Journal of International Oncology 2015;(3):221-223
Malnutrition is one of the most important factors for the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer, but the mechanism of malnutrition is unclear at present. These patients are at risk of nutritional deple-tion from anorexia, dysphagia, and may be associated with the presence of two or more of the following cyto-kines with metabolic activity such as TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,interferon,leptin,nuclear factor-κB and so on, which are secreted by the host-tumor interaction. The cytokines constitute a sophisticated regulatory network. Therefore, the study of the relationship between malnutrition and related factors in patients with gastric cancer may improve the nutritional status and prognosis of these patients.

Objective To study the relationship between carotid artery atherosclerosis and serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 hypertensive patients(mean age 73?7 years), including 93 males and 7 females were enrolled in this study. Colour Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure intima-media thickness(IMT) and atherosclerotic plaque of carotid arteries. Serum CRP was determined with immunological method. The relationship between the result of ultrasonography and CRP concentration was analyzed. Results CRP concentration was positively correlated with IMT(P
6.Study on the mechanism of miRNA-26a inhibiting ox-LDL-mediated apoptosis of HAECs
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(36):5052-5055
Objective To investigate the role of miR‐26a in ox‐LDL‐mediated apoptosis of HAECs in endothelial cells and its mechanism .Methods Various concentrations of ox‐LDL were added in HAECs culture .Cell cytotoxicity and apoptosis were moni‐tored by MTT and TUNEL assay ,and expression level of miR‐26a examined by qRT‐PCR .Overexpression of miR‐26a mimic in HAECs ,MTT and TUNEL staining were used to detect the activity and apoptosis of ox‐LDL .The 3′UTR of luciferase reporter vector pMIR‐PTEN was constructed and the predicted target gene of miR‐26a was identified by luciferase activity assay .QRT‐PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of PTEN .Results ox‐LDL could mediate the toxic death and apoptosis of HAECs cells ,and decrease the expression level of miR‐26a in HAECs cells .Overexpression of miR‐26a mimic could inhibit the cytotoxicity and apoptosis of ox‐LDL cells after HAECs .Transfection of miR‐26a mimics significantly inhibited lu‐ciferase activity (P<0 .05) .The expression of mRNA and protein in HAECs cells was significantly down regulated by transfection of miR‐26a analog (P<0 .05) .Conclusion MiR‐26a can inhibit the cytotoxicity and apoptosis of ox‐LDL cells after HAECs inhibi‐tion ,and the possible mechanism of action is to down regulate the expression of PTEN .The study suggests that miR‐26a may be a potential target for the treatment of atherosclerosis related to apoptosis .

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
For construction of anti-CD3 human/murine chimeric antibody genes, a selective first-strand cDNA synthesis from mRNA or RNA of murine McAb HIT3a was performed using murine Ig constant region primers, and then cDNA of heavy and light chain variable domains of murine immunoglobulin were amplified by PCR using a set of degenerated oligonucleotide primers. Using these cDNA fragments as probes, the L and H chain V region exons encoding the murine McAb anti-CD3 were isolated from the gene library of HIT3a DNA and inserted into mammalian expression vectors containing the human ? and yl constant region exons for construction of human/murine chimeric antibody genes.
