OBJECTIVE To report one case of primary Cryptococcus neoformans pneumonia misdiagnosed to sarcoidosis with its clinical presentations,pathology and imaging manifestation.METHODS Sarcoidosis was obtained by CT and pathologic examination.RESULTS The patient showed fever,headache and abnormal shadows in the lung field after six months.Cerebrospinal fluid examination was defined as C.neoformans.Afer review of his pathology it was diagnosed primary C.neoformans pneumonia.CONCLUSIONS C.neoformans pneumonia always shows no symptoms;only can be showed by CT as multiple nodules or large patches,and always misdiagnosed.

With postgraduates coming form different parts of the country,with complicated community structure,and dispersive professional study,the ideological political education of the postgraduates are difficult to be developed.Academic activities,which can infiltrate the ideological political education,can construct an equitable and effective communicated platform,improve the comprehensive quality of the postgraduates.Accordingly,academic activities can optimize the soft environment of the ideological political education.

T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL),which is biologically similar to T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),and occurs most frequently in childhood and adolescence.T-LBL progresses fast.The treatment of LBL with conventional chemotherapy regimens for NHL has shown relatively low rates of complete remission and of disease-free survival.Now,it is reasonable to treat patients with LBL with the current ALL-type protocols,and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may yield a more favorable overall survival (OS) in T-LBL patients,especial in relapsed or refractory LBL patients.

Objective The article introduced the application of the project schedule management in the con-struction of large-scale general hospital information system project and the important role that it played in the con -struction.Methods By the examples of the informationization construction of a new large -scale general hospital , this paper discussed the schedule management and control method in order to illustrate the fact role it played , inclu-ding the hospital information project activity definition , activity sequencing , resource estimation , time estimation, schedule planning and schedule control of the whole process .Results Through the effect seen above , we carried out the effective control of the project schedule and ensured the project goals on schedule .Conclusion Project schedule management is an important guarantee in informationization construction of large -scale general hospital , while impro-ving the management of large programs .

There were 417 scientific articles on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the 54th annual meeting of American Society of Hematology (ASH),including 46 articles on lymphoma.This article reviews latest research on non-myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma presented in the meeting.

Objective To study proliferation,secreted cytokines,immune phenotypes and cytotoxicity on Raji cells by cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells co-cultured with dendritic cells (DC).Methods The mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of healthy individuals were extracted,then cultured the cells under 5 ％ CO2 at 37 ℃ for 2 hours.DC were induced from suspended cells,and CIK cells were from adherent cells.After 9 days of nurturing,two types of cells were mixed.CIK cells were cultured alone as the control.The cytotoxic activity of CIK and DC-CIK cells were detected by MTT assay.The morphologies,proliferation,secreted cytokines,and immune phenotypes of the two cells in day 0,3,6,9,12,15 in culture were monitored.Results In day 12 in culture,comparing with CIK cells,DC-CIK cells significantly enhanced the proliferation rate [(42.44±2.68) fold vs (30.01±2.05) fold] (t =11.64,P ＜ 0.05) and had increased IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-12 and TNF-α secretion [(124.34±12.57) ng/L vs (56.32±6.58) ng/L,(496.60±95.32) ng/L vs (247.80± 69.45) ng/L,(84.92±6.07) ng/L vs (24.18±3.31) ng/L,(380.6±45.95) ng/L vs (196.61±24.19) ng/L] (t =15.16,P ＜ 0.05; t =6.67,P ＜ 0.05; t =27.78,P ＜ 0.05; t =11.20,P ＜ 0.05),and there were more CD3+ CD8+ cells and CD3+ CD56+ cells in the co-culture [(71.79±1.73) ％ vs (60.37±3.24) ％,(48.54±3.30) ％ vs (33.07±2.22) ％](t =9.83,P ＜ 0.05; t =12.30,P ＜ 0.05),and DC-CIK cells had a significandy increased cytotoxicity on Raji cells in vitro at the same ratio of effector cells to target cells.Conclusion CIK cells have higher proliferation rate and cytotoxicity against Raji cells when co-cultured with DC.

Objective To observe the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and discuss the correlation with clinical pathological significances.Methods In 71 patients diagnosed as endometrial adenocarcinoma,71 cancer tissues(adenocarcinoma group) and 71 adjacent normal tiuues(adjacent cancer group) were collected in operations.Immunohistochemical methods was used to detect the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 in the two groups,the relationship between the two genes and communication with clinicopathological indexes were discussed.Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detected the expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 at protein and mRNA level.Results The positive rates of ZNF139 was 66.20% in adenocarcinoma group,higher than in adjacent cancer group(21.42%,P=0.016);the positive rates of MMP-7 was 74.65% in adenocarcinoma group,higher than7 than in adjacent cancer group(26.76%,P=0.012).The expression of ZNF139 and MMP-7 was correlated with lymph node metastasis,muscle invasion and FIGO stage(P=0.028,0.031;P=0.004,0.016;P=0.008,0.011).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed there was positive correlation between ZNF139 and MMP-7 in adenocarcinoma tissues(r=0.716,P=0.039).Western blot showed that ZNF139 and MMP-7 expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=6.92,7.34;P<0.01);qRT-PCR showed that ZNF139 mRNA and MMP-7 mRNA expression in adenocarcinoma group were higher than in adjacent cancer group(t=4.27,4.06;P<0.05).Conclusion ZNF139 and MMP-7 are correlated with malignant pathological characteristics in endometrial adenocarcinoma,they may modulate the malignant behavior together.

Objective To determine the prevalence and clinical characteristics of orthostatic hypotension (OH) and orthostatic hypertension (OHT) in the elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 489 elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled and divided into the OH group,the OHT group and the non-OH-OHT group,which represents no or symptom.The orthostatic blood pressure was measured in supine position after resting for more than 5 minutes and at 3 min standing.Results The prevalence of OH in the 60～79 years old group was lower than that in ≥ 80 years old group.The morbility of coronary heart disease,diabetes and ischemic stroke was significantly higher in the OH and OHT group than that in the non-OH-OHT group.Conclusions OH and OHT are common disease in the elderly patients with hypertension and associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus.To strengthen nursing and health education for elderly patients with hypertension could prevent the incidence of malignant cardiovascular events due to OH and OHT.

Objective To develop a new method for rapid detection of E.Coli.with a new substrate Na p nitrophenyl ? D glucuronate (PNP Glucu Na). Method The test paper was immersed with of Na p nitrophenyl ? D glucuronate which was synthesized by us and another paper with culture medium and phorphate buffer.Colour change was observed to detect the E.coli. Results An E.coli concerntration of 4?10 7 took 0.5 hour, while a concentration of 4?10 0 took 12 hours. 138 strains of E.coli and 190 strains of other bacteria were examined . The sensitivity was 94.2% and the specificity was 92.6%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, simple, and economical for detecting E.coli.
