1.The gene of EVI 1 in leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):398-401
EVI1 gene mainly controls embryo development.3q rearrangement,MLL translocations, monosomy 7,which react with other genes, can lead to EVI1 aberrant expresion or fusion gene.Recent studies have shown aberrant expression of EVI1 gene in parts of acute lymphatic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia and chronic granulocytic Leukemia and correlation with poor prognosis.Leukemogemc mechanism include epigenetic modifications, transcriptional control, regulation of signaling pathways, upregulation of cell adhesion, proliferation, and colony formation and antiapoptosis.Drugs of genetic therapy include epigenetic agents,mTOR inhibitor, human ITGA6/ITGB4 complex antibody and CD52 monoclonal antibody.
2.A review on the gene of CRLF2 in childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphocytic leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(2):163-166
Current risk classification in childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphocytic leukemia has been used to modulate the intensity of treatment and prognosis assessment. However there are a significant proportion of relapses and deaths occur among childhood with good risk clinical characteristics and/or an excellent early response to therapy. So research about the aberrant expression of gene associated with relapse will improve cure rate.Aberrant expression of CRLF2 gene can be found in childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphocytic leukemia and associated with JAK aberrantion,BCR-ABL1-like signature,IKZF deletion.Over-expression of CRLF2 gene is associated with high risk relapse and poor outcome in childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphocytic leukemia, but its prognostic value is still controversial. This article mainly reviews the progress of CRLF2 gene in childhood B-cell precursor acute lymphocytic leukemia.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2013;47(9):820-823
Objective To assess the role of MRI in the preoperative characterization and local staging of testicular neoplasms. Methods A retrospective study of 24 patients suspected of testicular neoplasm was conducted. The histological diagnosis of testicular neoplasms was made and local extension of testicular malignancy was evaluated. The MRI findings were correlated with the pathologic results. Results Histological examination revealed 26 intratesticular lesions,14 of which were nalignant, including 4 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma,7 cases of seminoma,2 cases of embryonal carcinoma, one case of teratoma.Twelve lesions were benign, including 5 cases of epidermoid cyst,2 cases of simple cyst,2 cases of inflammatory granuloma,2 cases of testicular mediastinal tubular expansion and one case of testicular pseudo fibroma.Six malignant testicular tumors were confined within the testis,4 invaded the testicular tunicae or epididymis,2 invaded the spermatic cord, and 2 invaded the scrotal wall. The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of intratesticular lesions was 92%.The accuracy of MRI diagnosis in the local staging of testicular tunors was 86%.Conclusions MRI is highly accurate in the preoperative characterization and local staging of testicular neoplasms. It is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
4.Persister bacteria and its effects on antimicrobial tolerance
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;36(7):662-664
Persister bacteria have the characteristic of phenotypic resistance to the anfimicrobial drugs. The presence of such persister bacteria is considered to be one of the major causes for lengthy therapy and treatment failure.Persister bacteria are a group of special subpopulation of bacteria, and have the characteristics different from the ordinary bacteria and resistant mutants. With the improvement of scientific research and technology in recent years,we get a better understanding of persister bacteria. This paper reviewed the research progress on the characteristics of persister bacteria, formation mechanism, the impact of the clinical treatment and drug development The paper also provided the basis for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the persister bacteria.
5.The relationship of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A,osteoprotegerin and endometriosis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(3):32-34
Objective To explore the relationship of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPPA),osteoprotegerin (OPG) and endometriosis,so as to apply the new theoretical basis for the etiology of endometriosis.Method PAPP-A and OPG in peritoneal fluid were measured in 25 women with endometriosis(study group) and 25 women with hysteromyoma ablation (control group). Results The levels of PAPP-A and OPG were both higher in peritoneal fluid in study group [(72.3±57.4)U/L and (3.28±2.63) μ g/L]than that in control group [(42.3± 19.7) U/L and (1.73 ±0.45) μ g/L] (P<0.05).Furthermore,significant correlation was found between the stage of endometriosis and the levels of PAPP-A and OPG in study group (P<0.05).The concentration of PAPP-A in peritoneal fluid were significantly higher in the secretory phase than the proliferative phase of the menstrual cycle in two groups(P<0.05) ,and OPG in peritoneal fluid without significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion PAPP-A and OPG maybe play an important role in the development of endometriosis.
6.Changes of heart rate variability during laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objectives To study the effects of anesthesia, head-up position and CO 2 pneumoperitoneum on cardiac autonomic nerve evaluated by heart rate variability (HRV) during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 20 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were anesthetized with balanced anesthesia. Pneumoperitoneum was introduced by inflation of CO 2. Intra-abdominal pressure was maintained at (11~13) mmHg. HRV was measured in supine and head-up tilt (15?~20?) positions while the patients were awake, in the stable state of anesthesia and CO 2 pneumoperitoneum at 10 minute and 20 minute respectively. Power spectral analysis of HRV was conducted on 256-beat R-R interval segments of interpolated heart rate by using the fast Fourier transformation. Total spectral power (TP), low frequency power (LF) and high frequency power (HF) were calculated by integrating the power spectra between (0~0 5) Hz, (0 03~0 15)Hz and ( 0 15~0 35)Hz. Results The change of positions did not significantly influence HRV. Decreases in LF, HF and TP were noted during the maintenance of anesthesia. The power of LF, the normalized unit of LF and LF/HF ratio increased during inflation period. LF/HF increased from 2 15?1 16 to 4 61?2 04 ( q =4 491, P
