Objective To explore the predicting role of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on heart functions in individuals with normal electrocardiogram(ECG).MethodsA total of 1534 subjects who receired health examinations and organism weak magnetic field tests in Health Science Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from May to June 2009 were enrolled.Positive rates of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology, echocardiography, and myocardium enzyme test for heart dysfunction among populations with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were compared.Statistical analysis was carried out to detect if there was close correlation between different heart risk and the weak magnetic field index.Results(1)The positive rate of the organism weak magnetic field analytic technology for heart dysfunction among subjects with normal ECG was 96.0%(1472/1534),which was significantly higher than echocardiography(27.5%,200/726)and myocardium enzyme testing(6.9%,106/1532).The positive rate of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology was increased with the seriousness of hypertension ,hypergjycemia and hyperlipidemia(P<0.05=.(2)Different heart risks showed close correlation with heart meridian and potassium(P<0.05=.Conclusion The prediction of organism weak magnetic field analytic technology on potential heart dysfunction(as a result fromhypertension, hylperglycemia and hyporlipidemia)in individuals with normal ECG is highly sensitive andrelatively objective.
3. Expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(12):1356-1360
Objective: To study the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-2 during midfacial sutural distraction osteogenesis in dogs and to probe the mechanism of sutural distraction osteogenesis. Methods: Eighteen mongrel dogs (12-week old) were randomly divided into distraction osteogenesis group(n = 12) and the control group(n = 6). Rigid external distractor was used for sutural distraction of the midfacial skeleton in the experimental animals. Two experimental and one control dogs were sacrificed at defined time points (on the 5th,10th and 15th day of distraction, the 10th and 20th day of fixation, and 30th day after completion of fixation). The expression of BMP-2 was observed by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: During the period of distraction and fixation, positive staining of BMP-2 was found in the proliferated preosteoblasts, the mesenchymal cells and the newly formed bone matrix at the sutural margin of the experimental dogs; weak expression was also noticed in the control dogs. Compared with that in the control group, the expression of BMP-2 in the experimental group increased and reached the peak on the 15th of distraction, then gradually decreased, the expression of BMP-2 nearly restored to the normal level 1 month after the removal of the distractor. Conclusion: The mechanical strain can lead to the generation of endogenous BMP-2, which may play an important role in the new bone formation.
4.Application of Low-dose Ketamine in Postoperative Analgesia for Patients after Cervical Spinal Cord Injury(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(7):563-564
Ketamine is mighty and short effective antalgic, advantaged in shock, asthma, etc. but it is restricted clinically because of serious side-effect. Today, low-dose ketamine(≤1 mg/kg) combined with opiates can enhance the efficacy of the opiates so that the dose of the opiates decrease relatively. The ketamine-opiates solution has enough stability and respiratory problems don't appear. So it is feasible that the combination of the two medicines can be used for patients with cervical spinal cord injury, who are susceptive to the respiratory distress and especially for the patients with depression.

This paper reports the study and design of a visualization system of the ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus with the function of endoscopic sinus. On Linux operating platform, we captured the video data of a video capture card that connected the endoscopic sinus using Video4Linux (V4L2) that was provided by the operating system. The video images were displayed by Qt. The visualization system solved the problem that the current ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic apparatus had to rely on the large and expensive endoscopy equipment. And this simplified the doctors' operation, met the need of monitoring nasal cavity in the process of operating, greatly reduced the costs of treatment and would contribute to the promotion of the instrument. As a result, it has been tested that the nasal endoscopic image achieved by the system is clear and smooth, and fully meet the clinical needs of ultrasonic treatment of rhinitis.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(6):483-488
The incidence rate of erectile dysfunction (ED) is reportedly as high as 30-90% after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer, which seriously affects the patients' quality of life. Penile rehabilitation is defined as the use of any drug or device at or after radical prostatectomy to maximize erectile function recovery. A variety of treatment options are available for post-prostatectomy ED patients, including oral phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors (PDE5I) , intracorporal injections, vacuum erection device, and penile prosthesis. This article presents an overview of the currently used methods for the drug treatment and penile rehabilitation of the ED patients after radical prostatectomy. It seems proper to recommend daily use of a vacuum erection device plus oral PDE5I in the early postoperative period. For those who fail to respond to this therapy, intraurethral alprostadil, intracorporal injections, or a penile prosthesis could be considered.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2021;30(1):7-10
Radiation pneumonia is a part of radiation-induced lung injury, and its injury and repair is a complex pathophysiological process involving with the participation and interaction among numerous cells and cytokines. Early diagnosis and treatment of radiation pneumonia can alleviate lung injury and protect lung fuction. Compared with infectious pneumonia, there is no obvious difference in symptoms and physical signs. However, the symptoms are relatively mild, the total count of white blood cells is not significantly elevated or only the classification of neutrophils is relatively high. Hormone can stimulate the increase of white blood cells, which should be delivered prior to relevant examination. CT scan is a sensitive tool to make the diagnosis of radiation pneumonia, which can be utilized for staging, guiding treatment and prognosis evaluation. The lung injury changes of radiation pneumonia on CT scan can be observed 7-10 d later than relevant symptoms. Besides symptomatic treatment, such as cough relief and phlegm elimination, hormone is the key treatment of radiation pneumonia. It is recommended to deliver long-acting dexamethasone or prednisone with an initial small dose, adjusted to effective dose according to disease condition, maintained for 3-4 weeks, and gradually reduced to avoid the recurrence of radiation pneumonia. Pulse therapy for hormone is likely to lead to insufficient or excessive dose and affect the therapeutic effect. Insufficient dose can cause the occurrence of recurrent radiation pneumonia.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of ten years of iodized salt supply in prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease (IDD) in Tianjin. Methods 1 200 pupils aged 8-10 years with 1:1 of sex ratio were chosen in the regions where iodized salt supply had been conducted for 10 years (1995-2005), the prevalence rate of goiter, the level of urine iodine and the iodized salt consumption were investigated. Results The prevalence rate of goiter of children aged 8-10 years in Tianjin decreased from 32.6% to 1.8% after 10 years of iodized salt supply, the median of urinary iodine increased from 96 ?g/L to 228 ?g/L. In the high water iodine regions, the prevalence rate of goiter was 8.1%, the median of urinary iodine was 576 ?g/L. Conclusion 10 years of iodized salt supply can significantly prevent and control IDD in the regions where there is iodine deficiency in drinking water, but the problem should not be neglected that iodine excess in the regions where the concentration of iodine in drinking water is higher. Reasonable iodine supplement is the key to prevent and control IDD as a whole.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To understand whether long term consumption of purified water can cause lead accumulation and enhance lead toxicity in the rats with chronic lead exposure. Methods 104 male SD weaned rats were randomly divided into eight groups, tap water, purified water, tap water plus lead (lead acetate,Pb2+: 50 mg/L ),purified water plus lead (Pb2+: 50 mg /L),tap water plus lead (Pb2+: 200 mg/L ),purified water plus lead (Pb2+: 200 mg/L),tap water plus lead (Pb2+: 800 mg/L),purified water plus lead (Pb2+: 800 mg/L). All were fed with normal food and kept in the same environmental conditions. The blood samples were collected after 4,6,8,10,24 and 28 weeks of lead exposure. The brain, heart, liver, kidney, bone were sampled at the experimental endpoint and the lead concentration was determined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method, zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) level was measured by using surface fluorescence method. Results At the same lead exposure level,no difference of blood lead level was observed between the groups of drinking purified water and tap water, however, the lead level in the organs tissue, including brain, heart, liver, kidney, bone, was significantly higher in the group drinking purified water compared with drinking tap water. The blood ZPP level in rats drinking purified water was also higher than the rats drinking tap water, the significant difference were occurred at low lead level exposure (P
