The changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels in plasma in some physiological states in healthy men were studied by RIA. Mean plasma AVP concentration in 30 normal adults after 12 h of overnight water deprivation was 10.6?2.5 pg/ml, and decreased from 11.85?6.0 to 1.8?1.6 pg/ml 1 h after an oral water load (20 ml/kg) administered in 16 dehydrated normal subjects (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Peking Union Medical College is the earliest college to launch the clinical medicine specialty of 8-year program. The achievements that our college obtains are obvious to all.The education item of admission for 7-year switching to 8-year in the clinical medicine specialty was started to put in practice in 1995 and has been carried out for 12 years. The item has accelerated the flourish of science, facilitated the diversification of students' source and knowledge configuration and brought out a large quantity of high level medical persons with high quality The successful fulfillment of the education item of admission for 7-year switching to 8-year in the clinical medicine specialty has enriched our experiences of running college and explored a new mode of training high level medical persons for adopting to the situation of our country.
3.Detecting AmpC β-lactamases from nosocomial Klebsiella pneumoniae infection and their resistance in ICU patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(6):801-803
Objective To explore cephalosporinase from nosocomial Klebsiella pneumoniae infection and their drug-resistant characteristics among the ICU patients so as to provide an instruction for rational clinical medication. Methods 67 samples were identified with VITEK-60 automated system. The strains producing AmpC β-lactamases were screened with cefoxitin disk diffusion method recommended by the CLSI,and confirmed by cefoxitin three-dimensional test.AmpC β-lactamase genotype was differentiated by PCR-sequencing and susceptibility tests which were done with the Kirby-Bauer method recommended by the CLSI.Results In the 67 isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae,11 strains(16.4%) were found to produce AmpC β-lactamases.The drug-resistant genotype for all the 11 AmpC-positive strains was DHA-1.AmpC-producing strains developed multi-drug resistance, especially for broadspectrum β-lactam antibiotics and enzyme inhibitors.β-lactamases-producing strains were more resistant than non-producing ones. Conclusion Klebsiella pneumoniae in ICU patients has a higher proportion of producing AmpC β-lactamase strains, which are all of DHA-1 genotype and have multi-drug resistance.
4.Clinical study on nutriti0nal interventi0n in patients with Alzheimer(s) disease
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(2):75-77
Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional intervention on the nutritional status, cognitive function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with Alzheimer's Disease (AD).Methods:90 AD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received anti-dementia drugs, and patients in the intervention group additionally received TPF-T as the oral nutritional supplement. The nutritional status and nutritional biochemical indicators, cognitive function and ADL of two groups were evaluated when enrolled and 6 months later after the treatment. Results:After 6 months'treatment, the nutritional status,MMSE,ADL scores and nutritional indicators of patients in the intervention group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status, cognitive function and ADL of patients with dementia.
5.A curative efficacy study of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for subacromial impingement syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;32(5):543-547
Objective:To study the curative efficacy of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for subacromial impingement syndrome.Method:Forty five patients with subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) were randomly grouped into three groups (fifteen patients for each group).Patients in Group Ⅰ were trained only on muscles around scapula.Patients in Group Ⅱ were treated on rotator cuff muscles. While patients in Group Ⅲ were treated on both. The training goes every 2 days and last for 4 weeks. The indexes for evaluating curative efficacy included:the Neer-test,the Hawkins-test and the Peen Shoulder Score. These indexes were measured immediately and three months after the four week treatment.Result:After treatment of the functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder,Neer-tests and Hawkins-tests of all of patients were changed from positive to negative, the degree of pain compared with pain before the treatment declined apparently(P<0.01),at the same time, the degree of satisfaction and the function went up remarkablely(P<0.01).Compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,it dropped the most notably on the degree of pain in the group Ⅲ(P<0.01),however,the degree of satisfaction and the function rose most apparently (P<0.01) Conclusion:The curative efficacy of functional training focusing on muscle group around shoulder for sub-acromial impingement syndrome was effective apparently. But the efficacy of treated focusing on both muscles around scapula and rotator cuff was the most remarkably.
6.CLINICAL VALUE OF FAST TRACK SURGERY USED IN RIGHT COLON CANCER RADICAL
Modern Hospital 2015;(8):50-52,56
Objective To study the clinical implementation strategy analysis about fast track surgery ( FTS) used in right co-lon cancer radical. Methods 72 patients with right colon cancer laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from June , 2013 to Decem-ber, 2014 were randomly selected and divided into observation group ( n=36 ) and control group ( n =36 ) by numeric randomized method.Observation group adopted treatments based on FTS while control group treated with conventional laparoscopic radical prosta-tectomy.Stress reaction, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time, defecation time, stop the infusion time, drainage a-mount and postoperative drainage tube root out time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications of two groups were sta-tistically analyzed. Results Preoperative blood cortisol, fasting blood glucose, serum IL-6 and plasma CRP level of two groups, op-eration time and compare differences of 2 groups had no statistical significance (p>0.05).Postoperative 24 h blood cortisol, fasting blood glucose, serum IL-6 and plasma CRP level of two groups were higher than that of preoperative.Postoperative 24 h blood corti-sol, fasting blood glucose, serum IL-6 and plasma CRP level of observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).In observation group, the exhaust time, defecation time, drainage tube root out time, stop infusion time and postoperative hospital stay of observation group were (43.62 ±8.21) h, (50.42 ±6.85) h, (5.51 ± 1.08), (4.12 ±0.85)d and (5.42 ±1.13)d respectively, which were shorter than the (56.65 ±8.26)h , (64.78 ±8.26) h, (9.53 ±4.13)d, (7.78 ±1.43) d and (10.62 ±2.14)d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05).Rainage amount of observation group[(602.54 ±165.78) ml] was less than that of the control group[(1265.28 ±572.94) ml];And the total complications incidence of observation group (8.33%) was lower than that of the control group (25.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of laparoscopic treatment based on FTS used in right colon cancer radical can effectively promote patients recovery and reduce complications.thus it is worthy of clinical promotion use.
