ObjectiveTo study the relationship between Borna disease virus (BDV) and the human viral encephalitis.MethodsThe P24 fragment of BDV RNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 59 patients with viral encephalitis diagnosed clinically, and 112 healthy donors were examined by fluorescence quantitative nested reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (FQ-nRT-PCR).ResultsThere were 3 positive of BDV P24 fragment in 59 patients with viral encephalitis, and no positive in blood donors. Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Dimocarpus longan seeds in Sapindaceae.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from the ethanol extract of D.longan seeds by silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results One compound was isolated and identified as 2-methyl-1,10-undecanediol,named longandiol(1).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound.

To quantitatively evaluate the upper-limb spasticity of stroke patients in recovery stage, the relationship between surface electromyography (sEMG) characteristic indexes from biceps brachii and triceps brachii and the spasticity were explored, which provides the electrophysiological basis for clinical rehabilitation. Ten patients with spasticity after stroke were selected to be estimated by modified Ashworth (MAS) assessment and a passive elbow sinusoidal motion experiment was carried out. At the same time, the sEMG of biceps and triceps were recorded. The results shows that the reflex electromyographic threshold could reflect the physiological mechanism of spasticity and had significant correlation with MAS scale which showed that sEMG could be prosperous for the clinical quantitative evaluation of spasticity of stroke patients.

Purpose　The aim is to find out an effective preventing influenza immune preparation. Methods　Egg yolk immune solution of anti-influenza virus(FM1 stem) was prepared from egg of the hens that had been successfully immunized with influenza virus (FM1 stem). Its effects of anti-virus were observed through animal experiment.Results　When the mice of control group began to die the average daily drink quantity of the mice of normal saline control group, egg yolk immune solution control group, immediate preventive group was (3.06±0.86), (2.93±1.47) and (3.99±0.21)ml(P＜0.05)respectively. The average body weights of the mice of these three groups were (15.85±2.70),(14.58±1.92) and (18.27±1.71)g(P＜0.05)respectively. Their mortality was separately 53.84%,69.23% and 3.84%(P＜0.01). The antibody positive rate of survived mice′s serum (1∶10 diluted) was separately 100%, 100% and 0%(P＜0.01). Conclusion　The anti-virus effects of egg yolk immune solution of anti-influenza virus was powerful. The result of preventing mice′s influenza was remarkable.

Objective To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of evaluation criterion for continuing health education in very low birth weight premature infants.Methods The literature review,theoretical analysis,qualitative research and Delphi technique were conducted to identify the evaluation criterion for continuing health education.The reliability and validity of evaluation criterion was tested in 112 parents of very low birth weight premature infants.Results The evaluation criterion which was based on the frame of KABP Model and Nursing Outcomes Classification as well as Nursing Interventions Classification consisted of 3 projects with 29 specific items.The content validity index for the scale was 0.950.Three common factors were extracted by the principal components extraction analysis and the cumulative contribution rate was 49.70％,73.25％ and 46.90％ respectively.The Cronbach' s alpha coefficient was 0.934,the retest reliability was 0.865 and the ICC was 0.940 for the total scale.Conclusion The evaluation criterion for continuing health education in very low birth weight premnature infants has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for health education effect of continuing health education.The design of the scale provides basis for making transitional care model as well.

Objective To investigate the common cause,inducement and treatment response in patients with status epileptic(SE) in children,in order to improve the level of prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods Valium and chloral hydrate be used in the patient untreated,followed with luminal.Deparkin injection be used in the patient uncontrolled,followed with syrup.Results Of 21 patients,3 cases with epilepsy hadn′t been treated;6 cases with epilepsy hadn′t been treated regularlly;3 cases with epilepsy place respiratory infection;4 cases were the first attack with no inducement;3 cases were suffering from viral encephalitis.Four cases with epilepsy were died who hadn′t been treated regularly.Deparkin might be helpful in treatment with SE,but poor control in patients with long time attacks.Conclusions The attack and prognosis of SE are closely relative to original sick.It is important to prevent the attack.Early diagnosis is the key factor to improve prognosis.

Objective:To explore the efficiency of a new scoring system of gastric cancer screening for early gastric cancer in health examination population.Methods:The risk score of gastric cancer was assessed based on the new scoring system in health examination population. A notice for further gastroscopy was sent to the medium-risk and high-risk people. Gastroscopy was performed on those who agreed to undergo the examination.Results:From January to April 2019, a total of 5 357 people in health system visited the Physical Examination Center of Shanghai Songjiang Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University for health examination. Seven hundred and forty people were classified as medium- and high-risk groups by the new screening system, 576 in medium-risk group, and 164 in high-risk group. Among them, 131 cases (17.70%) came for further gastroscopy, of whom 91 (69.47%) were in the medium-risk group and 40 (30.53%) in the high-risk group. After gastroscopy, 4 cases of gastric cancer and 1 case of esophageal cancer were detected, and both were early cancer. In the medium-risk group, 2 cases (2/91, 2.20%) of early gastric cancer and 1 case (1/91, 1.10%) of early esophageal cancer were found. In the high-risk group, 2 cases (2/40, 5.00%)of early gastric cancer were found. The tumor detection rate of high-risk group (5.00%) was higher than that of medium-risk group (3.30%), but there was no significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Risk stratification with the new scoring system of gastric cancer screening can improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer.

This article discussed on the continuing medical education for general practitioners within a nonprofit multihospital system.Literature review,statistical analysis and survey results were employed.Training situation for general practitioner at home and aboard was reviewed.Statistics on population,disease spectrum,present situation of community doctors in Luwan branch of Ruijin hospital was also analyzed.Results showed that current education system for general practitioners cannot catch up the increasing demand yet.Meanwhile patients expected well qualified and skillful physicians in the community healthcare centers.Reinforcement of continuing medical education for general practitioners was the stepping stone of a nonprofit multihospital system.Improving skills and qualifications of physician played an essential role in the urban network of medical services.
