Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore the influence of background data in multinutrient treatment for neonate with infection pneumonia. To study the relative risk factors in VA nutritional state. Methods:the orally vitamin A and vitamin E,zinc, selenite daily in 111 neonates in the randomized,double-blind, placebo-controlled,clinical Trial for 7 days treatment. We investigated and analyze the relevant biochemical, immune evidence, clinic data and background data, with multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results:Mother’s age, parity, gestation age and birth weight play positive influence to clinical restoring. Neonate’s age and birth weight play a positive role to serum IgM in early stage of pneumonia, but mother’ s age is negativity. Neonate’s age is positivity in enhancing serum VA,and is negativity in advancing serum IgM. Mother’s age play a negative role to heighten serum RBP. Conclusion:Mother’s age, parity, gestation age and neonate’s age is important factors to influence the clinical treatment effect. Great age and many parity mother’s neonate, earlier period and large for date infant are more possible to VAD during sick period, and are more slow to recover. So they need the nutritional intervention all the better.

The ultrastructure of magnetotactic bacteria strain WD\|1 was reported.A thin sectioned profile of it clearly showed its cell wall, cell membrane,poly\|?\|hydroxybutyrates and magnetosomes.Meanwhile, the method of batch culture of strain WD\|1 was also reported,135mg/L dry cells could be gotten with this method. The energy profiles of X\|ray collected after electron excitation in SEM indicated that both dry cells and magnetosomes contained such mineral elements as P,S,Ca,Si,Al and Fe with different content. The iron content of its cells and magnetosomes was 3 07% and 84 57% respectively.
4.Effect of triptolide on fibroblast cells
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objectives:To study the effect of triptolide(Tri) on fibroblast cells in vitro culture, morphologically and kinetically. Methods:Light microscope(LM)and electron microscope(EM)were employed to detect the morphological changes in Tri group. Cell DNA content and apoptosis were assayed by flow cytometry (FCM). Results:In Tri group, fibroblast cells showed less density, slimmer body, abnormally and typical apoptosis under LM, while rarefaction and content of rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) decrease, and apoptosis in different stages could be seen under EM. In FCM,AI elevated remarkably in Tri groups, and the effect is dose dependent, with cell cycle uninfluenced at all. Conclusions:The mechanism of triptolide on hypertrophic scars is related to its promotion on fibroblast apoptosis and inhibition of collagen excretion.
5.Effect of Electroacupuncture plus Early Rehabilitation Training on Function Recovery after Surgery for Cervical Spinal Cord Injury
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(1):43-44
Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture plus early rehabilitation training on the function recovery after surgery for cervical spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty patients with cervical spinal cord injury undergone anterior cervical decompression and internal fixation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training, while the control group was by rehabilitation training alone. The Frankel’s grading (FG), Barthel Index (BI), and Functional Independence Measure (FIM) were adopted for evaluation before and after intervention. Results The FG was not significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P>0.05). After intervention, there was no significant difference in comparing FG between the two groups (P>0.05). The BI and FIM scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.01). There were significant differences in comparing BI and FIM scores between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus early rehabilitation training can promote the function recovery after surgery for cervical spinal cord injury, and improve the quality of life.
6.Advances in arrested late lung development and bronchopulmonary dysplasia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(6):615-618
The process of late lung development is disturbed in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).One of the keys in late lung development is secondary septation, in which secondary septa arise from primary septa, producing plenty of small alveoli, which significantly increase the surface area of gas exchange.Secondary septation, together with architectural changes to the vascular structure of the lung which minimize the distance between the blood and the inspired air, are the targets of late lung development.BPD is a disease of premature infants in which development of the alveoli is stunted caused by many factors including volutrauma, inflammation, and oxygen toxicity.Compared with early lung development, the later development of the immature lung remains unclear. This paper is to emphasize remarkable latest research of arrested late lung development and BPD.

9.Relationship between doses of epidural morphine for analgesia and postoperative urinary retention
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2009;29(7):613-616
Objective To investigate the relationship between the doses of epidural morphine administered for postoperative analgesia and postoperative urinary retention (POUR). Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ patients aged < 20-56 yr undergoing atthroscopic knee operation under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n = 20 each) : group Ⅰ and Ⅱ received epidural morphine 1 and 3 mg in 5 ml of normal saline (NS) respectively at the end of operation (group M1, M2 ); group Ⅲ received NS 5 ml instead of morphine (group C). Urinary retention was defined as the patient could not void, when bladder volume was ≥ 600 ml measured using ultrasound. Bladder urine volume was measured before anesthesia and at 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 h after operation. The occurrence of urinary retention, the first postoperative voiding time, VAS scores and the incidences of vomiting and pruritus were recorded. Results The 3 groups were comparable with respect to age, M/F sex ratio, preoperative bladder urine volume, the amount of local anesthetic used during operation and duration. The incidences of urinary retention, vomiting and pruritus were 65%, 60% and 90% respectively in group M2 and significantly higher than those in the other 2 groups. The first postoperative voiding time was significantly longer in group M2 than in the other 2 groups. VAS scores were significantly lower in group M1 and M2 than in group C. There was no significant difference in VAS scores between group M1 and M2. Conclusion Epidural morphine increases the incidence of POUR in a dose-dependent manner, and 1 mg is the recommended dose.
10.Expression of NMDA receptor subunit 2A in the spinal cord of morphine tolerant rats
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2009;18(1):31-33
ObjectiveTo study the distribution and expression of NMDA receptor subunit 2A in the spinal cord of morphine tolerant rats. MethodsTwelve Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups with 6 rats each: control group (C) were intrathecally administrated 0.9% NaCl 10μl and morphine group(M) received 10μg morphine (i.t.). Drugs were administrated twice daily for 7 consecutive days. Tail flick latency (TFL) in the hot water immersion test was used to evaluate changes of thermal hyperalgesia latency of each group before and 30min after administration every morning. Rats were killed the day after last administration and L4~5 segment of the spinal cord was removed for determination the expression of NR2A by immunofluorescence method. ResultsTFL of group M was decreased gradually after chronic administration of morphine intrathecally. There was no significant difference between group M[(3.25±0.93)s] and group C[(2.66±0.27)s] on the 7th day (P>0.05). A morphine tolerant model was established successfully. NR2A was distributed throughout the rat spinal cord. The expression of NR2A in group M(OD:9617±1233) was increased compared with group C(OD:2.66±0.93) (t=3.133,P<0.05).ConclusionThe expression of NR2A was upregulated after repeated administration of morphine intrathecally in the superficial dorsal horn of spinal cord of morphine tolerant rats, which may be part of the mechanisms of morphine tolerance.
