It is suggested to standardize the research and development of drug and purchase channel, improve system for safety of drug use and role of clinical pharmacists so as to guarantee the safety of drug use.
7.Assessment of nutritional status in chronic kidney disease patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(2):179-181
Objective To investigate good nutritional measurements of CKD patients. In order to diagnose malnutrition early in CKD patients. Methods Clinical data of 125 CKD patients have been collected. The glomerular filtration rate(GFR)was estimated from the modification of diet in renal disease(MDRD).According to the results of GFR,all CKD patients were divided into five groups. The levels of biochemical markers were assayed. At the same time, bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA)were measured. We analyzed the relationship between nutritional parameters and GFR.Results According to SGA,malnutrition rate in fifth CKD stage is 29%.Impedance of leg is significantly correlated to GFR in 1kHz,50kHz and 500kHz,impedance of truck is also significantly correlated to GFR in 50kHz and 500kHz.The values of impedance reduced with the decreasing of GFR.Conclusion SGA and BIA all can be used to evaluate nutritional status of CKD patients.BIA is a more sensitive method to detect early malnutrition and may be useful in monitoring nutrition changes in CKD patients.
8.Discussing the diagnosing and treating mode of corresponding prescription and pattern in Japanese kampo medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):124-125
Japanese kampo medicine originated from traditional Chinese medicine. But different from TCM pattern of "Tracing the etiology by syndrome differentiation-establishing therapeutic methods-prescribing formula", during the process of development, Japanese kampo medicine has gradually formed a different diagnostic and therapeutic mode, which was "corresponding prescription and pattern". This therapeutic mode directly chose formula from ancient books, especially Shanghanlun (Treatise on Febrile Diseases), according to the constitution, symptoms and signs of patients. The diagnostic and therapeutic mode of Japanese kampo medicine provides references for integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(6):35-40
In this paper, basic characteristics of group purchasing organizations ( GPOs) and its implications for US health care system are analyzed using a literature research method. The main contents include the development process, type, basic functions, drug procurement processes, fee sources, characteristics and influence for the hospi-tals, supplies, regulators of GPOs. We suggest that GPOs have helped US health care providers save a lot of money and played an important role in the healthcare supply chain. We also suggest that market mechanisms should be intro-duced widely concerning the model innovation and improvement of domestic drug procurement. At the same time, government and the market should be coordinated properly. Moreover, scientific evaluation methods should be set in consideration of drug quality, prices and its economic practicality.
