OBJECTIVE To determine the distribution of bacterial flora in hospital infection and to provide laboratory(evidence) for controlling hospital infection and selecting rationally antibiotics in clinic practice.METHODS All(isolates) were identified by routine procedure.MRSA and ESBLs-producing rate of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were(examined.) RESULTS Among all these clinical infectious specimens,there were 202 strains of Gram negative bacilli,(accounting) for 40.9%(202/495);166 strains of fungi,accounting for 33.5%;621 strains of Gram positive cocci,for 20.6%(102/495).Candida albicans,E.coli,Pseudomonas aerugionosa,C.tropicalis and C.glabrata took the first five bacteria in infection.Analysis of drug resistant bacteria suggested that the isolated rate of ESBLs-producing strains in Staphylococcus aureus be 47.6%,be CNS in MRCNS 78.1% and MRSA in SA be 42.3%.CONCLUSIONS Multidrug resistance and fungus infection are the main risk factors in our hospital.We must improve means of treatment on clinical work and use antibiotic rationally to reduce the infection rate.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of float needle therapy combined with reperfusion activity for pain induced by cyclomastopathy.

METHODSThirty-five female patients with cyclomastopathy were randomly divided into a comprehensive group (18 cases) and a float needle group (17 cases). In the comprehensive group, float needle manipulation was used at the centre of the biceps brachii belly or the ligature between the affected nipple and breast nodule, about 4 cm beside the exterior margin of the breast, and the reperfusion activity of the affected upper limb and breast was combined. In the float needle group, simple float needle therapy was adopted. In the two groups, treatment was started 7 ± 3 days before menstruation, once every other day. After 3-time treatment, the changes of short form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ) scores before and after treatment, the time of pain relieved during the first treatment, recurrence in 3 months after treatment and the adverse reaction were observed. Also, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.

RESULTSImmediately at the end of the first treatment,after 3-time treatment and while followed up for one month, each item score and the total score of SF-MPQ were decreased apparently than the scores before treatment (all P < 0.05), and all the scores mentioned above of the comprehensive group were declined more obviously than those of the float needle group (all P < 0.05). The time of pain relieved during the first treatment of the comprehensive group was much shorter than that of the float needle group [(94.72 ± 33.67) s vs (162.06 ± 29.16) s, P < 0.01]. The recurrence rate of the comprehensive group in 3 months after treatment was 5.9% (1/17), which was better than 20.0% (3/15) of the float needle group (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONFloat needle therapy combined with reperfusion activity and simple float needle therapy can both safely and effectively improve cyclomastopathy, and the combination therapy is better than simple float needle therapy in the aspects of pain relieving effect at once and the long term effect.

Objective To investigate the duration for silicon gastric tube to indwell in stomach of aged patients.Methods One hundred elderly patients needing long-term nutrition support were equally randomized into two groups: control group and observation group.The former had the gastric tubes indwelled in the stomach for 4 weeks and the latter for 3 weeks.The two groups were compared about the used tubes in terms of the color of tube at the length of the first 10cm,the indentation by reflection for 10 seconds at the tube of first 10 cm,the hardness of the tube at the length of the first 10 cm and the springback angle of tube at the first 10cm after reflection.Results The tubes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of color,indentation,hardness and springback angle(all P<0?01).Conclusion The duration of indwelling silicon gastric tubes in stomach can be three weeks for old patients needing long-term nutrition support via indwelling silicon tubes in their stomach.

Objective: To investigate the positioning based on the relative retention time of fingerprinting and to establish a new quality evaluation method for traditional Chinese medicine preparations, using one chemical reference substance to calcutate multi- components simultaneously. Methods: Employed icariin as the maker component, icariin relative correction factors (RCF) of epimedin C to icariin, asperosaponin VI to icariin, psoralen to icariin and angelicin to icariin were ealeatated in the chromatographic conditions for determination of the four components in Xianling Gubao Capsule (XGC). The contents of icariin were determined by external standard method, and those of epimedin C, asperosaponin VI, psoralen and angelicin were calculated by icariin and their RCF. The accuracy of the new method was evaluated by comparing the relative retention times and calculating the content which using different brands columns for determination. Results: The analysis methods were established,the linearity was good when sample volume was in the range of at 8.2—328.0 ng for icariine(r = 0.999 5), 0.055 6—2.224 μg for epimedin C (r = 0.999 6), 0.144 1—5.764 μg for asperosaponin VI (r = 0.999 6), 5.4—215.2 ng (r = 0.998 0) for psoralen, 6.6—265.6 ng (r = 0.998 5) for angelicin. The average recoveries of asperosaponin VI, psoralen and psoralen were 97.59%, 98.58%, 98.11%, 97.86%, 98.22%, respectively. The RSDs of recovery were all less than 2.0%; There has been no significant difference between the calculated contents and the determined contents, according to the angle cosine value. Conclusion: The method can control the components without providing epimedin C, asperosaponin VI, psoralen, and angelicin reference. The method is not only save reference substance and medicine resources, but also suitable quality evaluation pattern for TCM preparation. This new method made fingerprinting more meaningful in TCM quality control.

Objective: To explore the influence of estradiol benzoate in induction of BALB/c mouse systemic lupus erythematosus model. Methods: Gonadectomied BALB/c mice were immunized with homologous spleen cell activated by concanavalin A three times,and at the same time injected with different doses estradial benzoate. Serum antinuclear antibody, antihistone antibody and estradiol in serum and kidney tissue homogenate were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Kidney lesions were detected by hematoxylin-eosine(HE) and periodic acid-Schiff(PAS) staining, and by transmission electron microscope for detecting electron-dense agent as well as by direct fluorometric method for detecting immunoglobulin G antigen-antibody complex. Objective To explore for the methede and effect of endoscopic treatment on biliary leakage and biliary duct damage. Methods All patients with biliary damage such as biliary leakage and biliary duct stricture were treated by endoscopic sphincoterotomy and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD) during abdominal cavity drainage ENBD was removd when biliary leakage healed and abdominal cavity drainage ceased for 1～2 weeks were confirmed. Plastic stents were implanted to distend the biliary duct stricture for 2-3 months. Results Twenty-six patients with biliary leakage were cured 3-4 weeks after ENBD. Fourteen out of 17 patients implanted with plastic stent were recovered uneventfully after stent removed, and 4 patients also recovered after installation of double-stents for 3 months, while another case with calculus and stricture of left hepatic duct in spite of implantation of simple-stent suffered repeatedly from biliary tract infection and one case developed hepatic abscess after repeatedly infection for one year before he had the hepatic lobectomy. Conclution Endoscopic therapy is the first choice in treating biliary leakage or secondary duct stricture.

Objective: To investigate the current status of depression and anxiety among female staff in a maternal and child health hospital, and to provide a basis for developing related prevention and intervention measures and promoting the mental health of female staff. Methods: The female staff from a provincial maternal and child health hospital completed a psycho-health questionnaire survey on Internet from June to October, 2016. The questionnaires used in the survey consisted of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) , Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) , and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) . The distribution features of mental health problems such as depression and anxiety were analyzed according to the results: of the questionnaire survey. Results Of all female staff surveyed, 42.04% showed depression symptoms, 28.90% showed anxiety symptoms, and 26.12% showed comorbid symptoms of depression and anxiety. Moderate or severe depression (anxiety) was mainly distributed among the female staff with comorbid symptoms (90.63% and 97.01%, respectively) . There were significant differences in the distribution of moderate or severe anxiety symptoms between the medical staff and nursing staff (χ²= 5.81, P=0.05) and between those with intermediate and junior professional titles (χ²=7.99, P=0.018) . As for SCL-90 results, the total score, total average score, and scores on factors of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and anxiety in the female staff with comorbid symptoms, moderate or severe depression, and moderate or severe anxiety were significantly higher than the national norm (P<0.01) , while the scores on paranoid and psychotic factors were significantly lower than the national norm (P<0.01) . The numbers of cases of positive factors were significantly higher in the female staff with comorbid symptoms than in the female staff with a single symptom and asymptomatic female staff (both P<0.01) , and positive cases were mainly distributed in depression, interpersonal sensitivity, compulsion, anxiety, and somatic factors. Conclusion The prevalence of depression and anxiety is high among female staff in the maternal and child health hospital, mainly characterized by comorbid symptoms of moderate or severe depression and anxiety. Comorbidity is accompanied by mental health problems such as interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive compulsion, and physical discomfort. Corresponding measures are needed for the prevention and intervention of mental health problems among female staff in the maternal and child health hospital.

The kinetics of nicotine degradation by O.intermedium DN2 and its application in tobacco waste were investigated. The results showed that the optimum temperature of nicotine degradation by O.intermedium was 30 ℃, the pH value was 6.5 and a mount of inoculum was 5 %. Under above conditions, the kinetics of nicotine degradation of initial concentration 500 mg/L was studied. The results indicated that the degradation process of nicotine with no-induced strain DN2 followed inverse S-shaped curve, and degradation process of nicotine with induced cells of DN2 followed Eckenfelder mode. The half life of nicotine degradation was 17.43 h and 4.10 h, respectively. And the results also showed that tolerance of O.intermedium DN2 to nicotine was up to 5000 mg/L when 0.1 % of glucose was added. Nicotine (2 220 mg/L) in extract of tobacco wastes degraded about 95.22 % by strain DN2 in 60 h incubation, indicating that strain DN2 was of application value in treatment nicotine pollution.

AIM To investigate the effect of fenofibrate and simvastatin on the serum free fatty acids of alcoholic fatty liver in rats. METHODS The rat model of alcoholic fatty liver was reproduced by chronic ethanol ingestion plus olive oil diet. The model rats were divided into three groups as follows: finofibrate treatment group(finofibrate 80 mg?kg -1 po, once a day),simvastatin treatment group (simvastatin 4 mg?kg -1 po, once a day)and control group without either above-mentioned treatment. Experimental rats were treated for four weeks and then sacrificed for blood sampling. Serum free fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography. RESULTS Fenofibrate significantly ameliorated the decrease in polyunsaturated fatty acids induced by ethanol [oleic acid:(38.212?7.788) ?g?L -1 vs (31.620?6.142) ?g?L -1,linoleic acid:(37.269?8.065) ?g?L -1 vs (30.254?9.063) ?g?L -1,arachidonic acid:(11.646?2.601) ?g?L -1 vs (9.012?1.236) ?g?L -1] accompanied by the improvement of the fat infiltration of the liver, but demonstrated no effect on the increase in serum saturated fatty acids by ethanol. In the contrast, simvastatin can aggravate the decrease in polyunsatrurated fatty acids and significantly increase the levels of satrurated fatty acids in serum induced by ethanol along with the pathological aggravation of alcoholic fatty liver. CONCLUSION The results of present study revealed that fenofibrate and simvastatin exerted different effect on the serum free fatty acids of alcoholic fatty liver. Polyunsatrurated fatty acids in the serum play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment response of alcoholic fatty liver.

Objective To investigate the value of ~1H-MRS in the diagnosis and prognosis of diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods A prospective imaging study was performed in 63 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted from October 2002 to April 2004.Sixty-three patients were divided into DAI group(27 cases)and Non-DAI group(36 cases)according to the result of the MRI.Then,the ratio of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr,mINs/Cr,and GIx/Cr at basal ganglia and genu and splenium of corpus callosum was quantified using ~1H-MRS and compared between DAI group and Non-DAI group.Twenty healthy persons were served as control group.The relation between ~1H-MRS indexes and period of primary uneonciousness post-injury was analyzed.Results The results of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr at genu and splenium of corpus callosum and basal ganglia of control group were 1.19?0.18,1.21?0.24;1.89?0.17,1.84?0.14; 1.57?0.16,1.85?0.25,which of DAI group were 0.83?0.24,2.92?0.78;1.25?0.35,2.54? 0.42;1.33?0.17,2.38?0.44,and those of Non-DAI group were 1.11?0.23,1.61?0.33;1.61? 0.22,1.93?0.26;1.49?0.23,1.89?0.29.The differences between them were statistically significant (P
