Objective To study the effect of treating fatty liever with Tiaozhisugan decoction combined with simvastatin. Methods A total of 60 cases with fatty liver were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was treated with simvastatin, vitamin E, and pioglitazone, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Tiaozhisugan decoction on that basis. Results The total effective rate was 93.9% and 79.6% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, the difference showing statistical difference (χ2=2.586, P＜0.01 ) .Conclusion It was effective to treat fatty liver with Tiaozhisugan decoction combined with simvastatin.

BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that emodin protects against intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of emodin on renal ischemia/reperfusion injury after bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation. METHODS:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into five groups (n=8 per group):sham group, model group (renal ischemia/reperfusion injury group), bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel group (cel transplantation group), low-dose emodin group, high-dose emodin group. Rats in the latter four groups were pretreated with or without different concentrations (30 and 60 mg/kg) of emodin for 7 days, and then were subjected to clamping bilateral renal pedicles for 45 minutes, fol owed by injection of 1 mL bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel suspension. Six hours after reperfusion, the pathological changes of renal tissues were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining;the mRNA levels of tumor necrosis factorα, interleukin-6, interleukin-18, TLR2 and TLR4 detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR;and the protein expression of COX-2, ICAM-1 and iNOS determined by western blot. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the sham group, rats in the model group showed obvious features of severe acute tubular damage and inflammatory cel infiltration. In the cel transplantation group, tubular epitheliael cel s were partial y lost with some inflammatory cel s infiltrated in the renal interstitium. In the emodin groups, the tubular lumen was practical y intact with little renal interstitial inflammatory cel s. Compared with the sham group, a significant increase in the mRNA levels of tumor necrosis factorα, interleukin-6, interleukin-18, TLR2 and TLR4 as wel as in the protein levels of COX-2, ICAM-1 and iNOS was found in the model group (both P<0.05). However, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation attenuated this ischemia/reperfusion-induced increase in the expression of the above-mentioned factors (P<0.05). Furthermore, the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel transplantation were further augmented by pretreatment with emodin in a dose-dependent manner. These findings suggest that emodin can enhance the protective effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s on renal ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating chronic type B hepatitis with Gankang Granule combined with poly I-C and immune ribonucleic acid. Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic type B hepatitis were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with poly I-C and immune ribonucleic acid, while the treatment group was treated with Gankang Granule on the basis of the control group. Results Symptoms in both groups were improved. 23 eases in the treatment group showed negative value of HBeAg,contrasting to 13 cases in the control group. 38 cases in the treatment group turned to be negative value of HBV- DNA, higher than the number of 23 cases in the control group. The treatment group demonstrated a significantly better therapeutic results than the control group (χ2 value was 6.267 and 6.345 respectively, both P＜0.05). Conclusion Gankang Granule combined with poly I-C and immune ribonucleic acid can obviously improve hepatic functions and symptoms of chronic type B hepatitis,shorten the course of disease, and increase the rate of negative value of HBeAg and HBV- DNA.

Objective To investigate the expression of pro-apoptotic factor (Smac) and Survivin in gastric ulcer tissue.Methods Selected the 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients as the research object in the first people′s hospital of neijiang,in which no precancerous lesions of 40 cases of gastric ulcer (N group),40 cases of precancerous lesions of gastric ulcer(Y group),two groups of patients were Smac mRNA and Survivin mRNA were detected by using PCR method,immunohistochemical SP method of Smac and Survivin in specimens of table detect.Gastric ulcer patients were treated by triple therapy,and the apoptosis index was detected by TUNEL.Results Smac in N group(++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 82.5％ was higher than that in Y group accounted for 47.5％,Survivin in group N (++) and (+++) in the expression accounted for 15.0％ was significantly lower than Y group accounted for 35.0％;And Smac mRNA in the N group relative expression the amount was significantly higher than that of Y group,while the expression of Survivin mRNA in the N group were significantly lower than Y group;N group the apoptosis index of the triple therapy after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Smac and Survivin can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions in patients with gastric ulcer.Patients with gastric ulcer without precancerous lesion treated by triple therapy which can effectively control the apoptosis index of patients,improve the survival rate of patients.

Objective In order to find early latent faults and prevent catastrophic failures, diagnosis of insulation condition by measuring technique of partial discharge(PD) in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is applied in this paper, which is one of the most basic ways for diagnosis of insulation condition. Methods Ultra high frequency(UHF) PD detection method by using internal sensors has been proved efficient, because it may avoid the disturbance of corona, but the sensor installation of this method will be limited by the structure and operation condition of GIS.There are some of electromagnetic (E-M) waves leak from the place of insulation spacer, therefore, the external sensors UHF measuring PD technique is applied, which isn't limited by the operation condition of GIS. Results This paper analyzes propagated electromagnetic (E-M) waves of partial discharge pulse excited by using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The signal collected at the outer point is more complex than that of the inner point, and the signals' amplitude of outer is about half of the inner, because it propagates through spacer and insulation slot. Set up UHF PD measuring system. The typical PD in 252kV GIS bus bar was measured using PD detection UHF technique with external sensors. Finally, compare the results of UHF measuring technique using external sensors with the results of FDTD method simulation and the traditional IEC60270 method detection. Conclusion The results of experiment shows that the UHF technique can realize the diagnosis of insulation condition, the results of FDTD method simulation and the result UHF method detection can demonstrate each other, which gives references to further researches and application for UHF PD measuring technique.

Objective To explore the screenplay dialogue pattern in the interrogation of the second classroom training effect, so as to improve the quality of the inquiring teaching.Methods 69 five-year students of clinical medicine specialty of Grade 2014 in our university were randomly divided into the control group (34 persons) and the experimental group (35 persons), The students in the control group, during the second class-room training, received the consent of the patient, and informed the patient,to answer the illness according to the truthdo not disclose the diagnosis and treatment after hospitalization and other matters needing attention. Besides, we also arranged for students to conduct repeated bedside inquiry training. While the experimental group carried out the script dialogue model training on the campus. The teacher provided a script for interroga-tion. Students answered in accordance with the principle ofdon't ask don't answer, don't say anything other than the question, don't miss the question, don't answer the question wrongly. SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the comparison of measurement data between groups was performed by t test.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the inquiry and assessment. The results showed that the training effect of the two groups was basically the same. Through the analysis of various aspects of inquiry, the chief complaint and communication ability of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, which showed that the script dialogue model promoted students' ability of inducing complaints and their language ability when they did medical history collection.ConclusionTaking screenplay dialogue mode in the second classroom practice is good, which improves the students' enthusiasm, trains their clinical thinking and improves the teaching quality.
