The expression of transcription factor forkhead box protein 3 (Foxp3) is predominantly restricted to the CD25+CD4+population in both the thymus and periphery. Limited evidence indicated that Foxp3 is also expressed, albeit to a lesser extent, in the tis-sues outside of the thymus and spleen. However, recent studies showed that Foxp3 is expressed in many tumor cells, and has a definite relation with the occurrence, progress, and prognosis of malignant tumors. Foxp3 has become a popular topic in research on malignant tumor treatment, thereby bringing a new turning point for malignant tumor therapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of DNA haploid analysis for malignant degree and prognosis assessment of breast carcinoma. Methods Highclarity Colourful Pathological Analysis System-1000( HPIAS-1000) was used to analyze the DNA haploid of 120 breast carcinoma patients who had been followed up for more than 5 years. All patients were divided into three groups according to histology. 48 advanced differentiation cases, 44 middle differentiation cases and 28 low differentiation cases. In order to check the neck response and injury during motor vehicle accidents, we developed a detailed finite element model for human cervical spine C4-C6. This model consisted of cortical bone, cancellous bone, annulus, nucleus, ligaments and articular facet, and it also set up contact in the contacting parts for simulating the movement perfectly under frontal impact. This model could be used for stress and strain distribution after the frontal impact load was applied on this model. During the process of frontal impact, the most displacement simulated data were in the interval range of experimental data. The experimental results showed that this model for the human cervical spine C4-C6 simulated the movement under the frontal impact with fidelity, and reflected the impact dynamics response on the whole.

With the development of peaple's life and the change of diet,the incidence rate of colorectal cancer is increasing. There are Twenty-five percent of patients were found liver metastases in the first diago-sis. Surgical resection of liver metastases from colorectal cancer is known to be associated with long term sur-vival. So it is the key to increase the resection rate for colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases. The in-curruence of neoadjuvant therapy may be useful in therapy of colorectal cancer patients with liver mtastases.

Transient ischemic attack (TIA) is not only an ischemic cerebrovascular disease with high incidence, but also a risk warning signal of cerebral infarction. This article reviewed the correlation of TIA and cerebral infarction, risk factors of transient ischemic attack progressing into cerebral infarction and its score scale.

To study on the association between the different levels of C-peptide of type 2 diabetes and colorectal adenoma and cancer risk.We detected the concentration of serum C-peptide in 45 type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed as colorectal adenoma and cancer.It showed that serum C-peptide level was higher in type 2 diabetes with colorectal adenomas and cancer than without colorectal adenomas and cancer.The serum C-peptide level may have relationship with colorectal adenomas and cancer.

Objective To investigate the pathological and physiopathological difference between the ruptured” and the “degenerated” typed lumbar disc herniation (RDH and DDH) by measurement of the pressure of the herniated lumbar disc both in the herniated site and in the nucleus pulposus during the surgery, combined with the clinical,light microscopical and immunohistochemical properties. Methods Fifty seven cases of lumbar disc herniation undergone operation in the Tianjin Medical University Hospital were included in this study. The patients were divided into 2 groups. 1) Rupture typed lumbar disc herniation in which the herniated chip of the lumbar disc separated from the parent disc and was squeesed or drew out easily when the superficial posterior longitudenal ligament and anulus fibrosis were opened in the herniated site. 2) Degenerated typed lumber disc herniation in which no herniated chip of the lumber disc escaped; the herniated material can not be taken out unless the disc was resected by the instrument. Before the herniated disc was incised, the intervertebral disc pressure was measured using GENERAA710 multifunctional monitor. Both the light microscopical and the immunohistochemical difference between the RDH and the DDH was studied. Results 1) In the herniated site, the pressure in the RDH is higher than that in the DDH(P0.05). 3) In the RDH, the pressure in the herniated site is higher than that in the nucleus pulposus (P0.05). 5) The“lumbar pain score”and the pressure have obviously relationship in all of 35 patients(r=0.539,P

OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of nitrochlodipine in rabbit plasma.METH-ODS:Chromatographic conditions and extractive conditions were optimized with orthogonal design,internal standard:felodipine,solid phase extract column:C18,column size:NOVA-PackC18(4.6mm?250mm),detection wavelength:237nm.RESULTS: The optimal chromatographic conditions were:mobile phase acetonitrile-water(55∶45),flow rate 1.0ml/min,column temperature 45℃.The extraction conditions were A1 B1 C3.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 6.25～400?g/L(r=0.9 996) and the minimum limit of detection was 2.5?g/L.The average RSD of within-day ranged from 3.81% to 5.58% and that of day-to-day from 4.60% to 8.76%.The average recovery ranged from 100.7% to 101.8%.CONCLUS-ION:The method is simple,rapid,highly accurate and precise.It can be used for the quantitative determination of nitrochlodipine in plasma.
