Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(20):10-13
Objective To investigate the influence of family support and personality characteristics on quality of patients' life who underwent total laryngectomy. Methods Patients (68 eases)who underwent total laryngectomy were surveyed with Su life of quality scale,Hu family support scale, Gong personality test and the results were sent for statistical analysis. Results Scores of two family groups in family support and quality of life underwent t test, physical function and psychological state were statistically different (P<0.05), living ability, social relations, tracheal stoma were statistically different(P<0.01). Persona lity and quality of life were subjected to single-factor analysis, psychological states were obviously related with four dimensions.Family support and personality characteristics score of two family groups underwent t test, E(internal and external quality),P(spiritual quality),N(nerval quality)were statistically significant (P <0.01 ). Condusions Family support and personality characteristics as the internal and external environmental factors directly affected patients who underwent total laryngectomy. Three-openfour-guiding-five-integrated-care-intervention measures can overall improve their quality of life.

Objective To evaluate the effects of soybean protein and animal protein on renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods In this Meta-analysis,literatures on the effects of soybean protein and animal protein on renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy published during January 1980 and November 2011 were reviewed and analyzed quantitatively and synthetically by using Metaanalysis RevMan 5.0 software. Results Five case-control studies met the inclusive criteria and entered into random effect model. In comparison with animal protein, soybean protein significantly improved endogenous creatinine clearance rate (weight mean difference (WMD) =-11.51,95% confidence interval (CI)-16.37 to 6.65),proteinuria (WMD =-0.96,95% CI-1.36 to-0.58),urine creatinine (WMD =-1.11,95% CI-1.91 to-0.30),glomerular filtration rate (WMD =0.28,95% CI-0.12 to 0.68),serum urea nitrogen (WMD =-0.20,95% CI-0.60 to 0.19) and serum creatinine (WMD =-0.22,95% CI-0.54 to 0.10).Conclusions Soy protein seems to have potential to improve urine creatinine clearance, urine creatinine, proteinuria and serum urea nitrogen. However, animal protein may contribute to increased glomerular filtration rate.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
For construction of anti-CD3 human/murine chimeric antibody genes, a selective first-strand cDNA synthesis from mRNA or RNA of murine McAb HIT3a was performed using murine Ig constant region primers, and then cDNA of heavy and light chain variable domains of murine immunoglobulin were amplified by PCR using a set of degenerated oligonucleotide primers. Using these cDNA fragments as probes, the L and H chain V region exons encoding the murine McAb anti-CD3 were isolated from the gene library of HIT3a DNA and inserted into mammalian expression vectors containing the human ? and yl constant region exons for construction of human/murine chimeric antibody genes.

Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(7):26-29,74
Objective To investigate the effects of botulinum toxin type A on the proliferation, apoptosis and ERK/MAPK signaling pathway of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro. Methods Fibroblasts were isolated from human hypertrophic scar and cultured by tissue explant method. The cells were divided into control and botulinum toxin type A groups. The botulinum toxin group A was cultured in DMEM medium containing 0.4U/L botulinum toxin type A.The control group was cultured with DMEM alone.Cell proliferation was measured by CCK8 kit at days 1,3,5 and 7 and compared within groups.Apoptosis of fibroblasts was detected by flow cytometry which treated with botulinum toxin and control group.Western blot was used to detect the relative expression of collagen Ⅰ,p-ERK1/2 and total ERK protein in fibroblasts of control, botulinum toxin type A and U0126 groups. Results Botulinum toxin type A could significantly inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts, the number of cells was only 68.9% in the control group at 7th days. The apoptotic rate of botulinum toxin type A was 35.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.ERK 1/2 protein expression in the three groups was not significantly different (P > 0.05),while p-ERK 1/2 expression in the control group was still significantly higher, but the p-EKR 1/2 in botulinum toxin type A and U0126 group was significantly inhibited.Collagen Ⅰ was highly expressed in the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the botulinum toxin type A and U0126 groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A can inhibit the ERK/MAPK signaling pathway and increased fibroblasts apoptosis, decreased proliferation activity and collagen Ⅰ secretion.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of pegylated interferon apha-2a combined with ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C.Methods One hundred and six patients with chronic hepatitis C were divided into 2 groups randomly.Patients in the observation group were treated with pegylated interferon alpha-2a,and patients in the control group were treated with interferon alpha-1b.All patients were given ribavirin according to the weight, and the treatment course was 48 weeks.HCV-RNA was tested before treatment,4 weeks, 12weeks and 24 weeks after the start of treatment, end of treatment,24 weeks after the end of treatment. The adverse reactions were also observed. Results In the observation group, the rapid virological response (RVR) was 77.4%,the complete early virological response (cEVR) was 83.0%,the end treatment virological response (ETVR) was 90.6%, the sustained virological response (SVR) of 24 weeks after the end of treatment was 84.9%.and these rates were significantly higher than the control group. All patients received the whole course of treatment.Condusion Treatment of chronic hepatitis C with pegylated interferon apha-2a combined with ribavirin is effective and safe.

Objective To determine the relationship between hyperhomocyseinemia and atherosclerosis in hemodialysis patients. Methods Plasma total homocysteine (tHcy)concentrations were measured by using fluorescence polarization immunoassay.Carotid initial-medial thickness(IMT)was measured by echocardiography.Cardiovascular parameters including carotid Young elastic index and the prevalence of atherosclerosis plaques were calculated by established formulas. Results The prevalence of hyperhomocyseinemia was 68.3% in the hemodialysis patients. The folate and vitamin B_(12) concentrations were higher in patients than those in controls.Cartid IMT,carotid Young elastic index and the prevalence of atherosclerosis plaques were positively and independently correlated with tHcy (r=0.34,0.31,0.23).Multivariate stepwise regression indicated that the correlation also existed independently of other conventional risk factors such as age, sex, blood pressure,Scr,glucose. Conclusion The results indicate that hyperhomocyseinemia may be an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis found in hemodialysis patients.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study the relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 hypertensive patients(mean age 73?7 years), including 93 males and 7 females were enrolled in this study. Colour Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure intima-media thickness(IMT) and atherosclerotic plaque of carotid arteries. Serum CRP was determined with immunological method. The relationship between the result of ultrasonography and CRP concentration was analyzed. Results CRP concentration was positively correlated with IMT(P

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
The methods of separation, enrichment, and analysis of trace mercury in water samples in recent years were reviewed in the present paper. Many methods can be used to analyze trace mercury after separation and enrichment. Spectrophotometry is cheap and simple. Atomic fluorescence spectrometric method is accurate in quantitative analysis. The chromatography method is usually used in the morphological analysis of mercury. Multistep analysis of mercury can be done by joint methods in one time.
