an endogenous MMP inhibitor, suppresses both the form and course of MMP activation. The function zone of its C-end accords with some other parts of MMP,forming an MMP-TIMP compound,to block the combination of MMP with the substrate, suppress the activation of MMP,and slow down or block the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma.
10.Bio-Effects of Different Irradiation Regimens on Xenograft of MDA-MB-231 Breast Carcinoma
Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(7):57-61
Objective To explore the bio-effects of high single-dose irradiation on MDA-MB-231 xenografts under the same radiation dose.Method Female BALB/c-nu mice bearing 8-9 mm MDA-MB-231 xenografts were randomized into 5 groups:0Gy group (blank control group),high single-dose 8Gy group (8Gy/one fraction/day),high single-dose 10Gy group (10Gy/one fraction/ day),conventional radiation 2Gy × 4 group (8Gy/4 fraction/4d),conventional radiation 2Gy × 5 group (10Gy/5 fraction/5d).The volumes of gross tumors on nude mice were observed every three days. The tumor growth curve of transplanted tumor were also drawn. The 18F -FDG PET/CT imaging of mice bearing MDA-MB-231 xenografts from all radiation groups were performed with detecting the Ki-67 expressions of tumor ceils by immunohistochemistry at 7days and 14days after final irradiation. Results Compared to control group, the tumor growth of all radiation groups were delayed after radiation, especially single high-dose 10Gy groups (P < 0.05).At 7days and 14days after final radiation, the SUVmax (the maximal standardized uptake value) of xenografts in high single-dose groups was lower than that in conventional fractional groups (P < 0.05) under the same radiation dose. And the percent of Ki-67 positive cells after high single-dose irradiation were less than fractioned irradiation at 7,14days after final radiation (P < 0.05).Conclusion At the same dose, high single-dose irradiation inhibits the growth of MDA-MB-231 xenografts more than conventional fraction irradiation.PET/CT also could evaluated the early changes of proliferation activities of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells after irradiation.
