Amplified in breast cancer 1 ( AIB1 ) plays an important role in the process of gene expression and regulation by combining with nuclear receptor.Aberrant expression of AIB1 has been detected in different types of caners,such as breast cancer,endometrial carcinoma,prostate cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,colorectal carcinoma,etc.The study of the potential role of AIB1 in the pathogenesis and prognosis will improve our general acknowledge of carcinogenesis.AIB1 may become a new prognostic marker as well as a new therapeutic target.

Carotid ultrasound examination is a very mature examination method, it is widely used in clinical diagnosis and health checkup. Carotid ultrasound examination plays an important role in the prediction of the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. However, there are still certain problems in the application of the examination in the domestic health checkup population, which mainly include that the method and the standard are not unified, and the reporting form is not standardized. Carotid ultrasound examination must be standardized as soon as possible.

Objective To study the reversal effecy of small interfering RNA(siRNA) on multidrug resistance and chemotherpy sensitivity of xenografts human breast cancer tumor,and chemotherpy sensitivity in nude mice.Methods siRNA targeted on multidrug resistance protein(MRP) was transfected into MCF-7 cell xenografts tumors of mice,then the expression level of the MRPmRNA and protein was determined,and the chemotherapeutic sensitivity of the breast cancer tissues was evaluated.Results The RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry results showed that the level of MRPmRNA and protein decreased in the experimental group 24 h after the siRNA was transfected(P
