1.Research progresses of tumor inhibiting protein p33ING1b in the tumors of digestive system
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(3):254-258
Tumor inhibiting protein p33ING1b is the key expressive product of inhibitor of growth 1.It plays critical role in cell multiplication ,period control ,senescence ,repair of DNA damage ,apoptosis ,and chroma-tin remodeling.The abnormal expression of p33ING1b is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor.This paper reviews tumor inhibiting protein p 33ING1b in the research development of tumors in digestive system.

7.5). Overall,the research demonstrates the effect of environmental parameters (temperature and carbon source) on AHL profile production by food-derived Pseudomonas. It lays the foundation for further investigation to elucidate the relationship between quorum sensing and food spoilage,and for the development of new food preservative by blocking the quorum sensing of food spoilage bacteria.
7.Research on Quorum Sensing Signal Molecules of Pseudomonas spp.Isolated from Food
Guo-Hong QI ; Ming-Sheng DONG ;
Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Three Gram-negative bacteria from commercial fresh fish were identified as Pseudomonas sp.,an important food spoilage bacteria, on the basis of 16S rDNA sequences.N-aeyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) were the important quorum sensing molecules and regulated the expression of many characteristics in a cell-density-dependent manner in Gram-negative bacteria.The AHL biosensor detection revealed that three isolates produced AHLs molecules and strains FML05-1 and FML05-2 produced two types of AHLs at least and the main signal mole- cules were N-3-oxo-octanoyl-homoserine lactone(N-3-oxo-C_8-AHL).ALso the amount of AHL in FML05-2 reached to the maximum at 12h throughout growth.This was first study of quorum sensing signal molecule AHLs produced by the pseudomonas from food and layed the foun- dation for new strategies of food preservation based on interfering in quorum sensing of spoilage bacteria.
8.RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GALLBLADDER STONE AND LIPOROGLUCOSE METABOLISM XU
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2001;8(3):159-161,163
Objective To study the effects of glucose and lipid metabolism on gallstone formation. Methods Twenty five patients with gallstones and 25 normal volunteer controls were studied from January to April in 1998. The patients were well matched the control with sex and age (1∶1). In the study, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist-to-Hip circumference ratio (W/H) were measured. Blood glucose, glucosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), insulin, C peptide and all parameters of lipids were detected at fasting state. The glucose,insulin, C peptide were detected again at 2-hour after taking 75g glucose orally. Results The result showed there was no difference on BMI and W/H between the patients and controls. HbA1C、mean fasting and 2-hour glucose concentration were not in significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05, P>0.2, P>0.1 respectively). There were 10 patients with abnormal glucose metabolism (7 with NIDDM, 3 with IGT), but only 4 controls were abnoumal (one with NIDDM, three with IGT). The difference was significant (P<0.05). Furthermore, the mean fasting and 2-hour insulin concentration of gallstone group was higher than that of the control (P<0.02, P<0.05). And the gallstone group had a higher fasting C peptide concentration than control (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference on the parameters of plasma lipid between the tow groups. Conclusion The study suggests that diabetes mellious and hyperinsulinemia acted as an important role on gallstone formation.
9.Expression and clinical significance of HMGB1 and mutant p53 in cholangiocarcinoma tissues
International Journal of Surgery 2016;43(4):245-248,封3
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of HMGB1 and mutp53 in bile duct carcinoma tissue.Methods The expressions of HMGB1 and mutp53 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 47 cases cholangiocarcinoma tissue and 25 cases normal biliary duct tissue,and their correlation with clinicopathological parameters of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The expression of HMGB1 and mutp53 was positive in 78.72% (37/47) and 63.83% (30/47) respectively of the cases with cholangiocarcinoma tissue,and 12.00% (3/25) and 4.00% (1/25)respectively of the cases in normal biliary duct tissue(all P <0.01).The expression of HMGB1 and mutp53 in cholangiocarcinoma tissue was relating to degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,perineural invasion and TNM-staging(all P < 0.05),and no relation to age,gender,serum bilirubin level,metastasis of tumor and site of tumor(all P >0.05).The expression of HMGB1 was positively correlated with that of mutp53 in bile duct carcinoma tissue(r =0.574,P < 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of HMGB1 and mutp53 were increased in cholangiocarcinoma tissue,both of them play critical role for the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.

BACKGROUND: Establishment of lumbar disc degeneration in animal models can help doctors understand the development rules and pathophysiological changes of this disease, and can explore and research more rational treatment by creating animal models.OBJECTIVE: To review recent advances in vivo model of lumbar disc degeneration.METHODS: The first author used the computer to search related articles on PubMed database and Chinese Journal Full-text Database from inception to May 2016. The search key words were lumbar disc, degeneration, animal model,vivo model. A total of 161 related articles were retrieved and 49 of them met the inclusion criteria.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Building an intuitive and reliable animal model of lumbar disc degeneration will not only help the basic research of degenerative disc disease, but also provide a good experimental carrier for the repair treatment of degenerative lumbar disc. (2) After more than 80 years of development, the animal model of lumbar disc degeneration has formed a production mode of more species, more methods and newer ideas. Current models have their own advantages, cannot be replaced. However, problems such as poor controllability, low degree of safety or long observation period are still exiting more or less. All these need further research and exploration.
