Objective To study the survival time of recombination rival in environment and inactivation ability of different disinfectant and ultraviolet radiation against virus. Methods NC membranes absorbed the recombinant adenovirus (rADV) or herpes simplex vires (rHSV) with green fluorescence protein (GFP) were laid, or immersed in various concentration of different disinfectants such as ethanol, sodium hypochlorite, lysol and geramine and then taked out them every 15 min, or exposed under ultraviolet radiation, then the NC membranes were adsorbed 1 h in cell, 37 ℃ 5 % CO248 h. The results were observed under the fluorescence microscope. Results (1) the average survival time of rHSV under environment is less than 60 min, rADV is almost up to 2 h. (2) The infection ability of rHSV and rADV was inactived 15 min by both ethanol(100%, 70% and 50%) and sodium hypochlorite (5%, 2.5% and 1.25%). (3) Two virus can be killed by 0.1% bromngeramine. (4) Both 5% and 2.5% lysol, but rADV can not lost the infection on Vero Cell until 75 min by 1.25% Lysol. (5) The rHSV was inactivated under ultraviolet radiation, but rADV was not. Conclusion The survival time of is different from beth envelope rival and the no-envelope viral under nature environment and the inactivate ability of disinfectant also is different between two model virus; Disinfectant should be choose according to virus type.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the morphological features and immunophenotype of unspecified peripheral T cell lymphoma with distinct lymphoid follicular growth pattern.
METHODSThree cases of peripheral T cell lymphoma with special pathohistological features were collected. Morphologic analysis and immunohistochemical staining for CD3, CD45RO, CD43, CD20, CD79a, cyclinD1, bcl-2, CD4, CD8 and S-100 were performed. PCR was used to study TCR gamma gene rearrangements.
RESULTSThe main symptoms of all the three patients with the primary sites of cervix and lower jaw. There were intermittent fever and skin rashes in the course of the disease. Morphological study showed lymphoid follicular reactive hyperplasia, mantle zone disappear, prominent infiltration of marginal zones by medium-sized tumor cells with clear cytoplasm and significant nuclear atypia. The immunophenotypic profile confirmed that they were T cell lymphomas. TCR gamma gene rearrangements were found in all the three patients.
CONCLUSIONIn some unspecified peripheral T cell lymphomas, the distinct follicular growth pattern and incomplete effacement of the lymph node architecture make it necessary to differentiate them from reactive hyperplasia, marginal zone B cell lymphoma, follicular B cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma.

OBJECTIVETo study the bone state with ultimate stress by examining biomechanical distribution of upper femur in Chinese, in order to accumulate more experiences for clinical work.
METHODSTotally 60 Chinese femurs from fresh cadavers were randomly divided into two groups. All the femurs were cleaned, and the body age ranged from 36 to 72 years old, averaged 56.4 years, including 41 from males, and 19 from females. These two groups underwent mechanical stress and bending stress tests. Special mechanical laboratory and machines were used to get the information. Results about the loading value at each testing point under stress were collected.
RESULTSThe four faces of the upper femur suffered different stress under external forces. The bone on upper femur can tolerate more mechanical stress than bending stress. Medial and lateral region of the femur neck and the rear side of the small tuberosity section were themain position enduring the vertical stress. The rear position of the base femur neck and the small tuberosity section were the main regions enduring the bending stress. Those main positions had strong cancellous bones. The intertrochanteric fracture fixation and artificial femoral stems were designed depending on this biomechanical basis.
CONCLUSIONAccording to our experiment result, doctors need to chose more effective fixations for upper femur fracture, and femoral stems for the patients. More information should be collected by further researches.

The prevention of occupational exposure to HIV has been carried out in China for many years, and achieved remarkable results. However, the practice of preventive drugs among people with non occupational exposure has many difficulties. Although the high-risk groups show high willingness and demand, their awareness of the preventive drugs is low due to the fear of increasing unprotected sex after the use of the drug. Other factors negatively affecting the application of the drugs are the cost and the side effects. In order to provide preventive treatment on time for the high-risk groups, the awareness of non occupational exposure prophylaxis should be raised.

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of in vivo non-targeting transfection of recombinant fibronectin polypeptide CH50 against tumors and to study the related mechanisms. Methods:After inoculated with tumor cells, BALB/c mice were injected with CH50 plasmids, control plasmids, and normal saline separately. The growth of the tumor was observed;the expression of genes (such as B7-1,B7-H1 etc.) in tumor tissues was detected by RT-PCR;and the count of T lymphocytes in local tumor tissues was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results:The tumor growth was obviously suppressed by in vivo CH50 expression. The expression of genes (B7-1 and B7-H1) was up-regulated along with the growth of tumor.CH50 increased the ratios of B7-1/B7-H1 and B7-1/B7-DC and suppressed the up-regulation of IL-10 and TGF-?genes.The direct action of CH50 on H22 cells resulted in the down-regulatoin of TGF-?gene.The count of T lymphoeytes in tumor tissues of CH50 treatment group was significantly higher than that in other groups.Conclusion:Ex- pression of CH50 by non-targeting transfection can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor;the regulation of the immuno- regulatory genes in tumor mieroenvironment is an important part of the treatment mechanism of CH50.
