Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(11):1505-1507
Objective To investigate the prevalence of glucose‐6‐phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency and distribu‐tion of mutations in G6PD gene in Guiyang region .Methods A total of 515 DNA samples taken from newborn umbilical cord blood were collected ,15 mutations and one single nucleotide polymorphism in G6PD gene were detected by using of the Sequenom Mas‐sArray MALDI‐TOF‐MS system .Results Among the 515 samples ,10 were determined to have one of the G6PD gene mutations with a detection rate of 1 .94% ,5 mutation types were detected as follow :1388G>A accounted for 40 .0% (4/10 cases) ,1024C> T and 519C> T accounted for 20 .0% (2/10 cases) respectively ,1376G> T and 95A>G accounted for 10 .0% (1/10 cases) respec‐tively .The single nucleotide polymorphism allele frequency of 1311C>T was 12 .79% .Conclusion Guiyang is a region with higher prevalence of G6PD deficiency ,1388 G>A is the most common mutation of G6PD gene in this region .
2.Effects of New Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine Prepatations Banxiao Capsule on the Mobilization of Endothelial Progenitor Cells
Journal of Medical Research 2015;(7):33-36
Objective To investigate the effects of new compound traditional Chinese medicine prepatations Banxiao capsule on the mobilization of endothelial progenitor cells ( EPCs) .Methods After EPCs from mouse bone marrow treated with variable dose of Banxiao capsule, we detected the proliferation by CCK-8 assay, quantified the number of CD34/Flk-1 double positive cells by flow cytometric analysis, evaluated the migratory function of EPCs by transwell chamber assay, and studied the protein level of Bcl-2/Bax by Western blot analysis. Results Compared with untreated group, the proliferation potential of EPCs in Banxiao low dose (20μg/ml) and high dose (200μg/ml) group was increased(P<0.05), the number of CD34/Flk-1 double positive cells were increased (P<0.05), migrative activity of EPCs was increased (P<0.05),the level of Bcl-2 protein were increased, and the level of Bax protein were decreased.Con-clusion Banxiao capsule can enhance proliferation of EPCs through up-regulating of expression of Bcl-2/Bax.

4.Common phenotypic molecule for classification of NK cell subsets of both human and mouse:CD27 molecule
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
NK cells can be divided into two subsets based on CD27 expression:CD27hiNK cells and CD27loNK cells.NK cells can be further divided into four subsets based on CD27 and CD11b: CD11bloCD27lo,CD11bloCD27hi,CD11bhiCD27hi and CD11bhiCD27lo.These subsets in different development stages have their own phenotypes and functions. In mice,NK cell developing pathway is through CD11bloCD27lo→CD11bloCD27hi→CD11bhiCD27hi→CD11bhiCD27lo.CD27 can also be used to divide human NK cells into two subsets which are comparable to those of mice.
5.Rehabilitation of Talipes Valgus in Children with Cerebral Palsy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(24):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the footprints and lateral X-rays in weight loading in evaluating the rehabilitation of talipes valgus in the children with cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred footprints of 56 children who were cerebral palsy with talipes valgus in the hospital-community-family-based rehabilitation mode were divided into light, middle and heavy types, and they were counted with two footprint-based approaches, and the two approaches were compared with chi-square criterion, and the dependability on consequence of the footprint and lateral X-rays in weight loading were analyzed. Results One hundred feet evaluated by the method of footprint were flatfeet radically, and the occurrence of flatfoot evaluated by three define lines were 11,57,32,respectively,and evaluated by footprint ratio were 6,7,87,respectively,but the degrees were different with two footprint-based approaches. There was a close correlation between two footprint-based approaches and lateral X-rays in weight loading. Conclusions Flat foot caused by talipes valgus can be evaluated by footprint in static state, while the development of bones of foot and the constitution of instep can be monitored on the lateral X-rays in weight loading.

7.Evaluation on Physical Performance of the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(11):975-977
Physical performance is an ability with which the sufferers of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) achieve daily work and basic physical activity, including daily activities(such as the diverting movement from standing to sitting),functioning state of nerves and muscles, dailyworking ability and walking gait, etc.;abilities of body performance relative to pains, such as walking ten meters with loads,sit-stand test and Tread mill walk, etc. Most of current rehabilitation evaluation may be influenced by the subjective factors of the examinee or the examiner, but intelligent device for energy expenditure and activity(IDEEA) may be helpful to evaluate physical performance of the LDH patients in a complete,quantity-fixing,systematic and dynamic way.
8.Electromyographic Analysis of Muscle Activities of Knee Joint in Patients with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1041-1042
Objective To analyze electromyographic (EMG) activities of vastus medialis obliquus (VMO) and vastus lateralis (VL) in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) before and after an exercise program. Methods 26 subjects with PFPS were randomly divided into the EMG biofeedback plus exercise group (group A) and exercise only group (group B) with 13 cases in each group. All patients in two groups were trained with family exercise program, but the patients of the group A used a EMG biofeedback while training. The relative activities of VMO and VL of all patients in two groups were assessed with the EMG apparatus for a continuous 6 hours period before and 8 weeks after training. At the same time the intensity of the knee pain was also assessed. Results There was no statistics difference in VMO/VL EMG ratio of the group B ( P>0.05), whereas the group A had significantly higher VMO/VL EMG ratio ( P<0.05).Conclusion The EMG biofeedback apparatus used in home exercise program of PFPS patients can improve the recruitment of VMO.

The treatment strategy for infected acute necrotizing pancreatitis is that enables recovery but at the same time limits the morbidity and mortality. The current gold standard remains open necrosectomy.Recent literature contains scattered reports of percutaneous drainage, endoscopic, and laparoscopic approaches to managing patients with this condition. This review addresses the role of minimally invasive approaches and treatment strategy in patients with infected acute necrotizing pancreatitis.
